Great activity for a group! We went for a team building night with a group of 13. We split up into two groups and raced each other. Bethany helped us and explained everything well. Would definitely go again, and hopefully get to do a different room!

The family and I took a trip down to Getout Games to help with the nuclear reactor they were having troubles with..Lucky for you we succeeded and Salt Lake City is safe to sleep another night.Hats off to Ryan for being our stellar game master and reactor specialist.However, it seems that it keeps acting up so they may need your help as well!Give them a call today and go see whats in store for your adventure!

Had a bachelor party here and had excellent service. The game was well designed and lots of fun. A great place for a team activity group events birthdays etc. John made the experience especially fun by being welcoming and friendly. Felt like he was a part of the group when we left! 10/10 would highly recommend.

Highly dissatisfied! Cleanliness was bad for normal conditions, but with COVID it was awful! Bad customer service. Props and clues were missing, zero help from staff! What should have been family fun was just an aggravation. For the same amount of money we went to K1 Speed-racing and the family had a blast!

ILL SAY 3 ☆☆☆sIt was Fun! I didnt know they would add other people to our group & our walkie Talkie didnt work for the first 35 minutes till they finally came in & fixed it!! For Spending close to $300 I wish we wouldve been told about the other people(THATS WHY WE BOOKED SO LATE & they had to call us to push our booking out 20 min cause the people in front of us were running late BUT WE DIDNT GET EXTRA TIME EVEN THOUGH OUR WALKIE TALKIE DIDNT WORK FOR THE FIRST 35 MIN)

I went with some friends here and played the Egyptian game. It was super fun!! We all had a blast and it was super well done. Our guide John was super professional, really funny, and knew the game and his intro very well. Totally would recommend!

We have done over 200 rooms in various cities and states and even some over seas, so we have a lot of escape room experience. I guess their rooms “require” 4 people because of various puzzles. When we called to see if the 3 of us could do the rooms we said we would be more than happy to pay for the 4th person the response we got was this “I mean our rooms require 4 or more people, but I guess if you want to do the rooms you can’t blame us when you don’t get out”. Needless to say next time we are in Salt Lake we will definitely not be going here!

I’m pretty sure our host was Bethany... I think that was her name she was really awesome. She was also super patient because there was a group of younger kids who were really annoying and kept interrupting her and I felt really bad but she handled it well. She was so so nice and really fun.

We played in the Egyptian room. It was a lot of fun figuring out how the symbols were put together. I liked the room and the challenge. Isabell was an Amazing Hostess. I would highly recommend anyone that likes a challenge to try to get out!

We had a really fun time!! It was such a creative room and i would definitely do it again!! Izzie who was one the workers made the experience feel real and she helped us a lot!

We did the Heist escape room and it was SO much fun!! We want to do all of the different rooms now! We love the Getout Ganes!

This is the nicest escape room venue I have attended in the 5 I have done so far. The parking lot may seem a little creepy, but the building is recently remodeled. The clues were clever and tough, but not unrealistic. Our group had a lot of fun doing the Heist and looking forward to coming back to do the others.

Was a really fun group activity. Allowed for a lot of teamwork and chemistry. Definitely would recommend for any group of 5 or more.:)

The escape room was super fun! I visited with my family and we had a great time figuring out the clues of the room. The staff was super nice and helpful, giving us appropriate clues when we needed them. Super fun environment! Would definitely come again!

We did the Egyptian escape room tonight and it was a blast! Jessie gave amazing clues when we asked for them and we barely made it out with seconds left. Can’t wait to come back!!

Our family visited for my sons 21st birthday. My husband and I and our two sons aged 21 and 14 had a blast even though we didnt make it out.

I highly recommend the zombie room, it’s by far my favorite escape room. It’s very active, nerve racking, and overall just fun! The staff was amazing as well. Kyra (zombie) and Collin (zombie master), were both super nice the entire time. If you listen to the rules and play the game right it’s really fun! I 10/10 recommend!! ️

Great quality rooms and puzzles. The staff is great and helpful. This is a great place if it is your first escape room or your hundredth. Get Out Games is top notch compared to the other escape room facilities in the area. Perfect for groups from 5 to 8.

