If its your 1st time in San Antonio and your staying in the downtown area you need to walk to the king Williams area and look at some of the most amazing houses in all of Texas. The great thing about the king Williams area is that you can walk on the streets are walk on the riverwalk to enjoy these beautiful homes.

Very beautiful, historical neighborhood & the representative at the association was just Awesome! I cant remember her name but she was so friendly to my daughter & me that she mentioned she wish she had time to take us out to breakfast.

Such a beautiful piece of history in the downtown San Antonio area. All of the staff at the King William Association are the most knowledgeable, friendly people Ive ever known. Ive worked with them for many years and its a pleasure every step of the way. You definitely MUST visit the King William District on your journey through downtown San Antonio. It doesnt get any more beautiful than King William.

Beautiful, quiet historic neighborhood with a bustling entertainment, food and shopping district edging the area just south of downtown

This will be my first visit to King Williams fair. Bought 2 tickets online to save $6. At the end of the process they snuck in a hidden $3 service charge that I did not recognize until I got my credit card receipt. Not a big deal but a low-life, cheesy business practice nevertheless. Why not just be up front about it?
