Went here for a private family party and this place is amazing! The staff is super friendly and helpful and the place is way clean. Not to mention the kids of all ages loved it! Will def be coming back here.

This place is AWESOME! The kids had a blast on the big jumping pillow, bounce houses and jungle gym. As a parent, I enjoyed the comfy seating options, complimentary coffee/tea, low priced snacks, and nice fully stocked diaper changing station outside the bathroom. I also liked that there was no time limit. We would love to come back again.

What a hidden gem! Great price and we had the place to ourselves and it was decorated and kept cool and had music. Our kids had a great time and so did the grown-ups! Already planning to use them again for our next party!

They were great, we had a birthday party there for our 6 year old and were able to rent out the whole place for two hours, rates were very reasonable, the owner is extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend it

An absolute must for jumping fans of any age. We converted our first visit into the 10-punch pass before completing our stay and have been back very frequently. It can be busy, especially on rainy days or during the winter when many parents bring their children to get energy out. It is wonderful that jumping parents dont have to pay, as I find myself running around with my boys each visit.

Kids loved it, wish you got just a little longer then 2 hrs so u dont have to rush presents an cake.

DO NOT BOOK THIS BOUNCE HOUSE DURING THE SUMMER!!!! THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING AND THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU THIS. WE BOOKED A BIRTHDAY PARTY FOR OUR LITTLE BOYS AND THEY NEVER MENTIONED THAT THE AIR CONDITIONING WAS BROKEN AND NOT WORKING FOR CLOSE TO A YEAR. WHEN WE ARRIVED IT WAS OVER 90 DEGREES INSIDE. AT THIS POINT ITS TOO LATE TO CANCEL AND SEND ALL YOUR GUESTS PACKING AND WE ABSOLUTELY COULDNT LEAVE AND DISAPPOINT OUR LITTLE BOYS. IT WAS TOTALLY DISHONEST AND WHEN WE CALLED AFTER THE EVENT AND TOLD THE OWNER HOW HORRIBLE THE EXPERIENCE WAS AND HOW OUR GUESTS JUST ABOUT GOT HEAT STROKE, HE SAID WELL YOU CAN DISPUTE IT WITH THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

Great place for the kids to play. The person in charge when I went there was very polite and helpful. Most people were wearing masks. While in there I noticed that they also sanitize and clean surfaces regularly. I definitely recommend this place

Family fun for low cost.While it is in a divey part of town and the place certainly is NOT glamorous, this place is a great value for hours of entertainment.One of the things I like best is that adults enter FREE. So I came here w my sister and her kids and it provides the opportunity to hang out w my family while the kids entertain themselves a few hours.The snacks are rediculously fair prices at 50 cents a piece for Coke brand soda cans like fresca, coke, Fanta, and juice boxes. chips like Frito lay and baked cornpuffs etc...Kids had a good time entertaining themselves, see photos and videos.Adults found free coffee (not great but very drinkable) and various chairs to lounge in while watching kids.Would like to see more couches/ recliners but overall i really like the place.

We visited here as part of a party, and what a find. All the equipment appeared new, nothing worn down or breaking. There were very few spots where you couldnt see your kids if watching from a central point. They had some ventilation fans that kept it from building up a smell great place, and at a reasonable price

This place was good, not great. All of the seating felt like it came from an old Chinese Buffet. It’s small and overpriced in my opinion. The person working when we went in wasn’t very pleasant and acted like he was doing us a favor by letting us in. I’m sure it’s hard to keep a place like this clean with all of the kids running around but it wasn’t bad. I’m not sure how long they have been in business but it could use a little updating.

I love that you can rent it out all to yourself and dont have to pay for additional people or food.

Its a nice lace to take my boys on a cold snowy day. Lots of fun and a great place to male new friends. The only down side is that its not as clean as it looks in the pictures (usual wear).

My kids had a good time and played for easily an hour before they felt ready to go. They offered free coffee and tea to parents and were very friendly. Seemed clean too. We will definitely go back! Make sure to bring socks for your kids and yourself. Adults can jump free with their kids, but you need socks!

For the price well worth it came here for a free event and man was it packed but the little ones had fun we sat up top to get a birds eye view it has an indoor playground one bounce pad like 4 other inflatable they also look like they sell snacks and drinks here

It was fun for my toddler and I! I like how they let the parents in for free and allow them to jump and play on the equipment. I also appreciated the free coffee and tea. There were definitely a lot of rips and tears in the equipment and I do wish they had room for a little arcade area like Kangaroo Zoo. Well definitely be back!

I was impressed. Geared toward about age 9 and under. Very nice place to bring the littles to play and parents to relax. Cheap snacks, drinks and food for purchase. Lots of tables for parents to sit. This place is clean and well kept. Great customer service! Thank you!

