Going to see a movie on the big screen is an experience that I hope never goes away. Please survive this pandemic. We miss you. (Even the sticky floors)

Seats are always dirty, popcorn machine looks greasy and dirty. Hot dog rollers are rusted and probably not cleaned right. staff always look so unhappy probably inadequate pay. Expect to drop $50 plus for two people everything over priced. Grab dinner or sneak in snacks before visiting. There is noway they are able to clean and sanitize auditoriums inbetween shows. I most likely will never pay to go to a movie again. Prefer streaming movies at the leisure of my own home. No distractions or people being disruptive.

Great theater. They have totally redone the seating in recent years to include nice, comfy reclining seats and stadium seating in every theater. Also, they are only reserved seating, which I love. The spacing between rows is great. Plenty of room to get past seats that are fully reclined and you never have to worry about someones tall head blocking the screen. They are also taking covid-19 precautions like extra cleaning and empty seats between groups. The only reason Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they never fully turned down the lights for the movie. It was distracting at first, but I eventually ceased to notice. Still, the theater was not dark during the film this time. I should note, Ive been to this theater many times and this has only happened this latest visit.

This is a really nice theater! All theaters have recliner seating which is a huge enhancement to the movie watching experience. You can order your tickets online and select your exact seat shop there is no need to arrive super early to make sure you are not sitting in the front row. It appears that they are currently only show one viewing of a film per day in each theater to give them time to thoroughly clean the theater and make it Covid safe.

Online ticketing, reserved seating, nice snack bar, modern projection equipment and recliner seating. What’s not to love?

In the days of COVID I feel completely safe watching a movie at this theater. I have watch so far after they reopened and there are very few people and the staff clean the lobby and walk ways a lot. If they start getting a lot of customers again I may not go, but for now it is a great deal as there is a chance you will be in a theater with only a couple other people.

I say this as a person without a disability, but I was really impressed with the accessibility features of the theater. The hallways and spaces all seem pretty wide (although the main hallway does have an incline), even the rows between seats leave plenty of room - no awkward shuffling past other patrons. The seats are very comfortable. Matinee ticket prices are affordable, though of course I spent too much on concessions! Staff were great, the space was clean. Don’t worry about being early - the brand ads were still going five minutes past showtime, and then another 15 minutes of previews after that.I will definitely go back to this theater!

I CALLED AND THEY KEOT TELLING ME TO ENTER MY ZIPCODE AND AFTER I DID IT DID NOTHING. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NOT BE CALLING AGAIN.

There are way better theaters in town.. this one is midline

I very much enjoy this theater. Assigned reclining seating makes the movie going experience so much better. I recommend highly. Just waiting for an IMAX screen and we’ll be all set! Don’t forget to sign up for your unlimited movie pass. Right around $20 I can see as many movies as I want.

This regal is a great theater. They have great staff. I love their chairs, very comfortable. The chairs recline and have buttons that let you choose how far. They also have leg rests. Its a very clean facility and great quality 4k screens.

At first I would only come see movies here because it was the most convenient but after they changed to theirs comfortable seats I’ve started genuinely enjoying going to watch movies. The employees are nice and getting to your seat is easy since it’s all in order. The seats are super comfortable and you can choose whether you want to lay to watch the movie or sit, though when it’s silent the button can be kind of noisy it is nice being able to adjust your seat.

I havent been to see a movie at the theater in about a year. Willamette town center Regal offered me a free popcorn for my birthday. I saw Angle Fallen. The chairs are now electric recliners that are more comfortable than mine at home. The movie was excellent with a lot of action. The recliners vibrate and shake with the action. The movie experience is much more intense giving you the feeling of being right in the action, feeling the explosions and the gun shots. Its nothing like the surround sound I remember when Earthquake came out. Yes the popcorn and soft drinks are a little more expensive but the comfort and movie experience makes it definitely worth it. Im going back...

I wanted to see Ford v Ferrari on a big screen with a very good sound system. I like how I can select my movie and seats on-line. The extremely comfortable reclining seats with massive leg room is a really nice bonus. Neither my wife or I were disappointed.

They have comfy adjustable seats, and they serve hard ciders and beer. Everything is a little spendy at the concessions but nothing you didnt already expect. I had a great movie experience!

This was my first time with the power reclining seats. They were so comfortable! Higher ticket prices here than many other theaters in the Salem area, but worth it.

