Welp, long ago someone had the idea to make a variety of different manufactured homes. Most of which were built on sight by skilled day laborers and project overseers. Eventually a system came to fruition where they could mix and match the sizes of the said properties and now today they use this same formula to create more and more housing on all the available space in regards to local and state laws.

I dont live there my friend lives there but when I go to her house and I drive in and out the area seems clean and well taken care of. You just have to watch for the traffic coming in out of the driveway from meridian.

The park is clean and the people are nice I was just a visitor but when people passed by to get their mail they waved said hello it was nice might have to visit my aunt more often

Nice mobile pre fabricated homes with clubhouse with spa and big swimming pool very pleasant ambience affordable space rent and closed community with security on the park. Nice amicable management.

This place has no parking for pubic

This place is so ghetto, we visited my mother n law a few weeks ago and heard nothing but gun shots at night. Watch where u park they will tow u than charge u 300 dollars for ur car back. Dont live here its not safe.

Less ghetto than surrounding area

No rules for residents. Poorly kept grounds. Trash and junk heaps in yards. High crime area. Charge residents for security patrol every month and in reality there is none!
