If I could give it no stars that would still be to hi of a rating! The office manager is condescending and rude. the park itself is very well kept, but the owner apparently is extorting the tenants. Every tenant gets an extra bill every month to pay for the owners property taxes, state and city taxes, and to pay for any insurance claims against the park...these are in the total of 118.oo ish per month on top of all of their own Bills and house payments. The owner collects 30,680 bucks extra from residents to pay his bills!the word rackateer comes to mind.and if the office manager is rude, condescending and acts like she is better than me..a person of her own age..it makes me wonder how she treats elderly peoe when they confront her!!!
I have lived here for a year and love how clean the park is kept. People are friendly and it is very well run by management.
This place is ridiculous to get ahold of anyone. Ive called for days and nobody calls back or answers the phone. You cant get any information. Someone over there needs to wake up oh and its clearly not 55+ only because I know of three different under the age of 25 ppl living there. WAKE UP, OceanBluffs

Cleanest trailer park I have ever seen. No drama. No trash. No crime. Im from Missouri so my idea of a trailer park is to not go to them. Yours is even gated.... love it
The manager is assertive, attentive, attractive, and forthcoming. Cant ask for more.
Nice park, but with the new management and the land lease increases is forcing many homeowners to sell their homes since most residents are on a fixed income.The new park owners are simply a bunch of greedy bastards. Not only they increased the rent. They also have minimized the budget that is supposed to go into the maintenance of the premises. It gives me the impression that the park will downgrade slowly since the rent is getting to be so high for the services provided.

I just moved in and so far Im absolutely loving it. The Estates are very well maintained and the staff is very friendly. The neighbors Ive met so far are wonderful people. My Ocean View home is more than I ever expected.
Enclosed gated community and there is a minimum age requirement for residents who are in the area and the entire area is extremely tranquil.
The managers, Ofelia and David have poor P. R.s. The people living there are really nice its just management and the owners son who dont cut it for such position.

Park is nice and clean, very well maintained. But high space rent and Unreasonable lease increases make it less of an investment and more of a resort living. New manager is not the most friendly but she is ok.
Beautiful grounds
I love my home. The park has a inviting feel to it as you drive in. Makes you happy to be home. Nice green areas to walk the dog and management does a nice job of maintaining the park.
