I have a friend (@styles.by.steed on IG) who lives here and does my hair. Every time I go in the community is very nicely kept: clean, quiet, and well kept. Parking can be a bit tricky at times so just get the 411 from whoever you are going to visit.

Lots of old people here. Its a quiet place to live the management can be a pain. At night not many places to park your car cause there lots are full with people who dont want there car or truck in there own driveways so the park them in the lots. I no like 2yrs ago they had to close the back pool cause the health inspector came by an tested the pool an it failed his test he performs on the water. GROSS!!

I dont visit this place, just happen to drive by it periodically, and the notifications have become annoying, to say the least. If they continue, I will trash this place at every opportunity until they cease...

Park is kept very clean, neat place not any riffraff

Its a very nice mobile home park. The majority of homes are well maintained. Its very clean. And the few Ive had contact with have been really friendly.

A family member lives here. The park is always well maintained and is dog friendly.

Excellent community. Well kept grounds good management. Have lived here over 5 years now and my opinion has not changed. Only thing is its noisey near the freeway..

I cant say Im a huge fan of this place I do understand that they take the time to make sure everything is protected and they have evening rovers which is reassuring but I think its difficult and quite expensive if one were to consider living there I understand that the cost of living is high everywhere in San Diego but this is a trailer park I really wish they could reconsider especially with the highs housing crisis

This is a great community. The rec center has been used for baby and bridal showers on dozens of occasions. Easy set up and tear down. Great location.
