Looks like a wonderful place to live.

Nice atmosphere here seeing all the trailers together just seems really relaxing and calm. The streets and trailers are cleaned up nicely and dont look trashy like with some trailer parks.

I know a 79 year old woman who has a double wide trailer parked here. She pays about $530 a month to park her trailer. I think its a bit spendy cause even though they do have a nice rec center with large kitchen, tables,chairs,pool table,piano they dont have swimming pool or exercise room looking other parks in same price range. Also about once a month they have issue about no running water in the park due to electrical problems. PGE seems to be there often doing who knows what to fix issue. They also have lots of rules like no garage sales except during the all park sale and you can only paint your mobile home from an approved list of colors.

Looked Like a great place to me, but I was just visiting a friend!

What I can say, the park managers Dianna and Mike are the best around!!!

Water often goes out, without warning,Space rent goes up every year, but they dont repair any of the sidewalks or streets.

My mom and daddy lived in this park for years. My mom was the assistant manager until someone came in and bought it and it’s not the same wonderful park it used to be.
