Owner is GREAT! We love this place my son gets so excited there like he doesnt even know what he wants to do first! Support this locally owned business!
Horrible service, your people are unprofessional, rude and dont care at all about customer service. We reserved the standard option and scheduled the party at 1 PM, we came in and made a reservation at the counter not online, we talked to the customer service employees and they did not have the common sense to explain to us that we would not have a room to bring the food, cake, guest etc until an hour later. I guess is an hour to bounce for kids and adults just have to linger in the small lobby with presents, food, cake and drinks just seating there waiting until the decide to give us the room we reserved, should have been nice to know that before I ask all our guests to show up at 1pm. I understand they had another party but why schedule or give us a 1 PM slot if not available. Will never do business with you again.
Fun place for the kids to play. It was really clean and the Halloween decorations were pretty cool. Our kids had a great time.
Visited this place recently on our way to Portland and was disappointed to see nobody wearing masks. 20+ adults and 20+ kid’s and my family were the only ones with masks. The employee at the front counter removed her mask and leaned in to tell me that they’re “not really required if I didn’t want to wear one.”Another child told me the owner is her friends mom and she doesn’t care if we wear masksDisappointing visit as we were uncomfortable and left early
This is a pretty great place to take your little ones to burn off some of that extra Steam. Plenty of different bounce houses to play in, offering different experiences for each one. Theres at least two obstacle courses, a pirate ship, a giant slide, and even some arcade games as well. We went on a Thursday when there is a $1 discount on admission, so it only cost us $7. Pretty good deal. I would put this right up there with Clubhouse Adventures and Get Air as far as childrens activities go.
Very rushed experience. I had my sons birthday Sept 19th 2020. Didnt make no sense to be charged $50 to bring our own food when they dont even have their own food there. When asked why they overcharged us she was rude about it and showed us a paper. So I just left and didnt say anything. Also they didnt wipe down things after and now some people and kids are sick.
Attended a party here. Workers dont wear masks, other customers at a different party but in same area werent required to wear masks, my daughter was shamed by a customer for wearing her mask in front of an employee and that employee said nothing.
My 3 yo nephew had a lot fun. Several large bouncy slides and cages for children to jump around in. A little old and outdated with the carpet stained pretty bad in a few places, but given what the business is, its a good deal and worth the trip for kids to play. The price is 8$ an hour. We were there for longer than that but they still only charged 8$ which was nice of them
This place is awesome! Great time to bring kids to tire them out. If you do a private party adult can bounce with the kiddos. We had a blast!
Such a fun place to take young kiddos! Employees are helpful and management makes sure the place is very clean and in good working order. Fair pricing and a great treat for youngsters to burn off energy and enjoy big slides, bouncy houses and obstacle courses!
The kids love it! Always a crowd pleaser. Seems pretty safe for controlled chaos. Wasnt too dirty. Nice that they sell snacks and drinks there. Way on the outskirts of town though, but not too bad. Recommended!
We came to SuperBounce open play time today for some family fun on a rainy day and it was great! My boy age 8 had a great time. The facilities were very clean.
I had never heard of Super Bounce until recently. My granddaughter LOVED it! The young man at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating (I was there for an event). The facility was clean and bright. All of the grown ups were friendly and watching their kiddos. The price was even reasonable, surprisingly. It was $8.00 an hour for my little, who is two. After an hour if running and bouncing she was ready for lunch and a nap for sure! It was a safe and fun place for her. We will definitely be returning, especially during the winter months.
Friendly staff and reasonably clean (given the number of kids). Carpet could use a cleaning perhaps. Still, great fun for kids and kids at heart. Easy to kill a couple of hours and wear them out for a nap. LOL.
Love this place. They really know how to run this place when they only had two people working there. They made sure are guests got to bounce room two and then switched over to the first room. When we left they even had good enough customer service to ask and make sure everything was alright. Will always come here. If I could say one thing about this place is why cant I bring my own food? Great place for kids and I love taking my kids here.