We went to the Egyptian room with Isabell as our guide! It was challenging, it had lots of fun clues and props, and we all enjoyed it!We finished in 59 mins and 40 seconds, 20 seconds to spare!

It was great! We had a lot of fun solving the reactor puzzle. Ryan was great! Logan wasnt super helpful.

I decided to take my 10 year old and my nephew to try something new and exciting! I was a little nervous about it being too intense for my littles but it was so much fun! We did zombie on a chain, Sean and Ben were so great and made us laugh while we had to figure out how to get out of that room! Thank you for the awesome time! We will definitely be back!

We did the Egyptian Tomb with a decent sized group. Clever tricks and quirks to their rooms that really get you thinking and working. It was an awesome time! Would definitely go again.

This place is totally worth it. I dont like escape rooms that are just in 1 room. The one we did (toxic waste or something along those lines) was working your way through 3 different areas. We had a blast.

Best escape room Ive ever done. Only my third ever, so take that with a grain of salt. But I thought the puzzles were incentive, and the production value was very high. Did the nuclear reactor one.

This place is legit. The Egyptian Room is challenging, but very fun and the props are pretty realistic.

Literally the funniest thing I have ever done. I have been to every fun center from Weber county all the way to Utah county. I had 2 adults and 4 teenagers. We all agreed this was the funniest event we have ever been to. We will definitely be back.

We did The Heist room and it was fun but the whole room was figured out a code, open a lock, get a key, open a lock, get a code, open a lock... repeatedly for an hour. The puzzles and clues were not great and the computer didn’t work for one of the clues and the safe at the end wouldn’t open with the right combination. The staff was really nice about the issues but made for a really frustrating experience.

Did the heist room. Great experience. Seline was the best game master a group could have. I’m definitely asking for her to gamemaster next time I come in.

Best escape rooms Ive been to! The rooms are very well put together, the facility is very clean and nice, and the puzzles are clear and the right amount of challenging. Everyone in our group had so much fun and our guide Ryan was great! Highly recommend the two Ive done do far, Egyptian Tomb and The Heist.

While my group and I had a lot of fun doing the nuclear reactor room, we were extremely disappointed with how dangerous the parking lot is. The parking lot is directly under the building, and it had broken bottles and glass EVERYWHERE. My friend even commented he felt like he parked in someones bedroom as there is a mattress and blanket in one of the parking stalls. I checked my tires the morning after and I have a slow puncture from all the glass in the parking lot. I commented to the front desk how the parking lot needs attention and the staff told me they dont know who is supposed to take care of the parking lot, them or the city, so they arent going to maintain it. A flat tire is bad enough, but what really made me want to write this review was the state of the womens bathroom the night I attended. There was dust all over one of the sinks, toilet paper everywhere, and the door looked like it hasnt been cleaned since the place opened. There is dirt all over it. I was really excited when this place opened, but have been extremely disappointed with this visit and my previous visit where my birthday group of 20 tried to do a walk in to a game 30+ min before the game was to start, and the doors were locked and no one was answering the phone. Disappointed overall.

Walked in not knowing what to expect. Greeted by a very kind lady and super awesome cool guy named Jon. First escape room ever and unknowingly signed up for the most difficult (Mummy Tomb). From beginning to end, our experience was pretty amazing. As someone who is not a big fan of puzzles, I enjoyed myself thoroughly. Big and genuine thank you to Jon for making our experience as entertaining and enjoyable as possible. You are amazing:) definitely recommend!

Went here with a work group, Ryan was our GM and was super rad! Had a super fun time, the puzzles are just the right amount of challenging. Ryan was really good about letting us figure out the puzzle and also knowing when we needed a nudge in the right direction, he had a great sense of humor and was generally a great guy to be around. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, it is well worth the price and is a great place to spend an hour.