Love the recliner seats. Only ones I will now go too. It was a great movie. Tix to movies I concession is high to do often but love it when I go.

With the newly remodeled seats and theatre this has become one of my favorite places to go. Not only can you watch the movie without fear of not being able to see because of someone taller sitting in front of you but you get to relax in a reclining seat. The tickets are relatively cheap and the showings are always really great new movies. Also if you get your tickets then go into the mall and go to the candy store they give you a discount on your candy so you can grab a snack for watching the movie. I definitely recommend checking this place out!

Typical multi-plex with huge snack area. Hadnt been to a movie in a while. Got some Cheeto popcorn to see what thats like. They had some interesting beer also, so we each had one. We wound up in the front row, having to snap our necks the entire time to witness heavy distortion on the screen. That row of seats should not have even been there. So, drove 1/2 hour for this and spent $53 to not see a movie. This will not happen again.

Love their senior/ military discount. great place to view movies with a large selection of theaters.

The seats are awesome reclining cushioned seats! We bought our tickets in advance and were able to get seats in the middle of the row. We were very happy watching Star Wars there

Great variety on snacks and birthdays here are definitely memorable and fun the seating are nice and relaxing and great for watching shows that have action especially in 3D it also has fun games for waiting around

All around? Perfect!! Staff was polite, professional, courteous. Building was clean, immaculate. Seats are almost like being at home, minus me wearing my flannel and shoeless!! Restroom was spotless!! Thank you to the staff for taking ownership!!!

This theater is awesome! Great stadium seating with super comfortable reclining chairs. Plenty of parking and its always clean inside and around. The food is pricey, which is typical of theater food, but the popcorn is always fresh and tastes good.

I had to leave the theater in beginning of star wars to tell them they had an audio issue. The descriptive audio was playing over the speakers. I missed the beginning of star wars the rise of skywalker because they messed up. I asked for a complementary ticket so I could watch the beginning at some point and was refused. I spent $50 on 2 tickets, popcorn and sodas just to get treated like my customer loyalty means nothing when they mess up. If you have an issue, regal does not care. I emailed them and got an automated response. I am about done with regal because this isnt the first time Ive had problems and they dont care to do show any appreciation for their customers aside from the normal pat on the head and automated response that they will address it. But if you ask for any kind of reimbursement for youre experience being ruined or a complementary ticket youll see how much they dont care.Regal, you disappointed me too many time.PS your popcorn tasted like pure salt and was inedible.PPS from now on im sneaking in my own food and beverage to spite your lack of concern for my movie going experiences

Great experience everytime they have the comfy reclining seats as well! The wine is delicious and they have a few beers on tap as well as bottled.

I love the theater except for the concession line. When I get in what I believe is the shortest line and it takes twice as long because the people in front of me have a million questions or the person working is new or a pop gets spilled it’s extremely frustrating! I wish you would go back to the zig zag lines ! Those work SO much better and are fair to the customers. Thank you for considering going back to this!

Awesome Recliner seats If youve never been there you need to go there just to try out watching a movie in a recliner is pretty awesome.

I had a nice time at the theater until the movie started. For some reason they left the inside lights on during the whole movie. I was watching Star Wars for the first time and didnt want to try to find a manager, because I didnt want to miss a single part of the story. Tell them to make sure the lights are off during the movie BEFORE you go into the theater so you dont have to go searching for a manager during the movie.

Great day! Great movie! Great soft, relaxing seats! Great popcorn with butter (free small for my birthday upgraded to a large and got a free refill), got a coke and Fandango gave me $5 for my birthday toward consessions.

Reclining chairs are super comfy. Sound and picture quality were very good as well. Wish I could afford the concessions without having to take out a small loan.

Always got to give this place to five stars because they always do what I want which is awesome and sometimes I run late and they still let me in even though its 5 maybe 15 minutes into the movie.... Great place. My wife, kids, and I just watched Dumbo there, super awesome experience. The snacks are a little pricey, but theyre that way at all theaters, right. They have super awesome setting, reclining seats for great comfort and spacious enough that we were able to comfortably fit my 8 month old daughters stroller next to us. I would recommend this place as a fun family friendly place to go.

Lights came on twenty minutes before the end of the movie. After the movie finished and we told the manager she was super rude and didn’t even apologize for the mishap. Said we should have left the movie to come tell them. Like it’s easy to find management at that theater. So we should have missed the end of the movie to tell them that they can’t run a theater properly and should pay attention to when lights go on and off. Manager was beyond rude and condescending. We go to the movies a lot guess we will be going to the other theaters in town now.