Ive been to a few birthday parties here and there is a really frustrating ongoing issue.Party Crashers. So you get a set amount of time in each bounce section where the bouncing is supposed to be for those in the party only. Private bouncing sounds great but there are always people who sneak their kids into other kids parties . Naturally these people dont care that they are breaking the rules and are rude to guests. Everytime. Never have I seen an employee check wristbands or speak to these party Crashers. They just dont care.Beyond that, the party venue is not well decorated, and the slides are unnaturally brown. The small kids dont seem to mind so for Salems options, its a tolerable place to have a party. Employees just need to be retrained and able to ensure rules are followed.
Had my sons 2nd birthday here was a awesome time! Wish we had more time in party room but all around a great time!
My Grandson had his Birthday Party there on the 7th of December... He was robbed of 10 minutes of play time on both sides... My daughter and son-in-law paid good money to have his party there and it was an absolute joke you guys are understaffed which is not their problem or anybody elses but the companies I feel a refund should be given to them I know that my daughter and everyone else that came as guests said they would never come back there again Word of Mouth travels fast trust me it does...
Fun place to take the kids. Was here for a birthday party of my sons friend.
Id give 3.5 stars. We went once and my daughter had fun, so I wanted to take my 5 year old along with my daughter on the weekend. I checked the website and they said they were open. We drove all the way there, got everyone out of their car seats, they were super excited... Got to the doors and there was a scribbled piece of paper that said sorry, closed until 3pm due to party. My kids were more than bummed. From now on I call to check if theyre open, regardless of what the site says.I thought this would have been the perfect place for a birthday party until I read their rules (and the reviews from parties that paid full price for 3 hours, but got ripped off off by the owner and had to cram their entire party into 1 or 2 hours). The fact that you have to pay a FIFTY DOLLAR FEE just to bring your own food and drinks is completely asinine. And believe it or not, not everyone likes pizza. My daughter hates it. We also have family members with severe food allergies, so pizza and ice cream are usually absent, if not specially made. I would ignore the bad reviews and rent the place for a party if they changed the food and drinks rule, for sure.
What great customer service!!! I called and spoke with two employees and they helped me set up a birthday party for my son. They were both so very nice and answered all of my questions. Its hard finding good customer service these days and when you find it, you want to go out of your way and post a great review. Im looking forward to meeting them this weekend. I will update on how they follow through with the party.
My granddaughter had a great time celebrating her birthday there. The staff were very nice and organized, and the place was very clean.
Good place to spend an hour or two with enough bounce houses to keep kids busy.We took our 8yo (who was to old acc to her) and she enjoyed it.
This place is wonderful for kids to get their energy out on a cold rainy day. The cost is reasonable, its $8 per kid per hour. They had 7 inflatables set up, everything from a pirate ship, obstacle courses and a sports complex for shooting hoops. I highly recommend coming here!
Love this place! Great indoor fun for the little one(s) when the weather outside is too bad for anything fun.
Fun. We had a birthday party there for our 3 year old grandson
This place is excellent for kids. Its only $8 per hour and the adults are free. We looked at their party prices and they are very reasonable for getting some space just for your party. We are excited to continue coming in.
I was a little skeptical that an hour would be worth the price but Im happy to admit that I was wrong! My four year old played her little heart out and slept like a rock! Well definitely be back!!
Being apart of SuperBounces community has been one of the most rewarding things in the entire world. Knowing such wonderful people that are apart of the establishment or come to visit is just wonderful. Thank you, SuperBounce, for being so amazing, you are truly super.
Good for kids under 16. There is nothing to do for adults except magazines.
Great fun place to bring your kids! The facilities were clean and tidy, lots of seating for parents, snacks and drinks available. Overall an awesome first time here! Definitely would recommend anyone with kids to come here!
Said that it was supposed to be open at 10am. Came at 10 stayed till 10:30. No one ever came to open the facility. We are 2hrs away and wanted to treat the kids before our trip home. They were pretty disappointed :(
Super fun. Kids love it. One way in and out so keeping track of your kids is easy. Kid-friendly mens room. Variety of bounce houses, slides, obstacle rooms. Kid-friendly coin-op games. Reasonably priced, especially on Tuesdays.
This place is big, the bounce houses are big. It’s nice a cool in here no sweaty and Stinky, some bounce places smell like dirt and French fries, not this place. Bathrooms are very nice as well.We missed get air because they had toddler time not well advertised on Tuesdays, so we found this place, no age discrimination here ;-)Plus it was cheaper than get air.
