This is an older Mobile home Park. Most of the people who live here, live here permanently. A lot of families with children live here. Most of the mobile homes would benefit with new paint, but the entire park is well kept and clean. The manager is friendly and informative but only works here on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Across the street from the mobile home park is a very good Greek / American restaurant. Within walking distance is a paved bicycle / walking trail and less than a mile away, theres a grocery store and gas station.

Was a very nice place to raise kids in 1970s and 80s. Mr.Ramey passed away and now its a real trashy place. Alto of Mexicans,and trailors in all sorts of directions,pot holes in roads everywhere. Real dump no standards and no consistency in how it is managed.

Nasty place.... Mobile Homes jammed crammed n someone can reach n ya window and get n ya pantie drawer my wife said...

Nice quiet and not a messed up parking lot like the other parks

Place is turning up pretty good with the new management

Needs better looking trailers some are run down