Great place to catch a movie, comfy reclining seats, standard movie pricing. Definitely book in advance to save the seat you want.

With the new remodel finished, this is my favorite theater to watch movies in. The large leather reclining seats are the best Ive ever sat in at a theater chain. With the ability to go from a sitting position to an almost full recline position, you will be comfortable for all the long movies that are well over two hours long.Also with the new remodel, when you are sitting in your chair, the stadium seats make it so no one is in your view of the screen, this means all the young children wont have some tall adult sitting in front of them ruining their view of the screen.You select the seat you want, their reserved seats now, and you can go online to through the Regal App and choose the best seats for you and your group.Only complaint I ever have with this location is that the snack stand is so slow, so get there with plenty of time to go through the lines to get your popcorn fix.

This theatre offers reclining seats, wine, and beer which all makes for a very comfortable experience. However, expect to pay at least $7-$10 for a single beer, or single anything for that matter. I understand they have to pay for the movies, but the overall cost of this and other regal cinemas is something that needs improved. I wont give less stars though, this is a nice theatre with newly released films to see.

I have raved and raved about this place. The remodel is great. Then takes one person. My kids tried to go to a movie they were legally allowed to go see, and they werent allowed to. Educate your employees. It shouldnt take a mom to come down on a business to get them to fix a mistake.

Comfy reclining assigned seats. Wish there was 4DX or ScreenX movies shown here, closes place is up in Seattle? Also only reason its not getting a 5 star is that I miss the old ticket stubs. I used to collect them as memories but now they are basically just little receipts. I would pay a dollar more for a thicker card stock fancier ticket for the memory.

This theater is very well kept. If I can, I always try and come here for movies. They have reclining seats that are very comfortable and there is plenty of room. I have broad shoulders and I dont feel like Im rubbing up on the person next to me even in a packed theater. You have the ability to reserve seats online, which is also nice. Overall, I always have a great experience when I come here.

The assigned seating makes a trip to the movies stress free. No searching for a seat or wondering if one is taken. The recliner chairs are beyond comfortable and are great for kids and toddlers. This theater is always clean and my family has had great experiences here. I highly recommend it.

Great theater, one of the nicest Ive been to. Nice reclining chairs that are very comfortable. Stadium seating is great for kids. Were ordered our tickets online and we were able to walk right in and avoid the ticket line. My 7 year old laid back, kicked his shoes off, covered up with a blanket from home and was in heaven. He said this is the only way to watch a movie, I agree. Great experience!

Nice Little Cinema attached to a Town Center, it’s clearly been updated, Food and Ticket prices are on par with National Cinema pricesHowever they have assigned seating which I love because it’s takes away the guessing of where to find a seat when you get there.... seats are oversized recliners that can lay all the way back at a push of a button... pretty nice as you do feel as on top of people as regular cinema seating...Oh and for the over 21 crowd they serve Beer and wine! Over priced yes... about $11 a beer but an options an option and that’s RadWent in not expected much and left totally expecting to return for the next time I want to see a movie...

With the reclining assigned seating this is an amazing theater! Also they have outlets in the handicap row so we can charge our wheelchairs and scooters while we enjoy a show!

This place is why we wait til movies hit Amazon Prime or Netflix. All movie theatres are horrible when it comes to prices for concessions, but Regal is just straight robbing you. If you really HAVE to go see a movie here, go to Walgreens and buy the 4 for $4 boxed candy! Theatre was also very dirty.

I have to admit that I was very surprised when I got up to the ticket booth they asked me which seats I wanted. Apparently you can reserve online or at the ticket window . I wish I had some of these seats at my own home for movie watching.

Loved the new changes... very relaxing seats, actually wanted to take them home and set them up. I like the idea of picking my seats even though I had to postpone my movie twice... but was very worth it... will be going back

The assigned seats really make a lot of difference. Them being conservative with the air conditioning really sucked. 3 hours sitting in people soup next to others who were all contributing to the humidity. Used to be cold and have you always brought a sweater. Cant fix hot as easy as cold. I dont want naked movie watchers. Dropped a star for environment. Otherwise, always great.