The protections for falling and sliding down the houses is my only complaint. By protections i mean the middle is no longer surrounded by a pad so its easier to hurt yourself. And there was some holes that were getting bigger in some houses. It is still very fun and they have no problem letting adults play as well

So me and my son got invited to a bday party here and we both had a blast...The bounce houses were big enough for adults to clime on.. and they had a giant air pillow thing in the middle of the floor that u can jump on like a trampoline... Had so much fun... Will be going back there..But I only wish they had more bounce houses to play in..but all in all 5 stars..

Several options for kiddos to enjoy - balloon jumping pillow, bouncy slides, climbing/tube slide, little crayon bouncy house. Kids had a really fun time! Only downside is that some structures could use a few minor repairs and cleaning.

I don’t typically write reviews unless I have such a good experience I need to express my gratitude or I have such a bad experience that I don’t want another person to have to relive my bad experience. In this case, I’ve only had great experiences at Jump around. The pricing is the best you’ll find in the valley, you don’t pay by the hour. You pay $50 for a 10 pass and can jump all day each time you visit, parents jump for free. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always keeps the place clean. The snacks are very affordable. But the best part about this place is the energy. My kids love coming to jump and I enjoy coming to sit and write. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that I’ve written some of my best work while visiting Jump Around because it’s a highly creative and fun atmosphere. Thank you to the staff for creating such a positive and fun atmosphere for the kiddos. You’re making the world a better place.

Its always a fun place for little kids. Always clean, great customer service, and great for parties. My grandson always enjoy been there.

Good price but very disappointed in the quality. Many deflated balloons dangling on the rafters, the climbing structure had numerous foam padding’s ripped away exposing metal beams. Other crawling mat padding’s were ripped with gaping holes. Thick black dirt all around the bottom where the counters met the floors, dark dust globs on top of bounce houses. Just really nasty and management doesn’t care to clean it. Not bringing my kids back here

#1 parents are free!!!! Big plus for myself...i never jump my moneys worth at the other jump places...theres no videos to watch( I mean come on whats worse than excited kids ready to jump and then boom a 15 minute video...who wants to sit through that? The food is decently priced. Staff Is friendly and helpful. Plus with the Groupon pricing you cant beat it. Way to go jump around utah! i would definitely recommend to families on a budget looking for a good time.

It is a fun place to take the kids, but if you take toddlers keep a close eye on them. The older kids and even the parents will run them over like they are oblivious there is a little human trying to play too. Also, the staff is typically young teens running the place.

Not super big but enough to entertain my kids for a few hours. Parents are always free and can play with their kids if they want. It is up to $10 per kid depending on age, but they do have a punch pass if you plan on coming often. My kids LOVE the jumping pillow that is in the middle of the room.

Looks weird considering it is next to like a shipping/receiving looking type warehouse. Looks are deceiving though. It had a lot of fun things for my kid to do which he loved. Parents beware it will be a workout for you. The place is a little hot, but I was able to deal with it. There are lots of patches and wear and tear on the equipment, but to me that means theyre being used a lot and enjoyed a lot. Dont worry everything held up perfectly for us, we enjoyed it!

A delightful place for children and you can purchase hotdogs, drinks etc. My first experience was a birthday party and it was perfect. Its safe for almost every age of children and mom and dad can sit back, relax and turn them loose. Lol

We thought how we read the website we could bring a cake in for a party but apparently its only if you book a party. I asked to talk with the manager. When I got on the phone with him he was automatically defensive and started getting loud very quickly. I asked why he was so angry and upset when I was just asking a question and he said Im trying to leave on vacation and Im getting this call and kept getting louder. He said wed have to eat the cake outside. I asked who was above him and he said he was the owner so... I said well thats sad because an owner should know better how too treat customers and his response is yeah that is sad. Nothing else.Kids party ruined because we cant take in treat bags or cake and told to go out in the cold and wind, but they almost didnt even let the kids go outside to eat cake and come back in. We had to plead with the person working there. We had already prepaid for passes or we would have taken the whole party somewhere else.

This place is a godsend for any single parent!! I work from home a lot and I bring my son here to run amok. I can get some work done with free coffee and wifi while my lil hellion makes friends, and jumps away his seemingly endless energy. They have hotdogs, drinks and snacks. Its really inexpensive and you can get a bounce pass for an even steeper discount. Everything is heavily padded for safe, carefree fun!

Fun place. Kids had a grand time. I do wish it was situated a bit different -- tables and chairs for parents to sit in is shoved in the corner, wish it was more around the play area.

We love jump around utah! Perfect for when it’s too hot or cold outside. It’s clean, ample seating for adults, you can buy cheap snacks and just let your kids run and play. Plus, adults are free! Buy a punch pass and save 1/2 on admissions. The staff are friendly and responsive.

The best jump place in Utah! We love love love going here. Most affordable, cheap snacks, can always see your kids, plenty of seating, and I dont feel unwelcome as a parent because youre always allowed on equipment no charge. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. Only cons I have are chairs are not the most comfortable after 3 hours and we dont live close enough to this place!

