Its a nice park in a busy neighborhood. Governor is a busy street so safety is not number one feature. The softball field is nice, but the lights at night are harsh.
Softball fields are always wet for some reason. I mean VERY wet. Other than that, love it. Old school. Very classic and establish feeling. Not stale like Doyle and Nobel.
Activities for all ages. YMCA weekly gymnastic classes and summer camp. San Diego Civic Dance classes on Monday(adults) and Tuesdays (kids) and so many other type of classes.
Great family environment. Usually not very crowded.
Love the park, the canyon everything about this place except the lack of clean restrooms
Great park. Lots of facilities. Restrooms could use an upgrade.
Great Park! Be sure to get a reservation just in case!
Friendly neighborhood park to throw the ball, walk the dog or watch Aikido practice in the recreation center.
This park is great for kids, and the pool and gym are nice additions for the community.
Lots of great memories. My kids grew up here.
I go here often to play racquetball. The courts seem to be available on weekends, Ive never really needed to wait for anyone to finish up a game.
Great local park.
