Saw the reviews and decided to check out this show on a Friday night. I brought my friend and girlfriend, and we were immersed into the world of improvisation. The actors(?) were impeccable in their wit and ability to take any suggestion from the crowd and make a funny skit even when some of the audience members were quite drab.Would definitely come back and take more friends along!Useful 8FunnyCool 1

What a good show! Great comedians, fast-paced, clean(ish) jokes, and very friendly hosts. We were amazed to find that this place really is free, its all donation based. Its not a huge space to get there on time or be prepared to squeeze in the back. It was a entertaining show and I cant wait to come back

After it took 15 minutes to find parking, there wasnt even standing room available in there. The show must be good. We just left right away.

It was entertainment on a budget. No cost to get in but also you need to provide your own food and drink. Also its just a very small quaint room attached to a coffee house that was comprised of about 50 folding chairs. Some people chose to stand. These comedians seem fairly new to stand up, and they have more courage than I ever could, but I didnt find that I laughed as much as when I have gone to an upscale (average) comedy venue.

Best show in San Diego! Ive paid for other shows in the area that arent nearly as good. Always look forward to see Als performance!

Truly a fun and laid back venue. The comics were awesome, pg-13 clean...and still very funny! Classic local SD crowd made it a good vibes gathering, as we do!

Went there with some friends. It was a blast. Free! They pass a basket around at the end and you drop in a donation. That is how they get paid.I cant wait to go back. Great comics!

This place is a great find! Can beleive it is free. Really funny comedians and warm funny host!

For a donation-based show, this was great! Yes, this is not NYC or LA-grade of comedians, but they are pretty amazing and had local jokes. Clean comedy? Mostly. No food and drinks at the place, but you can bring your own (there is a liquor store right across the street). The place is small and can fit probably 50 people. Comedy Heights is connected to the coffee shop, so you can get a coffee next door. There are two unisex restrooms in the back. I would certainly come back, this time with a drink ;)

This is a first rate show each and every week and clean comedy to boot. The comedians are first rate for a no cover show. And nice people to boot.

Really fun atmosphere with great comedy and a fun crowd. Ive been a few times and havent been disappointed - you do have to get there a little early to find parking though.