Only place we go to watch movies! Power recliners and seat SPACE make the whole experience relaxing. You dont feel like a sardine crammed tightly into the theater and sharing a nonexistent arm rest with a stranger. Each seat has wide armrest and can be fully reclined and someone can STILL walk in front of you to get to their seat. Screens are huge, sound is 7.1 digital surround. Dont forget a blanket! My daughter and I always bring a blanket, when fully lounged it us more comfortable (at least for us)

It had been so long since I went to the movies. It was crazy to see the changes. The seats were killer. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Words of warning, we went to an opening night showing and we were lined up outside in December for over an hour.If you want to have that great opening night experience, go elsewhere.

This theatre has severely disappointed me twice now. I went to see Promare on September 19th, and they played the dubbed version instead of the subtitled, and tried to refuse giving me a refund on the tickets since I didn’t have the card I purchased them with me. I just went to see it again on December 8th, and the projector had broken, and they were offering refunds, but not replaying the movie or moving it to a different theatre. I am planning to see it dubbed instead on the 10th, and hopefully won’t be disappointed once again. Has comfy seats but be prepared for disaster.

Theater 1 is 21st century awesomeness!!! I will never go to any other theater. Huge, leather covered electric reclining chairs better than any grandpa had. The sound is amazing and the screen is viewable from any seat in the theater. You can even reserve seats.You are wasting your money if you go any other place. I had almost given up on theaters completely, not anymore!!!

This is my favorite theater to go to. The staff is always friendly. The convenience of selecting you seat when buying your ticket is amazing! Its the best place in town to watch a movie!

As far as the seating goes I was so impressed how comfortable the recliners were. I actually fell asleep. Very spacious where your not climbing over someones legs. It is spendy for theatre tickets and food however I did have a fun evening out with the grandkids.

LOVE the seats here! All movie theaters should have the exact same seats! And the wide aisles are awesome as well. Its great when other people have to walk in front of you to get out of the aisle, and you dont have to rearrange yourself just to let them pass in front of you... even if youre reclined all the way back with your feet up! Only 4 stars because the popcorn, snacks and drinks are way overpriced!

I HAVE to write a review now... never really liked going to the movies because I cant stand people kicking my chair. With the new electric reclining chairs, I may come here every week now. The new chairs are SO amazing and there is a wall behind your chair so NO ONE CAN KICK YOUR CHAIR! This may be my new favorite place. Good job to the owners!

On Saturday September 7th, I went to go watch the 11:00am showing of IT Chapter 2 at the Willamette Town Center Regal Cinema. We had purchased our tickets beforehand from the app, and when we got inside were met with an employee. The employee –Clayton- asked me to display an ID before he even knew the movie we were going to watch. While IT Chapter 2 is rated R, I am 25 and look my age so there was no need for the ID check. Next however, he asked to check my purse, something I have never before had to get checked at any Regal Cinema, I complied with this and opened my purse and he began to question me about smaller and middle pockets to check for “weapons and contraband”. We later noticed the same employee was allowing individuals with the same size or larger bags to go ahead to the movies without bag checks. We spoke to a manager about this and while we understand it is a new policy to check bags, he said this is only necessary when the individual looks “suspicious”. I want to know what was suspicious about my purse in particular when others had bags that seemed fine to him. I would appreciate it if I received a reply back as I felt disrespected, and embarrassed to the point of tears from having to have experienced being racially profiled in this situation.

They play movies. They also legally mug you at the concessions stand and charge 8 bucks for 20 cents of soda.

Great theater with great staff and customer service. Theater is kept nice and clean! I would definitely reccomend coming here for a movie and always enjoy my time here. Weekdays are definitely better for smaller crowds but even with bigger crowds the experience never fails to be a good one

Great viewing experience in the theater but concessions could use work. Busy Saturday night and had to wait 30 minutes to get popcorn... Finally gave up.

The new reserved seating system helps you pick the best seats available. The new reclining seats are very comfortable. The theater was too warm. Concession stand was very stingy with the popcorn butter flavoring. Why offer free refills if the popcorn is so dry?

The prices for the concessions were out of this world. $8 for lg soda, $10 for lg popcorn. I know they need to recoup the costs of their remodel but price gouging will turn away customers. In Arizona Harkins Theaters prices were $7.25 for XL popcorn and $5.75 for refillable soda including sales tax.

Slow service. If Friday nights are the busy time dont have new employees runing the registers. That isnt the place for training...But the seating is great.
