This is Great Park to Walk the dogs, take the kiddos or to just getaway from a long day at work. They have a dog park too, trails, hills, paved area to walk also. Theres also portable restrooms, and several playground areas, and dog fountains. Theres plenty of parking, lit areas, and pretty safe too. Theres usually an icecream truck or two to buy refreshments.

Theres something for everyone in the family here. The adventure course was a lot of fun to try. My kids loved the huge playground. The views on the trail and hill overlook are beautiful. I will definitely be coming back so my kids can use the splash pad.

Another one of San Antonio wonderful parks! This play ground is 3 levels and huge!! They have a place for littles to play also, splash pad, skate park, huge walking trail, giant rope climb, basketball courts, and a zip line!!! They also have a huge covered pavillon with tons of picnic tables - Didnt give it a 5 star only because last time we went there was tons of bees for some reason. I have been there plenty of times but for some reason bees were EVERYWHERE! We had to leave early that day.

The kids had FUN!!!! However seating is limited for adults, our advice to out of town guest bring lawn chairs and an umbrella or some type of portable shade. Summer camp groups also use the parks so there are a ton of kids at the park. Also be careful and stress to your little about stranger danger.

This place just opened up a new obstacle course, sort of like the American Ninja Warrior, but smaller. This park has so many things to offer, trails, skate park, dog park, basketball courts, playgrounds, disc golf, and a small splash pass for the kids. Check it out, you wont be disappointed.

Its an awesome park. The skate park part of it is a hit with the teens. The hills are great! They give a great view of South & central SA.

Its a very large park, with very few trees so summer will be unbearable. There is a really good obstacle course in the park

Too many adults hogging up the water spouts. I mean ok its for erbody but have some consideration for the kids. It was hot out there !

Wonderful place to just get everything of your mind except Jesus my Lord and Savior.

Park was very clean has fun workout areas with a spot that times your speed that you can race with. Ice cream trucks parked for snacks and drinks and has a big free photobooth that you can use! Definitely will be coming back.

Its a pretty nice place for kids to explore. Lots of slides and climbing steps and different sections. Only problem I have is that I like to keep an eye on my children and when its a place this big its kinda hard to watch them all as they go different places. Also gets packed with a ton of children.

Excellent park. Friendly people and so much to do! Zip line, swings, slides and obstacle courses. During hot weather the splash pad is awesome. Also, trails and exploring for all levels of enthusiastic participation.

Wonderful place for the whole family. There is even a dog park nearby. Restroom is clean and a big parking lot is available.

That is really a nice park, especially for the kids. With all those different kind of swings and slides as well as the skate board park awesome. Also the hiking is great too.

This is really a nice Park, my grandkids really enjoyed them selves today. Lots to do at this park. keeps kids, parent and grandparents very involved and motivated . Theres even a nice walking trail with hills good exercise.

When the weather is nice this park is heaven. Being high up on the hills and feeling the wind on your face is one of the best feelings in the world. The trails are nice and quiet, so theyre perfect if you want to be alone in your thoughts or if you want to have a nice chat with a friend. There is so much to see here. I will be going back to explore more.

Great park! The kids always have a great time! The restrooms could be cleaned a little more often, but all in all, 4 stars.

We love this place! Great views, great workouts, challenging obstacle courses, and so many different areas to be in so its not crowded. And you can see the sunset!

Great place to spend time with family, kids, and friends. There is an obstacle course, a large play place, skate park, dog park, soccer fields, basketball courts, and walking/running trails. There is a pavilion and some tables and benches. There is also a splash pad. Kids ages 14 and 4 had hours of fun here.

This is a GREAT FAMILY FRIENDLY PLACE! My boys really enjoy this place. The food trucks are the best in town.

Very fun. My kids always ask to go. There is a lot of room for kids to run around. Plus a great place to cool off.

Nice playground and skate park, but lacks shade and seating areas. Can get very busy on nice weekends. Ample walking paths as well. Parking can be difficult if it is a busy weekend. Typically there is a good truck or vendor there.

This is probably the best park in the city! We drive 30 minutes from the northeast to go here occasionally. The splash pad is awesome and theres a zipline. They recently added an obstacle course for 13+ it looks like some hardcore parkour thing. Very cool. There are no grills however and I think it might not be allowed.

