Clean and easy to maneuver, seating is great as always. A little different with the food and drink selections but doable for the price of a ticket.

This is a decent AMC movie theater, but its an older one with non-recliner seats. I prefer going to the other AMC over at the Mission Valley mall, but Ill come here if the show times better fit my schedule. Since the entrance is on the second floor, sometimes youll need to take the escalator down a level if your movie is being shown on one of the screens downstairs. They have express pick-up at this location, so you can schedule when you want your concessions to be ready. No need to wait in line.

Not sure about the no re fills but still fun get away, staff is so friendly and courteous.

The theater make it easy and safe. With Covid-19 its been a long time since I have visited a movie theater. And glad to see some things coming back.

Nice movie theater! Very comfortable seats also!

I gave this establishment a five star review because they truly deserve that rating.  I had a fantastic experience on my only two visits, thus far, and the staff exhibited amazing customer service.This theatre was nice and clean. The screen quality & sound were also high quality and enhanced the experience.I will definitely be recommending this place to all of my family and friends, along with anybody I know coming from out of town and looking for local recommendations.

AMC never disappoints. Today was $6 Stubs member day and I also got a free large popcorn and free large drink because of my birthday. I have been loving the assigned seats. It makes things so easy. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It was great.

Good chain theater. Park in the back of the mall, in the B lot, and walk across the bridge to the theater. First movie is just $6.99 and you can choose your own seat, which is nice. There are newer, leather-like seats in the theater than when I last went. The lobby has a couple touchscreens on which you can buy tickets if you want to bypass the line. There are also attendants inside at busy times from whom you can purchase tickets. Concession prices are steep--over $8 for smaller popcorn and over $9 for the large--but the large has free refills, which is a huge plus, and you can ask for cups to fill with ice water. Theres a bar for alcoholic drinks too, but it wasnt open during my matinee. All-in-all, AMC Fashion Valley has a great selection of films and offers a nice theater experience.

This is a good movie theater In a great location. They have a good number of screens and stadium seating. The high point for me was the customer service. Everyone we talked to was great! They were friendly fun and warm. I would give this place 5 stars if they had the newer recliner seats. The tickets were also pricey about $30 for the 2 of us.

A nice multiplex theater with relatively comfortable seating and lots of different movie options. The parking is nearby and is hit or miss in the Fashion Valley Mall parking structure. I will say the prices are definitely on the higher end with the average ticket price above $15 and the cost for a large popcorn and a drink pretty close to the same.

Quite a disappointment. We saw the film 1917 this past weekend. Loved the reserved seating. The chairs were ok, certainly not upgraded. The movie was in one of the lower level cinemas. I tried to find an attendant on that level to notify them that the ladies’ rest room was sorely in need of attention and I could not find one employee on the entire level. As the theater filled up, it became uncomfortably hot, again, no one to be found on the lower level. So, I trudged up two escalators as the movie began to notify a manager at the snack bar. The temperature cooled off for a bit but was definitely uncomfortable by the end of the film.I was really surprised by the condition, staffing and cleanliness of this theater given such a great location.

Its a two story movie theater, easy to find parking in the structure connected to where the theater is. I like that the seats are faux leather and not fabric, they are also pretty comfortable. This theater is much better than the one at mission valley.

Its a nice theatre, but I found it to be a little on the rundown side... Perhaps it needs better cleaning staff. I am an AMC Alist member which means I go to movie theatres at least 1-2 times per week.

I really like the seating chart for me its something new Im use to the old school way just pay and find your seat. This is an amazing theatre. My only one suggestion is to have more employees for the consession area.

The facilities and staff at Fashion Valley are top notch. Arrive early, traffic and parking can be time consuming. Rear parking near I8 actually best for direct theater access. There are also so many stores at this mall that can lure you in (Apple, Microsoft, Tesla, etc). Theater very comfortable, popcorn line moved pretty quickly as well :)

Theater 13 seat L1. Is trash. There are bars in your view and the step area obstructs part of the screen. Truly disappointed. Had to lean into L2 just to see as well as sit up as high as i could just to see the movie with no bars. I felt stupid for coming . Never have i had a view this bad from the last row in a theater. L1 2 and 3 need to be ripped out in my opinion. Buy those seats and know you were warned......

I enjoyed going to this AMC. Their concession stand is full of options if you are hungry or just want popcorn/drinks. I ordered garlic parmesan pretzel bites that were good and I could taste the flavor. My order was ready in a few minutes. The theater chairs are a comfortable pleather although not the adjustable ones like at some theaters. AMC also has a bar with drinks. They also have AMC Stubbs and if you join get discounts like tonight I saw a movie for $6 on Tuesday. Every employee I encountered was courteous and professional. Good theater, ample parking space as it is in fashion valley. Good service. One of the few amc around the area with bollywood movies.They dont have recliner seats, thats the only drawback.

