We love Urban Air! Its clean, the staff are friendly, and parents can jump, too! I love the annual pass option! My family can go as often as we want and tire out while spending time together.

This is a great place for kids and adults to play. On the negative side, their prices for partys is high. Additionally, the staff is not very attentive.

This wasa really nice facility. It was clean and had a good amount of options for playing on. We liked the ninja warrior section and the professional trampoline area. The kid area was great for the littles.

My child loves to jump so its a great place to burn energy and do something he enjoys, toddler are $8.99 + cost of socks unlimited jumping, they do have a designated area luckily for us it was empty so he was able to go everywhere pretty much

Had a blast with a group of friends who also had kids. I brought my 3 year old and the kids couldn’t of had more. After leaving they were so tired after jumping and having fun they fell asleep in car before we even made it home. Clean and well kept. I even jumped and played VR game that was awesome. We Needed something to do during COVID and this was a blast and still open and felt safe and clean.

Kids always have a blast, even having to make an appointment makes it better. Theres alot more room for all the kids to roam around, and everybody gets a temperature scan at the door.

We called july 29th to cancel our membership temporarily during this pandemic. They told us they had to have someone call us about the cancellation. We never got that phone call, and they billed us again in august. We called to talk about getting a refund since we had already cancelled but they told us there was no record of us canceling on july 29th(even though they record the phone calls). We actually have the phone call recorded but they said they cant help us. So

We paid for platinum passes for 3 teens and 2 adults online. When we arrived, on 2 of the 4 VR headsets were working and they only had 1 of 12 games operational. Also the Dropzone was closed along with 2 of the climbing walls. Finally, they don’t allow outside food or drink but had the water fountains closed due to Covid. Buyer beware

Membership to this place is so worth it!! Best and fun way to keep my toddler physically active! The owner of this place has total 2 locations, so we have options to go both locations since both locations have different themes with the trampoline. I am paying $27 per month for unlimited access, so much cheaper than gym membership, plus includes pizza, snack, and sides each time we go visit foe both my daughter and I.

I came in to celebrate my son’s 5th birthday party and my daughter, who has a service dog, was immediately asked for her papers on her dog.. unknowing her rights, she said she had them on her phone. They said that wouldn’t be enough, they needed the actual paperwork. The lady continued to say she has a service animal as well and always has her papers. So in turn she was not allowed to join us for her brothers birthday. The last year we received a free shirt for my sons birthday but when we brought that up, they said no its only if you throw a party here and that’s their policy. I’m sorry but I would’ve left right then and there but my son has been looking forward to this for awhile and I did not want to disappoint him but this will definitely be our last time coming here and I will be filing a complaint to the US Department of Justice for the ADA violation.

One of the best place for my kids

Staff is very slow and lazy. The food bar has nobody there yet the staff isnt prepared to take orders. The staff is on personal phone calls entire time. The adult lounge has employees sitting in there not letting any quest use the outlets using foul language. Food service lady is on the phone while I stood there 15min to order something. She still hasnt reappeared. This was a horrible experience. I dont give this place any stars for horrible service.

Horrible place don’t waste your money. Lady there was rude and condescending. Also, you can’t do any of the “attractions” anymore since they changed the hour by hour cost to daily pricing.

Safe and fun environment for the kids and young at ! The customer service is second to none. The youth that work there are energetic not on their cell phones and constantly monitoring the activity. The management team and Owners go above and beyond to deliver the ultimate play date. If your kiddos don’t leave exhausted and thrilled..a mirror is required.

We love trampoline places. This is a great place to visit. Very clean, bright inside and nice level of music. We had a great vist. We had lunch and the food counter workers were so nice and polite. Everyone was so nicely trained. Go job Mark!!!

Great fun for the kids and adults

I loved it. It was so much fun. The trampolines make you jump high just by doing a little week jump. You can do dodgeball, slam dunk, VR, a big play place, battle warriors, jump on a air bag, wall climbing, see how high you jump to land on the wall, and A LOT of space for jumping. Their food is also really good. Its a good place for a birthday party! Loved it!