Great park for family activities with a splash pad, zip line walking trails and a skate park. They also have a very nice covered pavilion with lots of tables for a large party or gathering with friends and BBQing.

Love this park. But some of the people have no respect with cursing every other word around kids. I personally dont want that around my grandson. But unfortunately we cant change some people. If its just me. I enjoy zig zagging up the hills. Great workout!

A jewel in the rough. This place was a landfill and now a destination park with countless amenities.

Great place to let the kids burn off energy and get wet while doing it. Definitely one of the biggest and most diverse playgrounds in San Antonio. Would be 5 stars but you cannot BBQ at this park.

This park is a family favorite. They have everything from a splash pad to a skate park. My nephews go to play basketball and there are usually tons of other kids whom they can play with. My young ones love the regular playground. I want to try the hiking side of the park next time. Also notable are the ice cream trucks. Its nice to have a snack or drink you can purchase right there without having to leave, especially when you arent quite ready to, but I think its also what attracts the bees to this location. I havent had any problems there with animal waste, but it does make me super nervous when I see people bringing their dogs to the kids playground area. Overall its a really cool park with something for everyone.

Great place to hang out. Although the bees were very active this time of the year under the pavilion.

Its a good park to do many activities. I really hope that the City would make repairs to the splash zone floor before spring starts.

This place is great huge playground for the kids with the splash pad so its perfect for summer time, hanging cause of the skate park, or if you want a challenge they have a mini ninja course too

Awesome park...good for walking some miles. With great views overlooking the air force base and downtown skyline.

Favorite Park! Always clean and well kept. Several amenities to do especially Zip.Line! Ice Cream truck were out there. . .all they need now is a Taco truck during lunch hour in the weekends! We wouldnt need to leave.

Very spacious area with a huge play area for kids with some cool updated amenities. They have a mini zipline by the toddler area as well but I personally love to go here to walk/jog

Great for the kids and those whom are staying fit. Insane obstacle course and running trail. Nice splash pad for the kids, awesome 3 story playground with slides and nice skateboarding ramps.

Great skatepark. Son loves the playground, theres a water park, and some trails. Wgat more could you want.

Park would be pretty sweet of it was better maintained. The zipline was broken, the padded stuff covering the concrete at the playground was all falling apart. Also, for parents, the play areas are near the road/parking lot, without any sort of fence around the playground to keep the kids from running off.

Very nice well maintained park. Plenty of play options and different types of swings. Has a splash pad for warmer weather (it was closed for maintenance when we were there). Nice restrooms. Would absolutely recommend taking the kiddos there.

Variety of activities for the whole family including outdoor ninja warrior set up for adults. Walking trail as well. There was a couple food trucks with snacks

My favorite park on this side of town easily. I just wish the basketball court was covered.

Old Pearsall Park is so fun in the summer you can get wet and there is so much to do at Pearsall Park

This is a great place to take your kids out to have fun for free!! Has everything you could want - a waterpark, 2 playgrounds, basketball courts, skateboard area with ramps, a large shaded pavilion for parties, other tables and shaded sitting areas, bathrooms, hiking trails. Bring a lawn chair and sit under a shaded area.

Grass should be cut more but soo much to do! Great for family walks! Letting the little ones run around ! Skate park, bball courts, soccer field, dog park area multiple play areas

There is lots to do for all ages. Its a great way to get out and enjoy the day!

Its a fantastic place for small children from 1 to around 12. The play ground equipment is the best and the splash pads is the perfect place for children to have lots of fun.

The child had a great time at the waterpark.

I like my local park but there is a need for trash receptacles for dog waste and recycling bins for water bottles and cans. A missed opportunity to help the environment for sure. Otherwise the views of Lackland AFB and the aurrounding areas are nice.

Always love to sit here and take lunch if the weather is nice. Tables, restrooms, and WiFi. Cant go wrong

Great park! Could use more lighting on the play structures. It was packed at 8:30 on a Wednesday night, and it was hard to see the kids on the playground.

Great park! Awesome place for the kiddos. Water park is free and play ground right near it. They also have activitys and a zip line. Always alot of people so that should say it all!

Besides the 2 hour maintenance, the water was going strong the whole time. The hiking and racing routes were fun, and it is nice having a skate park.

It isnt summer yet, so the water pad is off. However, the playground is expansive and the walking/jogging trails are moderate. At the top of the hill is one of the neatest views I have come across in San Antonio.