One evening being an A list member I drop in for a movie. During the movie the manager comes in abd asks to search my bag because someone feels uncomfortable. No particulars just they feel uncomfortable. I refuse, if they want to look in my bag they can do it when I come into the theater before the movie. He and security insist that I leave. So I leave the theater. As we head to the lobby he tells me how this is being done for my safety. I tell him thats a lame lie. I tell him I want a refund for this months payment and to be finished with AMC and its A list. He wants to put a back a credit for the movie and call it fair. I call corporate, talk to someone, tell them I a3done with AMC. They also points out that they dont have the authority to refund my money but it will be sent up the chain and I will be contacted probably by email. I havent been contacted yet but my bank shows a pending bill for another month.

Do not watch any movies that periodically have scenes that are silent or very quiet. I came to watch Invisible Man, which had quite a few quiet scenes, and whenever those scenes came up, you can hear the movies playing in the auditoriums closeby. Initially I was confused. I thought to myself that maybe the scene had a tv playing in the background, but after a while I caught on that I could hear Bloodshot playing and completely destroying the suspense of the scene. A Quiet Place 2 is coming pretty soon, so DO NOT WATCH IT HERE IF YOU PLAN ON ENJOYING IT. My first and only time at this theater lol

Good clean place to visit. Not sure why they cant have beer for sale behind the same place I get my popcorn like other theaters. Plus need better selection of beer and wine. Otherwise nice place.

Place is starting to look dated, when you go down the escalators, and it would be great to have the lower part of the theater open the popcorn and soda bar, we need refills without loosing our movie!! Restrooms were clean, theater clean as well. Nice job!!

Went here to see Downton Abbey with my sweetie. Very enjoyable. Comfy seats, clean. Pleased at the absence of the typical musty carpet smell :) Will happily come here again.

They have always been great for viewing my favourite movies. The food they have to offer is some of the better theater food Ive had. I highly recommend this place.

As usual, too many trailers. Wanted to leave before movie started. Also dont like paying a case price for a small water and having to refinance my home to pay for the Popcorn.Seats fairly comfortable but hard to sleep with the movie noise.

The movies are changed regularly, and the foods not bad. But getting onto the WiFi is near impossible. I tried for 30 min to get a Stubs account to access the WiFi and it did not work. Guest services wasnt much help either. They got me an account, but I still couldnt get on.

Decent movie theater at this location. Usually go to fashion valley but figured we would try this one. Good customer service of course. Enjoyed out experience and we will be going back in the future.

I have never been to that theater before. Our movie was in the basement LOL. I enjoyed my experience we saw Knives Out.

While this theater is starting to show its age in the condition of various parts (carpet, escalators, bathrooms, etc) they are starting to replace some things like theater seats in order to stay up to date and make guests more comfortable.This AMC location recently changed to the assigned seat method of selling tickets, which took me a bit to get used to. Now I prefer it since it means I dont have to rush to get to the theater early in order to find just the right seat. The only real drawback to this practice is for the spur-of-the-moment moviegoers who end up in the leftover seats. But if you buy tickets online, which is what I usually do, its great being able to save your seat ahead of time.

I ordered a hotdogs from the concession and found that they limit the toppings. I wanted a chilli cheese dog with a little mustard. But the mustard was one side too many. There isnt even an option to pay a few cent extra. The prices were more outrageous than I expected and the seats were just.....seats. Not super uncomfortable but just ok. The scenery was very nice though. I just didnt feel that I got my moneys worth.

Reserved seats are nice. 30 minutes of previews is ridiculous. Popcorn prices are high which is typical but worthy of a mediocre review.

My go to place for my viewing pleasures. Love watching movies here because it is clean and the service is faster. The theater is a nice size but I wish they have a recliner one like their neighboring theatre in Mission Valley. An added bonus is that this place is in the mall so you can just go shopping either before or after the movies

This place is cool because parking is easy, free, and plentiful. Also, they play a lot of Bollywood movies that are not running at other places. LOTS of theaters here so LOTS of choices. Also a foodcourt right across and a Starbucks a couple doors down.

The AMC Theaters are extremely enjoyable comfortable air conditioned recline seating and most have large screens. I think the only sad thing is the cost of the concessions has become so unaffordable but at least they provide so many options as far as get your own drink and so many things that you can do on your own and reserved seating available so theyve come a long way but its so expensive to see a movie that with Netflix and other streaming services Im afraid that more and more people are going to stay home.

I had a bad experience with customer service here. They didnt answer my questions about food when asking for my order. I think they didnt even pay attention to what I was asking for. Food and beverages are overpriced and the seats in this particular AMC are not that comfortable. Ive been in the AMC movie theater in Poway and that one is great!

Very busy. So if you dont have your ticket get there early. You are able to select your seat of your chouce once you purchase a ticket. They have a bar thst sales beer and liquor and a variety of food on the menu just consession stand

Great theater with a lot of films to choose from. No recliner seats, and I believe it’s not always choose your own seat. Still very comfortable chairs and a pleasant staff. Would recommend. About to see The Curse of La Llorona hope my screams can’t be heard from the other theaters!

