A former Marine who makes sure everyone abides by all the rules and regulation of this fine community.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Amazing managers, there is a pool and a club house. Houses are clean and tidy. People are friendly and they keep there houses nice.

Lived here, moved out late 2009. Lost contact with an old neighbor since I was in the area I stopped by. Unfortunately he had passed on. What a change in this place. Saw some others that I remembered, all said it had been going down for a while. I guess the owner did not care anymore, I remember him being proud of the place and having screak rules. A goat? Cant believe someone has one in the park. Was only one pet, inside only, Lots of dogs and cats outside. Cigarette butts, diabetes test strips, weeds, this wasnt the place I remember. Glad I sold my place and moved. Looks like a lot of others are moving out oo.

Mexican slum. People let their dogs run loose to defecate in your area so they dont have to pick up. Managers dont care - do anything you like just dont bother them. Multiple sheds over Calif height limit, ramps not up to code, weeds, trash, kids living in a senior park, parking in the red zone blocking other peoples driveways. Been going down hill for 25 years, last two sets of managers are worthless. Most homes are dilapidated and cant be moved so people are stuck with the rent going up $35/month every year.
