Excellent mobile community the park manager bruce awesome gentelman keeps the place clean great people.

Strict rules but over all its not bad

The park is looking better since Bruce took over as manager here at the park. The clubhouse has new carpeting, new paint, and the landscape looks much better. 5 tenants who were causing major problems have been evicted and the residents here are very happy about that. Most of the old coaches have been removed and the new homes are very well maintained, and landscaped very well. The park is very quiet and everyone gets along very well.

If the parking situation was better, it would have had 5 stars. Its quiet and clean.

The manager Bruce is a piece if work. Rude, unprofessional, and to be honest i think he has a bit of a power trip going on. Make sure yall do your research before moving to this location if Bruce is the manager. Other than that, the residents in the park are nice and the park is very quiet.

Love the fact that we dont have a limit on how many pets we can have, i.e. 3 small dogs and a cat

Picked up my daughter from daycare. It seems like theyre upgrading the front-end of the park.

Its a good place to live. Bruce the manager is cool.

Its a very nice place near Cal Poly S.L.O. snd Cuesta Community College. I sure wouldnt mind living in a park such as this one.

Its always clean and neat, and the people are always friendly.

I have lived off and on here, since the 80s. My son lives there now. Management is odd, but most people living there are on a fixed income. Inexpensive.

Friends live here good laundry facilities high rent disrict very high rent spaces for the area

Nice mobile park but does have a drug element that hangs out from time to time.

Quiet Quality Homes. Personally have never lived here but after visiting a friends house many times it seems like a good spot.