We attended a birthday party today 8/4/19 and ordered some food on the side—including chicken tenders and fries. All the chicken tenders were raw on the inside. (I accidentally ate some before I broke it open. Thankfully I didn’t give it to my toddler yet.)We sent it back for new ones and the second batch was also raw. the employees did their best and refunded our money but the fact that this happened to the second batch tells me something is wrong with their food preparation process or oven. The employee apologized and said he didn’t know what was going on but we saw others order tenders after us. Grossed out and hope we don’t get ill later. I took pictures of the chicken. It wasn’t just a little undone. It was pink and raw.

Love this place!!! What’s not to like- they have a rock wall, trampolines, air coaster, indoor playground, and dodgeball. Their food is reasonably priced and tastes good.

Nice place. Halfway decent staff. Couldve been more concerned about the older teenagers nearly smashing into the smaller kids and running rather than me sitting on the trampoline with my 2 year old, seeing as both of my kids, and many of the other small kids almost got trampled by them, but then again, they dont have 3 separate areas designated for toddlers, kids, and teens, so its hard to police them. They couldve done a better job of making sure the unaccompanied 5 n unders stayed in their area, but it didnt seem like they cared too much. The girls at the front were great though. We didnt go to the snack bar or the extras they had, so I cant comment on those.

We had my sons 11th birthday party here and everyone had a blast. Their were kids ranging from 3 to 13 and they all found enjoyable activities.Our party host was absolutely amazing. Very attentive, good sense of humor, and extremely patient. His name was Gio and I highly suggest requesting him for your party. Definitely tip him well if you have an experience like we did.

First time to this place. My family loved it. Food was okay. Management and staff were very friendly and inviting. Definitely will go back, when wanting to wear out the kids.

Stars are for customer service. Come prepared to purchase socks from establishment even though your child came with socks. Its Mandatory you purchase theirs in order to play. The girl asked if Ive been there before; answered yes, did you bring the socks back?! To use today? Lol NO! I wasnt advised I needed to on my last visit. You cant reprimand someone for not doing something if you didnt educate them in the first place. RUDE! Also, as a parent you have to sign a waiver to enter the area even if you are not jumping? I was the only one made to do this. Another parent next to me wasnt required. (She said to me they didnt ask me..) Strange. ( I felt singled out.) Aside from that the place is clean, has lots of nice areas for children (or adult if youre into that sort of thing.) to enjoy. Concessions, restrooms, massage chairs for a fee, phone charger stations and a closed off area with TVs for parents to hangout. It is VERY pricey though. $13.99 an hour?! Some people dont even make that much at their jobs!! Lol geez.

Kids had a blast

Urban Air is a fantastic place for younger kids through teens and the staff is excellent! I took my teen son and three of his friends to celebrate his birthday, although we didnt have a party there per se. It was our first visit to a trampoline park and I was very impressed when we entered and it smelled and looked very clean and tidy. This is a large park with multiple jumping areas, along with a VR gaming arena, a glass lounge for parents and a nice food station in the back with extremely reasonable prices. (Refills on drinks are free!) The area also has a lot of restaurants nearby if you want something different than the pizza and ice cream at Urban Air, although the pizza is really good. There is plenty of parking right outside the front door. You must buy socks your first visit ($2.50) but you can use them over and over for future visits. Parents can also jump for $5.99. There are multiple membership options as well as day passes in case you want to bring your kids regularly and all are reasonably priced. Their website has full details on everything you need to know. I was also super impressed at the number of staff on the floor. All were very friendly, courteous, helpful and funny. I saw them encouraging shy children and clapping/cheering for them. In particular, Noah, Gilberto and Stevie were just fantastic and my teens had a blast interacting with them. The manager, Irma, is super helpful and clearly takes a lot of pride in providing a clean, safe and well staffed place for children to have fun. My teens are already planning another trip.

I have done two of my kids birthday parties here and absolutely love it! They literally take care of everything. There are so many activities for the kids and their friends. I’ve gotten the deluxe package where you get your own room. They always accommodate both of my kids. We will probably keep having it here because it’s affordable and easy.

1st time here and I am very pleased!!! The place is clean and the staff are very attentive. My children really enjoyed themselves and so did I...the manager on the floor with the curly mustache was great to all the customers...Amazing customer service!

