Nice family park to live in. The neighborhood is very quiet.

Very nice and willing to help, I went to drive around the park as I had never been there. Gloria the manager was so very helpful. She gave me all the info I needed and was happy to do it. What a good manager and sales manager she is. Those owners are lucky to have her working for them. I was there quite awhile and she treated all the residents very well that stoped by and they all knew her as she did them.In my book she gets 5 gold stars!!!!!

Way over priced and not a friendly place. Constantly raising prices and treating it like an apartment complex even though people are buying their homes

Nice location. No over crowding.

Nice community, friendly neighbors. The management is very rude, not very helpful. Horrible with the occupants. My mother has lived here for 12 years and it was great until they brought in a new manager 2 years ago. Now most people want sale and move out.

Too much through traffic.
