Half the trampolines were closed. Staff members walk around yelling at the kids to not run, get out of the foam pit, you have to be on your feet while on the trampoline. Let them have fun! Kids like sky high better.
Super fun venue! We love the toddler tots time reserved for kiddos 6 and under. The biggest issue is that two of the sections are roped off - the dodgeball and new wipe out game. No idea when theyll be back in operation.
Fun place to take the kids for a birthday or event. The place seems to be run by highschool kids. Bring your own pizza if you want quality.
My kids love this place. I wish the staff members would be more polite... There is one girl who tries to manage everything and maybe one helpful boy (they are teens!!) the others are just lost... It is pretty annoying.
This place is really gong down hill. Just look at the reviews over time. And they have had half the place under construction for about a year. Yet in other parts of San Carlos an entire apartment building is erected in 3 weeks. I honestly feel they are never going to finish the remodel. The kids that work there are really sloppy in their attentiveness. We watched one employee walk away to go jump with another employee and left the climbing wall unattended while a child of about 5 was climbing the wall. Her parents were sitting watching but that was so dangerous. Safety should be the number one priority. The employee harnessed in the child and left the entire time the child was climbing up and coming down the wall. And another pet peave is the kids that work there when they jump they leave their shoes on. We saw 4 employees umping while we were there snd all with shoes. The employees should also be in socks. Its not sanitary.
Its pretty good but you really cant spend more than 1 hour because it kind of small
I love this place for my kids. I just bought the monthly membership and so far its come in handy. They are doing remodeling right now but they are still open. My kids dont mind it they still have fun around it. I usually drop my kids off and pick them up since they are a bit older one is 13 and 11Parking can be. Pain sometimes I would recommend getting there a bit earlier than you are supposed to. Allow time to find parking especially on the weekend.
Fun way to kill time during wet days. The kiddos had a blast, it was straight forward, simple, and safe.
It was fine. Mostly over worked staff, rude tweens, and 60% broken arcade. One of my girls hurt her wrist, and a staff member offered ice in a bag, which I thought was really sweet of her, as well as unexpected. Were going back because its a trampoline park and closer by. Weve been to much better ones, but this one isnt quite the worst. Give it another year of minimal maintenance to be at the bottom.
Nice place for kids to have fun, staff are always so nice and kind yet the funnest thing is the rock climbing
My daughter broke her leg here. She had to have a full leg cast. And we were just jumping. :( A young girl brought an ice pack but no-one came back to see if she was okay. After she couldnt bare weight on her leg I took her to urgent care across the street. The Dr said they get a ton of casualties from trampoline parks and alot of broken bones.
We were there for a 5th graders birthday party, which was great for the kids. As party planners go, they handled it beautifully. The kids got jump time, an escort, pizza, drinks, and a party room. If your kids are of jump space age, which is pretty broad, theyll have a great time and its really easy for the parents. Everything is included in the party price. As a parent in attendance, who wasnt there to jump around, it was a different experience. It was loud and chaotic - which was GREAT for the kids, but not so much if you were just hanging out while the young ones were doing their thing. If you are into the trampoline thing, its a good space for it. Friendly staff. Package prices. As safe as trampoline places get.The parking lot seems to be a little small for the space, and there is a lot of red curbing on the street outside which may mean a walk from the car. Only mentioned because parking is something I notice.Overall, the kids will love it.
Although they have half of the place under construction it was still a lot of fun on neon night for my 3 kids. 13 yr old boy, 9 and 5 year old girls. Had a blast.
Very clean, courteous, and efficient. Money very well spent. Will definitely come back. Thanks RJ staff.
My kids enjoy Rock n Jump when we go to other locations but this location had 2 closed under construction areas while we were there and they didnt tell us at the desk when we checked in.
Our kids love this place. The kids enjoy jumping on all the trampolines and diving into the foam pit. Definitely recommend for the kids.
It is really fun and it has awesome play areas and it is just so cool
I paid for a summer pass, went by today and half of the place is closed for remodeling. My son was playing basketball in the basketball area, but some other kids starting playing Dodge ball in that area because the Dodge ball space is closed and ended up hitting my son in the head with the ball so hard that he had to sit down for a bit and didnt want to jump again after. Part of the main jumping area is closed as well for a new feature. So less space but the price is the same. Disappointing.
Big fun. Could use a little TLC. Very popular in am.
Theres many reasons this place is so popular. The birthday parties are amazing and the staff take good care of the kids. It turns out kids really do need a place to bounce off the walls!
Awesome way to start off the weekend with the little ones jumping on trampolines, its probably just as much fun for the grown-ups. The foam pit is a real hit
Staff is extremely helpful and nice. This is a great place to throw a bday party!
Had an amazing time with the family. Staff is awesome. The vibe is great.
Fun for the kids. Staff is great.