Once kids get tired of jumping there isnt a lot for them to do. And the prices are kinda high. The staff doesnt really seem like they care to enforce the colored wristband policy of what you can and cant do. No running allowed yet two rowdy boys were doing just that and no one said anything. They almost ran into me and my son bc they werent looking then acted like they did nothing wrong.

It was great for my 4yr old grandson.

A little pricey if you plan to have the whole family jump. The place is nice, I like it.

Amazing experience for the whole family. Very clean facility as well. This was something I was worried about since I had a infant with me. Stayed for hours and neither the kids nor adults were ready to leave. You can tell the staff truly enjoy working their. We had a group of 7 small children and they were very helpful. Literally the perfect way to end our summer.

To compact, toddler heaven, don’t go with kids 10 and older. Adult lounge used for party, not sure what the capacity of this place is but sure we are close now. Staff is great. No sky run. Will not come back here.

I love the layout with its central viewing corridor (with ample seating) that makes it easy for parents to keep an eye on their children.The large air pillow is certainly an improvement over the foam block pits found at other parks. It is much easier to get off the air pillow when compared to climbing out of a foam block pits. I think the air pillow is also more sanitary.I liked the fact that I wasnt assaulted with chemical fragrances as I am at other trampoline parks.

Rude staff, first time here and they treat you like you’re an inconvenience because you don’t know their process. Not a welcoming scenario at all.

This place is a joke. The staff seemed to not know what they were doing! My son was almost trampled on in the volleyball area, adults should not be mixed in with the kids. My food took forever to get, we ordered fries which took 20 mins! 20! I will never come back here nor do I recommend it.

Its a great environment for kids and adults of all ages. The park has many different areas for everyone to enjoy. Theres no weight limit on anything so adults can have fun as well. The place is always clean and fresh everyday. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are active with the kids helping to ensure they have a great time. Definitely a spot to check out if your in the area!

Great staff! Very attentive to all of our guests during our sons 7th bday party. Carried presents to room and car, hand delivered water bottles to parents. Very Clean! Everyone had a great plan. Can’t wait to go back!

️️DO NOT!!! I REPEAT DO NOT!! TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO URBAN AIRS PARENTs NIGHT OUT!!!️️The Manager called me at 9:30 all cheery saying my kids wanted to hear my voice. I could tell by sons tone something was wrong. My husband and I were about to pull into the parking lot so I told my son Baby we will be right there!. From the beginning, something didnt feel right! I knew I should have listened to my gut.When we walked inside both my children came running up, my son grabbed onto me as tight as he could, he was crying his eyes out saying he missed us, hes 9 so we dont hear that often, thats when I knew there was more to the story than my children just wanting to hear my voice. I asked him Whats wrong?! Did something happen?! he said he was dizzy and could hardly breath, he and my daughter also told us they were never fed pizza and didnt receive water the whole time they were there (Drop off was at 6).I approached the girl who checked us in and asked why my children were never fed, all I got was a bunch of uh uh uh and Well we were gonna feed them, then something happened, and now the snack bar is closed HOLD UP EXCUSE ME! That wasnt an excuse! she then said I just got back from break so I dont know, do you want to talk to a Manager? Uhhhh yes please! My husband and I then went and talked with the Manager, which was a kid, he proceeded to show us a piece of paper with all the childrens names on it and said Yea I see right here they should have received pizza ok so once again Why were my children not fed for 4 hours?! He to couldnt give us a straight forward answer. Thats when he brought out ANOTHER Manager, this was the one that called me all cheery when he saw my son crying.I asked once again, why my children were not fed the entire time they were in their care. He proceeded to say he asked them if they were hungry and they said no, I turned to my son with the Manager right there! Ryder, were you ever asked if you wanted pizza or a water, or if you were hungry? my son No.... So is my son a liar sir?! Then from there it was a bunch of back peddling! He began to say how parents would get upset because they werent allowing their children to play and blah blah blah! Dude you didnt feed my children or give them bottle water for FOUR HOURS! Thats not ok!In the advertisement it says they will be receiving pizza and bottled water, I told my children prior to arriving to listen for the announcement to come eat An announcement will be made for children to come and get Pizza & Bottled Water. It is the responsibility of the Child to eat when they are called. Please inform your children to come down and eat when the announcement is made. They will be having so much fun that sometimes they forget to eat. There was no announcement ever made! In my mind this event was going to be treated as a party situation.