I spiritually connected with the zombie, he was extremely nice to everyone in my party. Even I though I got out I was able to participate like I wasnt out. Everyone had a great time and the staff are so nice and thorough with the instructions. Unfortunately we didnt make it; they were extremely nice about it

A really phenomenal experience. I did the Heist room with five friends of mine and we all had a blast. It was a difficult puzzle and a lot of fun, with surprises and a lot of cool things involved in it. The staff were really amazing. We had a guy named Sean working with us who was just absolutely awesome and made the experience a lot of fun. Were planning to go back.

We did the radioactive rom. It was a lot of fun. Great clues. One of the keys worked in more than one lock and it wasnt supposed to so we were stuck when we otherwise wouldnt have been. Fun room!

We did the Egyptian room and were really excited. We ran through most of the clues very quickly and got one idol placed in a cool place and then spent the rest of the time expecting to place other idols in cool places, but the rest of them were super lame. We spent most of the time trying to slide a statue which they could have told us we werent allowed to slide until the end and trying to use a clue that we didnt even need because their statue malfunctioned. And then the worst part is once the employee came in he wouldnt even explain it to us! He just rushed us through and tried to push us out the door so they could charge $150 to the next group for an utterly unsatisfying experience. GO TO A DIFFERENT PLACE.... or hope you get better employees than we did!

Might be a fun place if you are participating, BUT, as a potential employee, I would not recommend it. My daughter who is a college student was applying as a game host and was given an interview appointment, she arrived on time, all the way from Draper which is a 20 mile drive. When she arrived, the receptionist told her that the person she was to interview with was not in the building and had forgotten to call my daughter in order to reschedule her interview. So she not only drove the 20 miles to downtown SLC, she also had to drive 20 miles back home without even getting so much as a phone call regarding the rescheduling. 40 miles and still no job, my daughter attends SLCC and needs a Part Time position in order to afford school supplies and books as well as gas for her commute. Not even so much as an apology from the person who was supposed to interview her, no email, no text, no phone call...

The location of Getout can seem a bit sketchy at first, but the facility is well executed, clean, and genuinely fun! This is a great opportunity to take a group of friends or colleagues for team building and problem solving, and at a very reasonable price. The staff in our experience was very helpful and fun in facilitating the game, and ended in a great experience for those we brought. This location offers a few different flavors of game, with differing puzzles for each, so stretch your brains a bit and try to Getout!

Had a good experience with Kit as our guide. It was challenging and a very fun time trying to crack crazy cozs mob boss lair. I would love to be able to go back and look a little bit more on how each clue worked into the game. With a group there are so many different things happening that after the fact I found myself wondering how this or that fit into the grand scheme of the puzzle. It was my first escape room experience, so I dont have anything to compare it to. Im not a hint guy, and there were a few clues that were written poorly or unclear and required us to ask for help. I think I might be the only one with this level of pride and a dislike of asking for help. So that might not bother other people. Overall a lot of fun. I would love to go back and do another room.

Had a great time with the family at Getout Games! Figuring out how to get out of these escape rooms is a lot more fun than I thought it would be. Ive only been to a couple but Getout was definitely harder - and more fun- than the other place weve been.

We had the BEST time at Getout Games! We did the Egyptian themed room and it was a BLAST. Kyra (our game master) was perfect and did such a great job creating the story - we will definitely be back to do all the other rooms!

Just got out of the Egypt experience one and we loved it! First escape room ever and it seemed super well put together and had a fun little story. Kira was our guide and she was awesome!

Nice building... Props were solid. For could be a little better. Clues could be standardized since some too several tries to get is to do what needed to be done.

My coworkers and I had such a fun time doing The Heist. Great puzzles, surprising discoveries, and we managed to succeed! The staff were friendly and professional. It was my first escape room experience and Ill definitely be back.

This escape room was so fun! Staff was super helpful. It’s a little over an hour long. But kept us very entertained!!! Will definitely be doing it again!