Great place for small parties and younger kids.
Fun place for kids birthday parties, they have a lot of fun playing and bouncing!
Truly super. Very nice staff and reasonable prices. Plus everything is so clean and bright! My kid bounced herself out for 8$ and had a great time with the fun looking bouncies.
Me son is 6 and Ive been bringing him here since he was 2. He loves this place and I love that he can get all his energy out. Its always clean and birthday parties are great here, too!
If you care about customer service and a comfortable atmosphere for your children, then do not come here. Save your money for a place that will treat you and your children with respect. My husband and I took our 2 boys there to bounce. We only stayed about 40 minutes and ended up leaving early. The staff was absolutely horrible. They had one teenage staff member very obviously following our kids and I the entire time. We talked to the very unprofessional manager about our concerns and she refused to give us a refund. She defended their actions and could not tell us why we were being followed as she just stepped back into her office. I understand that they have rules and safety guidelines but we were watching our children and if they had any concerns then they should have came up and talked to us instead of RUDELY following my children around. That is NOT how to treat customers but especially children. You can keep your $16, and hopefully use it towards better training your staff. I will not be coming back and I hope no else will, either.
We went to a birthday party there, the time for the party booked was 1-3 but they only allowed the parents to use the birthday room for maybe 1hour and a half . Staff said after the kids leave the birthday room they can’t use the bounces anymore even tho there was 20 -30 min left till 3 o’clock when the party was over . It’s not the cleanest place and the staff is not friendly . They move kids around from room to room like cattle . I paid extra for my children to stay and bounce after the party and even then the staff was rude and moved us around from room to room, which ruins the fan for kids . Wouldn’t go there again .
Not good! Parties seem way too rushed. We wouldnt come here again or recommend having a party here. The lady working at the front was in a horrible mood.
Its just for young kids as a teenager I thought it might have trampolines maybe but it didnt plus theres not many structures but for young kids I guess it could be fun.
This is a great place for my kids to run (or rather bounce) off all of their energy! I personally find it to be a bit spendy for what it is. But I have never been offended by the price either. The staff is very nice. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be more stable open bounce times. I find I have to check online before I even tell my kids we can go.
If you have kids toddler through Id say 12. This place is a must! An absolute Savior for parents in the Salem/ Keizer area. Cheap fun that wears them out, indoors. Yes please!
This review is for the party experiences weve had. They say you can only order pizza from their preferred pizza place which is expensive, and their pizza is always cold and spongy. Their soda is also expensive and usually warm. I called ahead to see if I could bring something homemade and she said yes, but theres a $50 charge... FIFTY DOLLARS to bring my own food!? Even to bring juice for the kids. I told her Id order the pizza one last time but wouldnt be back because of this policy. The worst part was that we only had a 5ish minute time slot to set up in the room between the time the previous party left and our kids came in from bouncing, during this time the employees were still cleaning. It took us about 15 minutes to set up for our party (mad dash style), but guests and kids were pouring in before it was ready. By the time we were set up there was maybe 30 minutes to eat pizza, do the cake, open presents and clean up. We werent finished opening presents at 12:51 when they threatened to charge us double so we took our party to the parking lot... It felt way too rushed, especially considering we paid $272 for this venue and 3 sad pizzas. The owner doesnt care at all.
I had my sons second birthday party here and it was a wonderful decision! Not only did my son and his friends have fun, but the parents did as well. It was nice to not have to worry about kids wondering off or stranger danger. We had the bounce rooms and a party room to ourselves. We also had an employee who made sure everything went smoothly. The hour of jump time was perfect and the 45 minutes in the party was just enough time for cake and gifts. My only complaint would be this: it says on the website that someone from Super Bounce will call you 2-3 days before your party to confirm a head count and get an order for food and drinks if you choose to order anything. This never happened for me so I called a day before the party to place my order for drinks. During that phone call, the lady said someone would call me the day of the party to confirm that well actually be coming and the amount of kids attending. Again, this never happened. I spent the morning of the party stressing out that they forgot about us or we dont actually have a party scheduled. It wasnt until we arrived and got checked in that I felt better. Overall, this is a get place to host a party. Its easy, convenient and fun! Thank you, Super Bounce Salem.