Nice place to take the kids to jump. Food wasnt the greatest
Pretty fun place for the kids. I did wish they did a better job separating the older and younger kids from playing together because I saw too many kids get hurt. But most of the time it was fun for my kids
Super fun place for kids
My son loves this place especially the dodgeball and wanted to have his friends here for his birthday. Unknown to us when we made the reservation, the place is under construction and half of the things are closed, including the dodgeball area. Very disappointed.
Great place for kids. Party rooms are a bit small though if you have larger parties. Overall good experience
We always have fun here but if you come in later they dont discount and charge you a full hour even if you jump 45 minutes. I am not happy about that.Today they had a deal siblings jump free, that was good. Also you could buy an hour ticket for next time for $7.00 instead of $17.00.Also they hand me a discount of $10 for next time if you spend more than $40.Is a good place for the kids to have fun.
Horrible! Negative stars! 3 accidents in 30 minutes while the staff kept taking off leaving the parents to watching the kids and kids being kids pushing and ahoving.
A great way for kids to get rid of excess energy!
Is a good place where you can have a good time with friends, or children
Need a place to run out energy? This is a great option. Its an indoor trampoline park that hosts birthday parties. It can get a bit packed but the kids love it and are tired when done jumping. They do have socks that you need to wear for purchase to help with traction on the trampolines.
Even on a bad air Saturday we had loads of fun. The staff has a hard time identifying the real safety issues when it is this packed, and there is not enough seating for high occupancy times. Most times have visited, these issues arent a problem; however, they need to have training that emphasizes customer safety and comfort over minor business related technicalities for these high traffic times.
Fun for all kids. Not too much for teens or adults. but the choices for snacks and foods much better than plain old chucky cheese. they need to add more activities for the entire family.
My son broke his arm here due to many jump areas being closed and all the kids jumping together because there was no separation with big kids and smaller kids
Like because its fun rock climing and jumping also the food and drinks
We hosted my daughters 5th birthday here in feb. this was our first time at rockin jump and also first time with such a organized birthday. The jumping itself was great for the kids but the place was really crowded. We got an upstairs room. The staff was really not helpful - communication was confusing, setup was delayed and only one young person was there with us. He was inexperienced and not following up with serving the food / fruits. All the parents had to jump in. Since then we went to other places with similar organized party options and all of them were way better organized and had 2 people to help with the party. Overall we didn’t like the experience as the hosts.
Decent sized party room, maybe if improved pizza, but jumping space is fine.
This place is absolutely horrible and rips me off with half of the areas closed. I would recommend never coming here again because I know I won’t.
My little one enjoyed the trampolines. Giving only 3 stars for inadequate number of seats and for the very slow service. If you intend to buy snacks from this place, forget it unless you are okay waiting for a long time for your order and you are ok eating your food standing up.
Not all of the attractions are open right now.
Wear my kids out here. As of Sept 2019 it is 50% closed due to construction though, so be aware. Have also seen the staff smoking crack out back several times while waiting to pick up my kids from the dance studio out back, so I would not trust them. But like I said, the kids love it and they get worn out here.
I took my son there the other day it was great sometimes it could be crowded but its an awesome experience with the little ones
2 sections were closed and they didnt let you know on their website.
Pretty inexpensive, friendly staff. Great for under 3 unlike some places in the city
Great trampoline park for little kids! Its so popular that it seems like theres a birthday party announcement every fifteen minutes.
Always fun for the kids. Not very much fun for adults. I recommend dropping off and finding a local brewery.
The kids love this place, and I do - because I can work while they jump. Just wish they had better control/segregation of the bigger kids from the small ones - as I worry theyll crash/injure the little ones.
Had my sons birthday party here. The kids love it! The snack bar area has a good selection. I found myself wanting to jump, theyll allow parents inside the jumping area to watch if you jump youll need to pay.
Loved it. Awesome place. Need to pace yourself though
Disappointing to pay full price for a membership when less than half of the attractions are under construction. 8 months ago they promised new attractions. Still nothing.
I took my son and his friends 9 and their parents, of course) there to celebrate his 9th birthday. The staff were wonderful: Very patient and helpful. All the kids had a WONDERFUL time and we parents couldnt have been happier (all the kids were happily exhausted and some of the parents played too). I would go there again and again. So worth the money.
I went there for a party. It was really fun. There was a dogde ball pit, a foam squares fighting pit, trampoline basketball stuff and much more
This is a great location to go to for some fun jump time with the entire family. It can get super crowded on the weekend because of birthday parties. If you are looking for some quality jump time without a wait and the hassle of to many people weekday nights are great.
Restrooms needs better cleaning
Mmmmm... The place is just ok. My kid got a good exercise but my wait time was kinda boring, not much to do outside of the jump.
Cool place... kids love it a lot. Mostly for tweens and younger kids though....
Under renovation for about a year to add a couple new areas for play
Good for kids. Concern about the sanitation.
This place is to expensive. I took the kids to have some play time since they cant be outside because of all the smoke from they fires weve been having but you could still smell some smoke inside the building.
Took my grandson and his friend today. My grandson is six and his friend is three. They played the whole hour and I purchased the Groupon for $19 for two. Had to get socks for the boys at $6 but I guess that is the process. The staff(Henry) & the Manager were nice. The dipping dots machine, hurricane machine & photo booth was a hit too.