Great clean place, lots to do, party host and all staff was great. Started talking to a nice lady who was helping clean the room and turns out she was the owner. I know now why that place is run so well, owner is on site making sure all is done right! Michelle your place rocks!!! We will be back！

Owner is rude and needs to brush up on her customer service skills. Also, manager Mark needs to revisit their policy book because he recommended we purchase their black Friday deal on giftcards and said we could use them all towards our party balance. On the day of our party their system was all of a sudden down when it was time to pay and the owner said that even if their system was working that we would only be able to use one giftcard. When we mentioned her manager said we could use more then one, she said in these exact words well, Im the owner and thats not how it works. Overall, the actual party we had for my kids was good and the service Maria provided was excellent but the management team there really needs to get on the same page and update their system to avoid this mess from happening again.

Just so amazing and I want a job there

I recently visited this park for my daughters 6th birthday and my experience was AMAZING. We were greeted by a lovely host by the name of DANESSA! She went above and beyond to make sure our experience was enjoyable. She was so on it we asked he a few times to sit down because we thought the kids were over working her. She never once complained and did EVERYTHING with a smile. If you are having a party definitely request her because she is the BEST! Luckily for us the enjoyment didnt stop there. A few times I had different questions about different parts of the park that some of the employees could not anwser. Each and every time they called upon a wonderful gentleman by the name of Juan. Let me just say, he had all the answers. It was pretty impressive. I mean from the front desk to the cafeteria to the rock climbing walls and even the virtual reality. That young man really knows his job! Finally upon checking out there was another gentleman by the name of Jashaun. He was very professional and extremely polite. It makes an experience much better when the entire experience is peaceful from start to finish. Especially when you are dealing with children. Teamwork definitely makes the dream work and these guys were everything. These are the type of people you want working in your establishment. They will definitely keep people coming back. I dont normally write reviews but these three were definitely worth the time. Great job!!!

Great staff and lots of fun. They have a range of activities for the kids and adults. Areas for kids of all ages. The time limits do help the kids from over doing it with all the bouncing - mine (5, 8, & 13) were starting to get a little sore towards the end of 2 hours. Theres a Thursday night family special.

The best experience with this place! The kids absolutely loved it and its even fun for the adults! Andrew, the GM, was quick to greet us and assist us through the process. He gave us a tour of the facility and spoke about scheduling us a private event. The place is SUPER CLEAN!!! Cant wait to go back!

We had a great experience here, had a birthday party for my 2 year old and everyone had fun even the adults. They have a small area where its a play center and it was good if they didnt want to jump. They also have an obstacle corse that anyone can try. Overall had an awesome time

The kids had fun....

Had a birthday party here. My 10 yr old enjoyed it. Not really a good place for toddlers or kids under 5. The only issue I had was that they have 2 party rooms but my party was outside the rooms, shoved right next to 2 other parties. It was very crowded with people going back and forth between parties and tables. No outside food allowed and the Niagra water bottles included werent even cold. The employees were nice and polite.

My sons birthday is coming up so I believed stoppings in to see the surrounding and get a feel. The staff behind the payment counter where extremy rude. Especially, Maria. They dont have name tags so you cant direct and put names to avoid have bad staff members rudeRude reports. The male downright lied when I asked for the owners information to contact them about the service. Maria staff did not offer any discounts when, i asked her she stated have there no discounts, she stated no discounts, when in fact there is a military discount. Then Maria started giving attiutide that couldcbe consiserde tremoundoualy thrratening. While she effort to stares me down. I asked her if I could help her she was looking so hard I had to call another location to ask for service.

Kids had fun! The first time we went to jump there was one price for all trampoline play areas. The pricing has changed. They now change you more to play in different areas. The pricing is high and really starts to add up when you have 2 kids that just want to jump for one hour but can only jump in certain areas. Hopefully they change it back to charge for time, not which area you want to play in.

Lots of commotion but a lot to do....be prepared for tired kids!