My son loved this place. The pirate ship inflatable was his favorite. We will be returning. My only complaint is that many parents werent actually watching their kids and the was no staff on the floor to mediate when kids were being unsafe.
You children will absofrickinlutely love this place, great entertainment and for a more than fair price!
Fun birthday venue, but new ownership promised upgrade. Inspect before you book to make sure they did. Slides were looking g a bit worn last time I rented for birthday party.
A good place to go, but not close to anything. The kids had fun.
Love it here:) staff is super sweet and helpful and kids love being here! We go once a week at least lol and its super affordable!
The kids. Had a great time. $8 per kid for an hour and I wouldnt mind paying it again if it was a little longer. The only issue I had was when we were leaving the staff was very pushy especially the lady with the southern accent. She saw us putting shoes on and leaving and she made it a point to come tell us for the 3rd time we needed to leave before the play time was Even over.
Great value and lots of fun.
We enjoyed this place. My son was too scared to go on anything though. I suppose i could have asked for my money back but he had fun playing on the little slide (not inflatable). We will come back again when hes a little older. The facility was nice and clean and set up nicely so that the littles are fairly contained to two separate areas.
My kid loves this place!
Several bounce houses inside many with slides, clean and tidy. Little tikes cars too, kids seem to have fun
Our 18 month old son loves this place! He enjoys running from bounce house to bounce house. It is a great way for him to get his energy out. The first few times we took him here he was a little apprehensive, since he did not know what to do. The staff was very helpful and allowed me to assist my son on the bouncers. Also, I am glad they offer a toddler bounce time so the little ones have a chance to run around without the bigger kids, as the bigger kids can be a little aggressive. I would definitely recommend this place!
Great place for kids in winter, clean bathrooms, new bounce houses...we have been going here for years and things have only improved with new owners. Keep it up!
Good place for kids, but not enough variety of things to do, just jumping castles. Kids get bored in 30 minutes.
We used to love Super Bounce, but the service has been getting increasingly worse and today was the final straw.Today we attended a birthday party for my 5yr old sons friend-he and his sister have their birthday parties here every year, so this venue is nothing new. This time when we arrived (at 11:15am), both party rooms were in use (even though the childs mom had reserved a 2hr time slot 11am-1pm), so the guests had to pile the gifts in the waiting area, along with the tote of decor and cake. This was unfortunate because we had to have someone stay in the waiting area to watch the belongings while the kids played. Finally, at 12pm, we were allowed into one of the party rooms (mind you this room was paid for and reserved for 2hrs), it was a mad dash to set up the decorations, eat the pizza, cake and open gifts. At 12:51 we were told our time in the room was up and we would be charged double if we didnt leave right then and there. When we asked why we didnt have the room until 1pm, we were told they were really booked and if we didnt leave right then, we would have to pay double. We were forced to take the party to the parking lot where the 4 year old birthday boy finished opening his gifts. This boys parents paid over $270 to be double booked for a party, and get use of the birthday room for 51 minutes.Never in my life have I ever been treated this way by a business owner. We will never be back. Their are plenty of other kid friendly venues that actually value their customers. Not to mention, they only allow in food from one specific pizza place (unless you want to pay an extra $50 to bring your own food and soda) the pizza is always soggy and the soda is warm.
If you have an overly-energetic toddler, this place is a God-send. We go weekly if we can. Friendly staff, clean, comfy chairs for parents.
My son loves this place. Had no idea it existed up until a little over a year ago. Tucked away behind Harbor Freight Tools off Portland road, this little place is the equivalent of two warehouses filled with giant blowup structures. Cheap admission, runs by the hour. Very friendly staff.
Fun place for littles and big kids alike.
My boys are 6 and 2 and they both had a great time and made some new friends!!! Definitely recommend. Also good for getting the kids their exercise.
Great place for kids. The staff could be a little bit more friendly.
