Nice And quiet neighborhood. Has an amazing garage sale every summer

Was a very clean and tidy park. The homes seemed well maintained and most of the cars were in good shape. The home we went to was nice with a pretty good sized lot.

Sorry to say this but this neighborhood used to be pretty nice but it looks to like it needs to be better taken care of. Some yards and homes have seen better days.

Poor management. Older park. Residents keep park well maintained. Gated 55 and above community.

DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE, The manager is a b**** she harrasses her renters, my mom just sold her place to get away from Gloria Higdon, if you make Gloria upset she will stop at nothing to make your life miserable, I never lived there and she evicted me from my moms place, again I never lived there yet she took me to court to evict me, since I dont live there never got paperwork, so didnt go to court, that screws up my perfect rental history, I am in process of seeking legal action

A lovely, gated community with a real sense of community.