This is our third time coming here. The first time was the day after they opened, during that time we were only charged a single fee for access to the whole area. Now you have to pay extra for areas like the rock wall, pugle sticks, ninja course, and tubes area. Not only do you have to pay more but if you want to only jump for an hour and want to play on the aforementioned areas you have to pay for the 2.5 hour rate.There was one staff member who said my 10 y/o daughter couldnt go on the big trampoline because she wasnt 12 y/o. I told her thats not true since the posted rules dont say anything about age restrictions. I asked her how long that rule has been in place and she said, in a very rude and sassy tone, since always and rolls her eyes. I immediately went to the manager and explained to him the situation and he corrected her on the spot and informed her that if its not on the posted rules then shes allowed to jump.This place was good at the beginning, but now the price is a lot higher than previously. Dont get me wrong its a fun place for kids and adults but pricey.

Its a very good place to go play

My boys loved it. We had an incident where one of my kids had his new iPhone in his pocket. Needless to say it fell out while jumping and went through the cracks into the bottom of the basketball Jump area . We were very upset for his carlessness but they got the smallest worker to go under and try to find it. It took him about 1/2 hr to locate it ( as it is very confine underneath). All the while the area was closed to the other kids ( I was so embarrassed). He finally found it and came out all dusty and dirty. Manager was very helpful but said that had they not found it, they would have neededto call the company that assembles the trampolines. And it would have taken a few days for them to come out. So we were so thankful for their hard efforts in rescuing the phone. Again, we were very appreciative and glad they cared enough. Will return every chance we get! (Minus phones)

Good place for kids to expend their energy. It is not cheap though. Its much cleaner and more organized than other places nearby. Has several activities to choose from besides trampoline jumping.

One of the best trampoline parks in town. Wide variety for the kids to do. However, my 2 year old fractured her tibia on a trampoline - I think children under 4 should not be allowed on the trampolines.

Both of my children ages 6 and 16 enjoy going to Urban Air. It is always difficult to keep my boys entertained at the same time because of their age difference. The reason why I only give 3 stars is because their staff never knows the Teen Night dates. I have already purchased tickets for Teen Night and they must be used by the 31st of August. We have been told 3 Saturdays in a row that Teen Night is next Saturday. This is not acceptable. Your staff needs to be on the same page.

My experience at this location was not one I would have thought me an my children would have at this location. When we complete our forms and pay we were asked if we had jump socks we said yes he pay for admission and also paid for the $5 extra ninja zone. Once we paid and we entered and before my kids to charge jumping they came up to me and told me I had on the wrong pair of jump socks because they are from a different venue. I then told them that it didnt matter what socks they were as long as they were for safety which is for jumping and thats why the grips are on the bottom. when I told them I didnt think there was an issue with my socks and they told me I needed to buy the socks or not I could leave when I didnt want to leave they just followed me around and kicking each one of my children off the trampoline when I wasnt looking so every time they would jump and I wasnt there, somebody would go over there and tell them and tell them to jump to get off because they didnt have the proper socks. Over SOCKS these people after I payed told them to get off. I will never return to this location. The manager than showed me how online n on there website how it explains we must jump in there socks. On there website,not hanging on the wall not a sign on the door or on the price menu on there website. For someone to follow around someones children telling them there not allowed after we already paid was wrong.

Its a great place to let the kids jump off their energy. It can be overwhelming at times because when its over packed there is less seating and very narrow walkway to walk thru to the end of the room. party area is a few rooms and most party tables are in open area not much privacy to same party and everyone passing thru tables just to go to restrooms not fun. To jump you must buy their socks. Most age fun is elementary age children.

Went to celebrate my little cousins birthday. Had a great experience and customer service was pretty good as well. The manager John was very friendly and professional. The only displeasing part was this girl named Marisol who spoke very offensively to the kids and when asked about the wristbands she rolled her eyes. Her attitude was very unpleasant. Not good for their business.

Best trampoline Park I ever went to. It all ways go to the pro zone where the euro tramps. And their food taste so good.

My boy is 3 years old and and he had a lot of fun in the different trampolines, very nice place! He didnt want to to go home when place close of course.... !!! Haha
