A great park with two loop trails which can be combined to form a larger hiking loop. There are multiple lookout viewpoints from the trail and a few small bridge crossings. The trail climbs up the hillside or canyon to the top and follows the rim of the hill before descending again. Overall a great trail that is about 1.5 miles in length for the larger combined loop.
Having such good trail in your neighborhood gives you the luxury to go at anytime of the day that you dont have to plan much in advance. Spectacular views and plenty of shade from trees
Great quick local hike. Some parts are narrow with steep hills, so be careful with small children. Not a hard hike, but some inclines and some with steps.
There is a man who frequents this trail with a selfie stick who likes to film unsuspecting people. He also has been seen attacking the geese that happen to go on the path. Please stay away from him.i tried confronting him but he got violent.please alert someone if you see him.I noticed he keeps claiming to be a famous online streamer i am not sure who he is.
Its nice for a little hick up a mountain side trail that loops around a woody area dry in the summer but with beautiful green plants in the spring .
Such a great little getaway in the middle of San Carlos. Just a note, that it has parts with steep terrain.
Really nice hike for young kids and dogs, just enough elevation, just enough distance to keep it interesting but still doable with preschoolers.
Great place for little hikes with a furry friend, but dont bring a stroller! Youll regret it.
Nice 2 mile hike. Plus had fun on the swings :)
This is a great place to take your little dog to drop off a big poop. Dont forget to clean up!
Decent hike in San Carlos
Nice easy hiking spot with an occasional run in with deer
Very nice nature place.
Love this park. Easy for kids
Great views for such a short hike
Great views!
Nice little hike. You can spend 30 minutes or 3 hours in this little area. The scenery isnt all that changing but it has some nice views from the top of the San Mateo Bridge
Great neighborhood trail to get outdoors
Nice trails, but narrow and fairly steep for a small municipal park.
Chill!
This is a nice park with some quick short trails but I probably prefer Edgewood which is just down the round a mile or so.
Great spot for an hour hike. Beautiful in the winter after the rain.
Could never go cuz there was no park entrance per say. Only paths off main roads
Dog friendly trails!
Decent park for a walk- nothing worth driving out of the way for.
Love how close this is to my house. A little bit of nature in my neighborhood.
My favorite place for a quick hike
Amazing place to exercise
Super clean love