Whew, what a rush! We did the zombie room, and oh my gosh it was well worth it! The zombie was as helpful as he was scary. The assistant was pretty cool, he helped us when we got stuck. My husband only screamed once, which was terrifying to no one. 7/5 would recommend. Only drawback was the room ended up being really hot towards the end because of all the activity, but it wasnt like a spicy Florida heat wave.

Great for team building! Smaller groups might not have as much fun as our group of about 10 because the puzzle seemed to take some time even with several people working different puzzles simultaneously. Unique experience that everyone should try though for sure.

Absolutely amazing! Not a bad thing to say! The game masters are super helpful and it is super fun. There is so much that everyone can do, but it requires quite a bit of brain power, so be prepared to think!

My group had a great time doing the Zombie In Chains room! Shaun, Lizzy, and Ryan made the experience super fun for a lot of the first timers in our group. Definitely would do it again!

After a disappointing escape room with a different company, we were hoping to find a better place to go. Get Out Games did not disappoint! They exceeded our expectations. We chose the Nuclear Reactor Meltdown room. It was a super cool room and story. The plot was interesting and the goals to accomplish were clear and methodical. We felt like it was doable but not too easy. We escaped with two minutes left! Our guide, Heather, gave us some clues along the way. The clues were very timely but not too obvious. She is was great! We had a blast!We took kids ages 12, 10, and 7. It was not scary at all. Our 7 year old is a nervous child and he became worried a few times. We reassured him it wasn’t real and he loved it.

We did the heist and loved it! Way fun date idea. Elaine was a fantastic boss lady voice from above.

We went with a small group of friends to the dark Pharaohess escape room and had a great time solving the puzzles together. Everything is put together very well. Heather was our guide and she made it a really fun experience!

Jon was the greatest game master! The group I was with did the Reactor room, and it was so much fun. Even though we were THAT group, his sass made things fantastic. It was an entertaining hour of vines and sass. We might come back for the zombie room... (P.S. this isn’t for the sake of my tires)

One of the best escape rooms I have been to! They don’t have tons of distractions in the room, it’s easy to follow, you can ask questions if you need help! They did recommend having at least 4 people to do the room, but we escaped with just 2 people there, which the 2 of us have done 10 or so different escape rooms before this one!We also love the DIY escape room they have instructions for online! In fact we ended up setting it to do for 4 different groups!

The escape room was great. When we arrived, we were greeted, and the escape room started on time. They had clean bathrooms (which are likely going to be used, as they cant be used during the escape room). The escape room itself had no problems. It had a good flow, and stuck very well to the theme. Although we did not make it out, it was still fun, and worthwhile.

Jon was hilarious and the best game master ever! My group had a blast and loved the reactor room. We’re definitely coming back for the zombie room next! (Here ya go Jon)

Ive been to many escape rooms and by. far. this is the best one Ive been to. The production value is awesome, the game was challenging and well-designed, and the space is clean and well-maintained.(And Shayla was an amazing host).Highly recommended.

This place is awesome. We did the heist room and had so much fun that we immediately paid for another room, the nuclear reactor room. All of the clues were challenging enough to stump you for a few minutes, but with enough collaboration, they were solvable. Becca was an awesome host, who didn’t help us unless we absolutly needed it and only gave enough of a clue to help us along, leaving the joy of the AHA moments to us. She was super friendly, nice, and accommodating, and did a great job setting up both of the rooms for us. We will definitely be going back to try another room.

We did the Egyptian tomb as a date, along with 5 other people we didnt know. Only 1 of the 7 of us had done an escape room before, but we worked well together. Heather was great, and when we needed a hint she gave just enough of a nudge in the right direction to help us figure it out. We had about a 30 second difference between immortality and the plagues of Egypt, but luckily we figured it out just in time!

We did the zombie onewe had an actor dressed as a zombie that chased us around a tiny room, took items we needed, and trapped me in a closet...5/5 it was amazingOn a more serious noteif this is your first time doing one or cant handle a wildcard pressure element talk to the employees and work with them.They have multiple scenarios and they are really great people if you struggle they are happy to help you edge along and the moments where you get stuck they are willing to help especially to someone just passing utah like me
