I have lived here for a few months short of 17 years. The park has changed drastically since I bought here. Repairs to the park are slow and sloppy. If you dont like the rules, the next lease you sign will have written the rules out. I was walking my dogs and a dog @ 202 came out and bit me. As of this writing, the bite is in the 5th day. Very disappointed at the general reactions of the park.
Sadly the park has really gone downhill in the last 30 years. They finally fixed the front gate that allowed too many non-residents and vehicles to enter. There are numerous residents who are breaking many of the park rules and management doesnt seem to care or follow through with enforcing said residents to stop. Many yards are filled with garbage and weeds. Many vehicles are parked without valid, updated tags. Bayview Heights Park used to be clean and pristine. Now its in terrible condition. Its very, very sad. Where are the park owners who used to care and take pride in this once lovely park?
Nice mobile park. Hidden gem really. o know this area all my life and barely discovered it. Word of caution though...old homes you have to pay cash. New ones 10-20 percent down. The cheapest trailer I saw was $120,000.
Bayview Mobile Home Park seems like a very nice place to live as with most mobile home parks you have homes that are very lovely and other homes that are not as quality but most of the small yard seem to be in good condition and I didnt get to meet people there but there seem to be a mix of different types of people all different types of cars so it gives you an idea of a wide range of
This family park started as a 55 plus so it has great amenities. Gated entry, salt water pool maintained beautifully, jacuzzi, club house, older and available for group gatherings. Pool tables and kitchen. Outdoor picnic area with grills. The street are newly paved and neighborhoods are quiet, clean and friendly. Little to NO crime. All units are required to be brought up to standards before selling which keeps the older houses updated and presentable. Many residents have been there for decades. Lot rents are lower at the bottom of the park and higher at the top where the bay is visible. We live at the bottom and it is delightful. There is a real feeling of community here and the location is fantastic. Still in the moisture-belt of the Balboa Park area so it doesnt get as hot as it gets just a few miles East . Easy access to 94 then to 805 and just a few miles West, highway 5, to 163. 7 minutes from downtown There is a Walmart, Target and Sams Club a short drive East on 94. 2 small pets allowed and neighbors are often walking pups and kids play outside like neighborhoods in the good ole days. Very quiet. A recommended community..
Ten years of a lovely living experience. Managed well, friendly neighbors, groomed & maintained, fine living among pre-fabricated lovely homes & well kept mobile homes; love all well behaved pets & their owners.
Im just working here but the people are nice and its clean
Nice new outside pool furniture.
Parents bought here in 1990 and inherited my home. Absolutely love living here. Close to everything in San Diego, quiet community, love my neighbors, and everyone is working on updating their yards. So pleasant to live in such a community.
Quiet,.family oriented.place. nice to see children playing without stress of traffic, careless drivers and inconsiderate neighbors. Nice relaxing place well kept property. Clean safe environment off the beaten path
Beautiful area....feels like home and safe whenever I go visit!!
Nice place. Great pool, jaccuzzi, sauna, and showers. Im sure when this place first opened over 50 years ago it was like being in Hollywood.
It shows what life is really like hard and easy all aspects of life is here open my eyes up to a lot of things I normally wouldnt see
The place is a little ran down and the people are controlling. I havent been in the pool.
My daughter in law owns her home there. Unsure about rental prices.
My girlfriend housesits for her grandmother at this trailer park and let me just say thanks to grammy for be cool with me helping her watch your house cause it is a lovely place you have. Its super quite and everyone seems friendly. You can really see the bay from her backyard too so the name doesnt lie.
I am out of state. It sure would be nice to be able to see pictures of the community and pictures of the mobile homes that are up for sale or rent. I cant make a responsible decision because theres no information about the park
I have lived here close to 20 years. The park is a safe and secure place. The crime rte is low to non at all. When i first moved in it was just changing from senior park to family park. Children do play outside sometimes but in todays time they dont play outside like i was raised. Pets are allowed and I have an Yorkie named George. Its a safe place to walk your dog. My neighbors right now are great. Very friendly and wave when we see each other. but most people stay inside their homes. Unless your like me and love to garden. There are HOA but not to strict. I give this park 5 starts because it is well taken care of. The roads were just repaved. The vegetation is well maintained. The pool is kept clean along with the hot tub. They have annual get together s. The monthly newsletter keeps everybody informed. Management is fair but stern to rule breakers. All and all its been a great place to live. I picked to live here it didnt pick me.
Shout out to my buddy FREDRICK. He lives here. I attend school for the blind. This man is an awesome person.
Very clean well-kept Park nice place
Nice clean quite park. Im looking for a home there, My sister has lived there for over 15 years and she loves it.
Nice pool and jacuzzi
It has a number of racist old people in it. The management keeps changing but it seems like a reasonable place in San Diego to raise a family, or retire to.
ITS A PLACE WHEN IT RAINS THE DUCKS ARE HAPPY, AND THEY STAND OUTSIDE WALKING AROUND LAUGHING WHILE ALL THE HUMANS SIT INSIDE...
This used to be a nice place to live, but no more. Space rent goes up every year and many homes are for sale. Nothing is ever updated, same furniture in the shabby clubhouse for over 25 years, only now the furniture is very soiled.Managers dont know what they are doing and often give incorrect information.
Much better than apartments; Price, security, parking space, friendly neighbors and well kept community areas...
Nice place
Nice and peaceful place.
Did not go there
A hidden tight community ... Great views....and affordable
Looks like a nice park.
Clean & nice!
They are good mobile homeClean, quietBut you do get kids running in the streets at timesThey just added a gate for security purposesBut its doesnt even help, you see cars going through the exit .The laundry room is out dated and a messMachines do not work at timesThe pool has ridiculous rules