I came here with my 2 year old toddler hoping that he will have fun. It was his birthday. He was too scared to go alone and I wasnt allowed to go with him. So I pretty much paid for one hour and left in 15 minutes because there was nothing else for him to do. I was so excited going there and left very upset and disappointed.Edit - thank you for clarification of the policy. In this case, I will come back to play with my son another time. :)
I took my 1 1/2 year old during toddler bounce and all of the jumpers were too big for him he had fun playing with the other stuff that was out for toddlers. One older knocked him down and her mother was too busy talking to pay attention. Dads were climbing on the jumpers freely so that was annoying. It wasnt crowded on a Monday morning there were maybe 10 families there. From reading the website I thought there were toddler sized jumpers. Had it been more crowded it mightve been more intimidating for my little guy.
Fun birthday party place
Great business, generally fairly good although their 6pm to 7pm free bounce is a problem when they run a party past the 6pm. Since you still pay for an hour without that time being given. Highly recommend otherwise and only a slight oversight.
My kids had tons of fun! Place was clean and the staff was friendly. Will be coming back!
Super fun place to have your birthday parties for your kiddos
Great place for kids 12 and under due to height restrictions... But I love it and the just added toddler toys and claw machine basket ball machine yes some fun for mom n dad.. best of all Tuesday 2fer 2hrs for the price of 1
I’ve taken my three year old here to play many times! We love it! Staff is friendly, prices are reasonable and lots of different bounce houses!
Good place to let the kids get some energy out when the weather is bad. However the last few times we have been there, we have noticed a serious lack of supervision. Today Im watching kids sliding down dangerously on the slide which in the past wouldnt be allowed with the owner standing in clear view doing nothing about it. One staff walk thru once in a half hour, then 3 times in the second half hour. Most parents are so busy with their phones, they are not suprising their children at all.
Great fun when its raining! Clean place, friendly employees!
First time came with my nephew niece and daughter its amazing place it is family owned small business please come and support them
IF I COULD GIVE IT 0 STARS I WOULD DO NOT BOOK A PARTY HERE THEY COMPLETELY RUIND MY COUSINS 4TH BIRTHDAY MY AUNT WAISTED 250 FREKIN DOLLARS ON NOTHING BC SHE RESERVED A ROOM FOR 30 PEOPLE AND THEY GAVE HER A ROOM FOR LESS THAN 10 PEOPLE THEY WOULDENT GIVE HER PIZZA OR DRINKS THEN THEY WOULDNT GIVE MY AUNT HER MONEY BACK AND WHEN SHE TRIED TO LEAVE THE WALKED IN FROUNT OF HERE AND SAID excuse me! AND SHE YELLED AT THEM TO MOVE SO WE HAD TO LEAVE AND GO SOMEWERE ELSE SO MUCH FOR THE BEST BIRTHDAY EVER! DONT EVEN COME FOR FUN JUST GO TO GET AIR ITS WAY BETTER!
Great price and variety of bounce! Wish parents could play!
Super fun place for kids. The bounce house rooms are good, we had about 30 kids and I would say thats about the max I would recommend more than that would be insane.
Worth the money
Awesome experience! We had my 4 year-old sons birthday party here and everything was excellent! Very clean and organized, excellent customer service, and the kids had a blast. Well definitely be back!
The kids had fun but I think its a little rude for the staff to come in and start sweeping and cleaning while the party is still going on dont book a party fron 1-3 then 3-5 and leave no room to clean. You shouldnt be cleaning when there are still guests there during their paid 2 hour slot.
My older kids had a great time at their cousins birthday party. There isnt really enough seating if you come with a large group (30) and there werent any play structures suitable for my toddler beyond a very small wooden play car. It was ok for just him, but when another child came along, it was too small to really accommodate more than one child inside.
Come on Ode Moes. Pizza is ok, but seriously super bounce uses your service and you wont honor your specials for paying customers. I wont be getting my pizza from you when at home. Shame on you Ode Moes. Hey Super Bounce drop Ode Moes.
No words to say how much we appreciate you for indoor fun on wet days. Wish you would do a membership again. Or maybe a punch card for some visits and then a free one or something. Staff here is friendly, loves kids, and it shows.