Good for kids jumping and other things

Not all superheros wear capes. Thank you Jump Around Utah for providing a thoroughly enjoyable family activity that doesnt break the bank! Parents jump for free, can go anywhere their kids can, and the kids prices are SO reasonable! My 2 year old and I got to jump, climb, run, slide, and play for as long as we wanted for $4. You cant beat that! We will most definitely be back!

Do you have kids 3-8 years old you want to make tired? Take them to Jump around Utah. The owner keeps Free coffee out for the weary parent. They also have very reasonable prices at the snack bar.

I dont ever write reviews but i had to for this place!Honestly I wasnt sure what to expect when i booked a private event but after it was all said i done, i couldnt have been more pleased! Robert and his staff were extremely nice and flexible with us! Great facility for kids of all ages and very clean! If youre thinking about booking a party there you definitely should!!

I went here for my friends sons 5th birthday party. It was a good time! All the stuff allows adults on too. Theres a blow up trampoline in the middle and an obstacle course along one side. Around the other sides is blowup slides you would find at school fairs. It was really fun to play hide and seek with the other adults at the party. 10/10 would do that again with adults only.

Great idea, fun for the kids. I give it 3 because the guy working there was very very picky and kept coming over to everyone your kid is doing this your kid cant do this it was really annoying.

One of the few places Ive been to where I havent had to pay to supervise my child. I think its ridiculous parents have to pay to stand around and make sure their kids are safe. We love this place and come here often. It is perfect for the 2 year old. Cheap admission and we could be here all day! Parents are free and can jump, play and climb with kids which is a great plus. The owner is always so kind, and he sells awesome concessions for the cheapest prices in town. This really is one of the greatest places in SLC to just let the kids run wild and have fun.

Took my son here for his second birthday yesterday. He had a great time. Its super affordable. 4$ for toddlers and free for parents. We all had a great time bounce house stuff for all ages. Will definitely be returning.

Had a super fun birthday party for my daughter Ellie. The price was reasonable, we rented out the whole place for 2 hours. The staff was helpful and provided balloons, plates utensils and such. Would recommend them.

It is a fun place for children to run around, jump, slide down slides. It has a couple of bounce houses and you can have your own reserved party! No one but your guests can enter! I would definitely like if the place was bigger and had more bounce houses.

Bought tickets to take grandkids here on Friday evening. Seriously, the hours of operation are ridiculously short. 10am to 3pm. Wish I hadnt bought tickets on Groupon. Going to try to get a refund

What a fun place for kids. Free wifi. Just need socks. Indoors. Kids could be here forever. From 2 to 68 years old. This would be a fantastic place for a family reunion event. Free parking. Free coffee and tea for adults. Its super clean. And they sell concessions here. We will definitely be coming back.

The only down fall to this place is how hot it can get with all those little ones running around. My son loved it and didnt want to leave. Definitely a place we will go again.

This is a great place for a party. To be honest I was a little nervous when I booked the party, but I was very pleasantly surprised. There was plenty of equipment for the kids to use and they had a great time. They keep the place very clean as well!The layout is great for parents because you can see pretty much everything from the seating area.The location is a little tricky to find, but that is what Google Maps is for!

The Manager was completely rude with us, because we arrived 20 minutes early for my cousins Birthday party. He had made it clear that we may be in the way, and we might have to step outside. ( there is a huge waiting area, which we were waiting) For being a family/kid party place this Manager sure knows how to damper our moods. (Dont bring bad moods to work!) We felt out of place and disrespected, so we went outside, lets just say i was NOT the only one that felt the bad vibes. The place is alright, I probably will never go back.*Like I said we were in the waiting area waiting for about 20 minutes. We were not trying to sit with the private party and eat cake. They were all leaving 15 mins after we got there. There wasnt a problem, only problem was the bad attitude we got from you. Very rude.

Very fun! We rent it out for our summer camp. The kids love it. Our summer camp has many kids on the spectrum and the staff are so friendly to them.

I want to give ZERO stars. Filthy, dirty terrible customer service. They have teenagers working who were jumping without socks when the place says you should jump with sucks. They were setting up for a party and it was so ridiculously cheap. This place needs a make over.

For a simple play area this was awesome. It is very open so you are able to track your child better while they play and there is tons of seating for parents to hang out. The bounce and play apparatuses are pretty much the same youd see anywhere else.

Great place for the kids, they absolutely love it! Super cheap as well! The one problem is that its generally pretty dirty. I understand that its hard to keep up with it given all the kids coming through, but a wipe down every now and then should be done. Its disappointing the amount of dust and little bits of crud on the ground, but its such a great place that I take them there anyway.

So my first thought was this place was kind of small but.. then I was like... This place is great for parties! The group we went with rented the entire place and it was perfect. Everyone had fun and it was perfect. The employees working were very helpful and fun, and didnt think that just because the building was being rented out, means they have a 3 hr break. No they actually wanted to help and be fun. I would definitely recommend checking this place out
