The place is awesome! The only reason it’s missing a star is because it does take them days to reply to Facebook message.. which is where I found them threw. And if you call the number provided they never answer and their mailbox is full so no messages are available. BUT other than that the staff is amazing ! They were so helpful in setting absolutely everything up. They helped clean up threw out the party. They helped in with birthday cake. And they helped with birthday present, including trash and organizing them ( my favorite!) They help you load your cars. They legit help with everything! It’s clean. It’s ranging from little baby bouncy houses to big ones and arcade games for the older ones, for a great price.

Great place for a kids birthday party. The variety of bounce houses is fantastic. They even have a designated piñata spot.

Owner was rude and unprofessional! I simply asked if he was recording because he didnt have my permission to post anything! His response was that it was his business and he could post whatever he wanted. This place is located on the west side of San Antonio. This business isnt very well lit. The parking lot was very dark and there was a man in the parking lot looking into our vehicles. This place definitely needs security. This place is very small nothing unique about it! You could just rent a bounce castle and have it in your back yard. I would not recommend having a party here. I was afraid to get off my car.

Was invited to a birthday party at this location. I really liked the concept. Only thing is that the owners were running late to open up the place and we had to wait outside for them and it cut into the party time

Great venue for a kids birthday party. Cheaper than Pump-it-up, a little smaller though. The entire venue was super clean, including the restrooms. Workers are very attentive and helpful with a positive attitude.