Extremely helpful employees, willing to go beyond what you would expect to be helpful, but the prices are extraordinaire high for everything. I sent my granddaughter and her friend to watch a movie and $50 later they were starving. I had to take them out again for dinner after spending $30 on whatever it is they sell at the counter, and no refills for the prohibitively high-priced popcorn.

No Place to sit outside when you are waiting. Sometimes there are long lines and it takes forever to get to the ticket window. Everyone in the group doesnt have to be in line but there is no Place to sit. Parking is convenient all around the theater though.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Reasonably priced food. Overwhelmingly overpriced wine and other drinks available.really good selection of movies which are currently out. Altogether, very nice.

Facilities are good. The service at concessions was slow. Since they are in Fashion Valley the parking was very busy. The good;: they allowed me back in to attempt to find my wallet which I thought Id left behind, which I did. The bad: since I had to check under my seat to look for my wallet, I noticed that the cleanup crew could do a better job of it. Was tempted to give a four-rating, but it was very nice to be allowed back in to check my seat.

I used to come to this location 2x a week. Now I dont even think about going to this AMC. It is so dated inside and STILL has the old horrible seats!

Love going to the movies here! Theres a loyalty program you can join and on Tuesdays, you can see any movie for five dollars! The theatre is really nice and modern and even has a bar though I dont drink. There are so many movies playing-I believe 18 or 20 so theres plenty to choose from. The snack bar is pricey but thats how it is at all theatres. Its nice and cool in there and the seats are comfortable. On Tuesday nights, you have to get there early to get a good seat.

Watched Star Wars and it was a great movie! The theater was clean and has multiple condiments stations for big groups!

Had a really good hotdog with a mixed icee. The best! Clean and it didnt take long to get our order

My movie there was good overall especially after an enjoyable 2 hours of watching Godzilla King of the Monsters. The only thing I didnt like about this particular movie theater is that they dont sell chicken tenders at this AMC. Other than that, its a fine AMC movie theater.

They have a fully stocked bar and make any cocktail youd like here. You can even take it to your seat at the movies. Plenty of snack choices. Friendly staff. Only drawback is price. Cost $15 for a movie. But the seats are comfortable. I will definitely go back.

Its not a luxury theater but the seats are decent. They do have a bar in the lobby; and its about $8/drink. As theaters go, it was a good night out. My date was happy with the place, too. Id prefer the Lot, Cinépolis, or another luxury theater simply because of the seats; however I have no complaints. The staff was friendly, too!

A nice movie theater. Clean seats and washrooms. Not much wait time for tickets. Have a selection of popcorns and drinks and pizzas to snack on while watching the movie. They also keep a selection of alcoholic beverages. Overall a very good movie watching experience.

Its what you expect of a mall but more of a dazzling personality. Its appearance is a tad bit dull, but it is a mall so they cant make it appear as gold and silver. Cheerful place great prices.

Good bice place to hangout, watch movies, lots of food and shopping options in the mall.

The only thing that would make this theater better would be an addition for a Dolby theater. Otherwise, it is solid and reliable

Good seats. Decent screen . It was a bit off center from what the seat selector showed though. Sound was good and not overpowering. Plenty of concessionn stands and good bathrooms.

Not bad when you order your tickets online and there is assigned seating. Down side, for assigned seating they dont have seats that recline and their womens bathroom near theater 10 was messy and almost all the stalls didnt have toilet paper. Screen was out of focus for a bit and the sound was down the beginning of the film.

Great theatre. Great service. Typical theatre pricing on the food though.

Long lines. Only one cashier on a busy Saturday night (understaffing a problem at most AMC theaters I’ve been to). A harried managerial type came out and herded some of us to a ticket kiosk. Kiosk screen said it couldn’t dispense tickets halfway through transaction. Looked around for help but because of usual AMC understaffing there was no help available. Left theater as the long line and lack of staff and working kiosks had made me late for movie. Later I found out the non-working machine had charged my card. AMC has the worst customer service and management of all the bigger movie chains. Inept, understaffed, bumbling clowns who care more about squeezing another buck out of you than customer service. I won’t visit an.AMC theater again.

They are stepping up their game by revamping some of the seating & decor. Audio at this theatre is always on point as well. Props to the engineer team.Last night I went to a 7:45 showing, ten min early, I wanted to order some drinks but they decided to close the bar at 7:30. I was made aware that the theatre was closing earlier than normal to accommodate some power work at the mall. However, 1. It doest not take power to make cocktails 2. I would imagine that it would be in your best interest to stay open till at least the movie start time (just 15 min more) Just as the concession stand did.Bar tender was rude with short answers when asked if we could still get a drink, had to ask concessions why they were closed early. Was just kind of a bummer situation that could have used more empathy.