Friendly staff. Kids had fun!
Very good place for kids all ages
I have been coming here for years . Mostly for me, now for my kids . They have loads of fun . Word of advice, avoid weekends like the plague . Overcrowding and trampolines = injury. They dont really have any good system to keep small kids from running into each other and inexperienced larger kids and adults often do not have the control to prevent accidents from happening . My suggestion is to avoid weekends, they have promos Wednesdays . They are half as busy on a Wednesday . You get an extra hour . Less chance for injury and more time to play !
I love jumping there with my 5 and 9 year old granddaughters tho I never see other adults over even 40! Most fun cardio exercise ever. Theyd be happy going every week. I find the whole place clean, well-supervised, with good service. I dont buy food or drink; even $1.50 water bottles can be skipped since theres a fountain available.
Half of the jump attractions are shut down or ripped out but still charging full price. The remaining attractions are more crowded as result too, not as fun as in the past
I took my son for his birthday and half of it was closed they didnt even have the decency to let us know it was upsetting my son loves this place he was so bummed out...
12 year old son has a great time..everytime.
Great place! $20 for 2 hrs of jump time per kid and $25 per adult for 2 hrs with a shirt. Adults get offered shirts and the kids dont? Too much for me to rationalize. This place needs to re-think thier sales strategy.
You cant go wrong with this place, jumping while you have fun, and get your exercise...
I like coming here the place is clean and the kids have fun but they need to hire more staff for all areas to be working. It does get pricy if you have more than 2 kids. I had coupons for get buy one hr get the other one free but they dont do it like that they just give you $10 off.
What a fun outing for all ages. Well supervised with friendly staff members.
Theyre open during construction however they fail to inform their customers that most activities are currently closed. Save yourself the trip and wait until theyre finished renovating
They changed management and were extremely unfriendly. I went there with my host child who has autism and sensory issues and they wouldnt let him jump, because he doesnt wear the socks. Because of safety reasons. The sad thing about it: three months ago he celebrated his birthday and had a great time. Now they dont let him in anymore.
Had my nieces birthday party here. Host was nice and everything went smoothly.
Prices on website were significantly higher than the actual cost when you walk up to the counter to pay in person. A lot of false advertisement.Overall setting was fun for my two small children and I.
My two year old son is addicted to this place. Rockin Tots 8a-10a on Saturday is a really fun time for not just your kiddo but parents too! You get huge air on the enormous trampolines and when the kids need a little break you can build foam towers with the blocks from the foam jump pit. :-)
Kids have lots of fun, and parents can join in. Good for birthday parties, but they need a lot more seating for parents.
We had my daughters birthday party and she and a group of 10 of her friends had a lot of fun, they sell pizza, salads, drinks, candy and every thing a kid would want to have at a party not to metion the trampolines everywhere.
Great place, perfect for kids!
Was there for a birthday, and my daughter loved it.
So much fun and the kids loved it.
Good place for kids to run around. A little too chaotic during peak hours. Customer service needs more work. Went there for a birthday party and had to enter my information for the waiver 3 times because it didnt show up on the party hosts screen. Instead of diagnosing the problem on her end, she just kept sending me back to the kiosk to re-enter the information. After the 3rd attempt, I walked back and she said, oh, I found it. You have 3 entries.
Great for children and birthdays parties. The initial liability for is a bit weird if not used to the system and adult are quite loud.
This is the go to place for kids to burn excess energy.
More organized, cleaner, and better run than Jump Sky High.Similar trampoline setup w large trampoline arena and dodgeball court. Added fun of trampoline basketball hoops.Food is solid pub food, couple TVs, nice leather couches, attentive staff.Kids had a great time and only downside is that they sell Pepsi products.Only
Great way to get your kids wiggles out, and they adjust their hours when school is out.
We had a wonderful time at Rockin Tots on Saturday morning, but it was a little pricey for what you get. Kind of annoying that you have to buy their socks. If youre going to Rockin Tots on a Saturday morning, Id go as early as possible since its less crowded and youll get your moneys worth.
Great place i run a jump and have a great time. GM Freddy and staff were super attentive and made the place fun.
All what I can say it’s WOW. My son still talks about his birthday party/ Rockin Jump party. We celebrated my son’s birthday with 38 friends and parents this past Sunday. The stuff made the experience out of this world, they made my son and everyone feel that they are the only guest that they ever had, they also made the arrangement for the food and drinks without me or my wife stressed about it. I highly recommend the place for your kids’ parties.Thank you Rockin Jump Team
Rockin tots is great. 2 hours to yourself without having to worry about big kids jumping all over your 2 year old. Tue, Wed, Sat from 9-11
This is another trampoline-based kids play place :) Lots of kids running around, a pervasive smell of sweat and feet, but the kids seem to have fun, and the pricing structure is reasonable (for this area). The adult waiting area is a bit small, but adequate.