The place had good bouncy slides and such but the teenage staff was quite rude.. Then later because of a private party we were moved to one area.. Okay fine .. But then we were quite rudely ordered to another area to cater to the private party.. Ive never as an adult been treated more rudely.. A polite direction would have been fine.. But this older woman had such a demanding crude tone.. I was thrown back a bit.. My child had thrown her socks off and I was trying to get them back on this woman again came with the same menacing tone at witch point my child started to cry.. We moved quickly to the next area.. I asked the woman her name.. She says.. Christina Im the owner.. So I politely said okay and went back to trying to get socks on my now melting down child..I understand the private party takes priority but then why allow paying customers to be admitted take there money and treat them so rudley with such contempt. Theres other places to take children and I would suggest to the taking them the Get Air bouncy place.. Where they actually treat people with respect.. This was a horrible experience.. Me and any one I know will not be going here again..
Grandkids Birthday great place
This place is totally worth the money
I booked a 2 year old party coming up here soon, & the boy upfront answered all my questions when I called but we went in today to just check it out pre party.... And its super fun I wish there was a few smaller bounce houses for small kids, but that was a few extra kid toys. The boy up front was very rude and answered in 1 word responses. No one likes to work, but your working with kids and parents you just have to pretend for a fewhours your happy. Will leave another review after the party
Dear lord, I flew almost all the way up to the ceiling. Several times even. I lost control and in spite of best efforts began turning slow somersaults on every bounce. All the change fell out of my pockets, and it was instantly snatched up by several little rascals who then could not be persuaded to give any of it back. The bouncing began again at this point and I lost sight of them. Then everything went black.Honestly? My nephew loves this place. He insisted I write this review.
Great place for birthdays ! Kids under 6 loved it here.
My son went to a bday party here. He loved it!
Kids love SuperBounce. You can have a private party, and bring your own cake, but they do not allow outside food or drink in their party room. If you want ice cream with your cake, you have to buyer their DippinDots. Would be understandable if they offered some feasible choices so kids dont leave disappointed with the party. For kids, having a great party is what its all about.
So much fun !!@superbounceofsalem
Awesome place for the kids. They have about 7-8 bouncy house-style inflated play things. The atmosphere is fairly relaxed, though they do fuss at the kids for running between the inflatables (theyre kids!). Weve also been to a couple successful birthday parties there.
Fun, affordable, not too far off i5 n salem...Kids enjoy slides and just bring socks!
Every time Ive been here, Ive experienced rude employees. One followed me and my toddler around as my toddler played. Ordered me to put socks on my toddler (who took them off herself) and said my toddler wasnt allowed on the bounce toy without socks on. I told her Ok, as I know the rules, and just stood still. The employee repeated herself. My toddler was sitting in a toddler wooden play structure, not interested or headed towards the bounce structures. There was no need to approach me or order me to put socks on my child. My little was content with what she was doing. When it was time to leave one side for the hosted party, the same employee followed us and kept telling us (my two kids and I) to hurry up and line up at the door so she can funnel us out. It seems wrong to charge full price, but only allow access to half of the building.Recently, we called for information for my childs birthday. We were told to come on in, anytime, there were no scheduled parties and the hours were from 10 am till 6 pm. When we arrived at Noon, they were closed. Really put a temporary damper on my childs special day.
Everything youd expect- bring the hand sanitizer wipes and go wild!
I wasnt sure what to expect on our first visit to Super Bounce, these types of kid friendly places can be really hit or miss. I was expecting it to be kind of run down (like most things in this part of town) but was pleasantly surprised to drive up to an almost new building that looked well maintained from the outside. The interior seemed completely new with fresh bright paint and more importantly it was very clean. It is a large space with a high warehouse type ceiling, with the jump area divided in to two rooms with 3 bounce toys each. Paid for one hour and they let us inside after a short video showing the rules for the play structures. The place was at capacity, which was just the right amount of kids, I was afraid it would be overcrowded but they had the max amount of kids allowed at once set just right.Toys seemed well maintained, and there was at least one staff member in each room keeping an eye out to make sure kids were playing safely. The other parents also were doing a good job of supervising their kids, so things werent too crazy in the bounce houses.Overall the kids (20 months and 4 and half years) had a great time and we will definitely be back. Kudos to the owners for opening a great business, excellent place for the rainy Oregon fall/winter/spring.
