Meh. One of those kinda places where you just end wishing you had not wasted your time with. Not all bad. But dissapointing in the end.

Cheap and convenient...otherwise nothing else going for it. Vacationers beware unless ur looking for something inexpensive and centrally located and can close ur eyes to everything else.

Ive lived there off and on for many years. The management is very professional and knowledgeable really nice to be close to the bay and Beach.

Most of the people there are cool, but there are some sketchy ones...real sketchy. We kept everything locked up tight. Hard to get ahold of the manager. The rent is priced right, but the utilities are SUPER High! One of our power bills was $350!

Close to the beach but a bit too much of the trailer park vibe. Drunks fighting in the street and all.

Great, clean RV park. Have been here for a while. Great managment Ralph takes care of things. Quiet environment. Awesome close to freeway and lots of great sights!!!

Terrible all drug addicts and theives ..police there all the time .trashy people a manager that takes kickbacks.drugs dealers everywhere i caught a blk man named anthony selling my son drugs .dont go

These people havent been all that fair to people who live there I dont suggest this particular spot for anyone

Great place to stat

My dad has changed the park for the best. It used to be a stereotypical trailer when the previous manager was here 15 years ago. But now its run very professional and its a well managed mobile home park.
