Awesome community space for public performances. We’ve been there for dance shows, theater shows, circus shows, art festivals. It’s a gem in city height.

Satisfying space for smaller theatre performances, making for a close-knit community of onlookers

Went to South of 8, great play with local stories being told! Had never been to the Performance Annex and was really impressed by how intimate and comfortable the space was, and how easy to find parking nearby. Will definitely look for future events at this location.
