My partner and I had a week of unlimited classes and were able to try out a big variety of what this school offers. We loved the classes, and the teachers we had were all talented and inspiring. Definitely learned a lot of cool tricks.

We tried out the aerial yoga class and it was amazing! It was our first time doing anything like this, so we were a little apprehensive going into it. The teacher was excellent at walking everyone through the poses and made it easy to follow along. I would highly recommend this class. Next time we will be trying out the aerial beginners class. I would highly recommend getting the Groupon deal. The outside of the building isnt marked well, but if you Google the address you can get a good preview of what you should be looking for when you arrive.

I love the instructors here. They are very kind, patient, gracious, and work at everyones level, even if the beginners class is a mix. Aerial silks was always something I wanted to do but didnt think I had the flexibility to pull off. I go back every week because the classes are much fun in addition to a worthy whole body workout!

Great place and people, many acctivities, classees, and disciplines taught for all levels starting from absolute first time beginners. A rare combination of a friendly atmosphere and professional skills. Almost al classes are available for kids and for adults. If you like me dreamed of balancing a handstand for 3 minutes - this is the place to go.

Aerial Revolution taught my husband and I a dance for our wedding. Aerial Revolution is very encouraging and upbeat and has a way to make you feel really comfortable and really good about yourself, despite how many times you might trip over your own feet learning the steps. She showed a lot of patience with us and managed to teach us a beautiful dance that will be a memory that we hold for the rest of our lives.

Quite a remarkable experience. We went for their valentines day special event, meaning there was a whole lot of partner work, and loved the experience. This was my first time trying aerial silks and it wont by our last.Do not be put off by the videos online of people doing crazy insane moves, you will start with the basics and progress pretty quickly from there. The classes accomodate all skill levels and definitely leaves you with room for improvement no matter how advanced you are.

The best of San Diego. Yoga, silks, handbalancing, trapeze and anything related to circus..I trained there and I feel like family.

If youre into aerial exercise and performance this place has it all. Acro yoga on Thursdays, Lyra, double silks, and hammocks. AcroYoga jam session Saturday is 4 to 7.

This place is so much fun and will leave you sore in muscles you didnt even know existed! I got a Groupon way back when for some classes at AR and decided to give it a shot. I came in there having not worked out in... well pretty much forever... and tried the Aerial Silks class on a sunday. The instructor was very patience with me & every else who was new. He made sure to spot us on tricks we could not accomplish because of lack of strength and made sure we had fun. I wish I could afford to be a part of this gym all the time.. but monthly memberships are like $150 :( Will come here whenever I have the chance though! Hope to see it on Groupon again soon.
