I have had my daughters birthday party here at Get Air on Monday. It was a great and amazing experience. The homeowner was absolutely amazing and the staff. They made sure we had everything we needed for a party. I would definitely recommend and will be back to do it again. Thanks again Get Air Staff

Not a good trip this time.Some kids had to wear masks some didnt. People with shoes on while jumping.very crowd..

We had a birthday party here over the weekend. We had Carson as a host and he was awesome. Very attentive and checked in several times to make sure we had all that we needed. This was our first time here and we plan to come back. Wonderful and clean experience.

Good employees. My 2.5 y.o. LOVES it here. Will jump for 3 hours then fall asleep in the car after!

Great place! Every time we come here all the employees are extremely helpful and friendly, they handle everything good considering all the kids they have to deal with. The areas are clean and I’m impressed with the COVID implementations, appreciate the great place with these tough times.

Brought family that I hadnt seen for 3 years and we choose to visit get air. There was a younger guy employee that was on his phone the whole time as kids were running into each other and crying. He didnt do anything during his shift except cause problems with the teenage boys and acted like he wanted to fight. Embarrassing. Definitely wont be back. Plus the block pit is disgusting and the kids were getting hair all over their faces from the nasty stuff in there. We spent over $100 to be treated poorly. Get it together. Hire actual employees that work and dont just take the hours and dont do anything.

It was a good workout for me and the kids had tons of fun but it cost so much for so little time

They have done some great remodeling. Lots of fun and new places to have fun. Still a bit on the spendy side, but I found an online coupon that saved about 8 dollars. Check out there web site before you go to see what deals they have.

Great variety of activities. The dodge ball room was perfect and the added rule that catching or hitting someone with white ball would jail break your team create a lot higher energy/fun experience.The dodge ball room has a spring missing on the entrance and it injured 2 people before a spring was put in place. It needed 2 springs but only one was added so the danger of falling through may present itself in the near future.

Very friendly staff. Great place for a childrens birthday party. The pizzas we ordered were very good. The check in process was very easy even with 30 plus people attending.

A ton of fun! Went with a work group and the staff there made it very easy to have a big group. We tried everything and I definitely would like to go back.

My daughter Tiara loves this place. She goes there at least 3 times a week.. It a great place to meet other kids as well. They even have a teen night which she goes to every week. Great staff too. Really friendly and fun

It was great and fun. I loved it, but maybe watching the kids more when they are jumping cause some of them run across when youre doing flips and it scares everyone because no one wants to hit them. Otherwise it was an awesome experience

I feel like this place would be more fun if it narrowed its demographics. My littles hated not being able to go wherever they wanted, and I cant take them during toddler time because of work. But I know its tough when adults/big kids want to jump to keep everyone safe. But this is why I didnt have the best experience here.

We had a lot of fun but my daughter ended up with lice. The only thing she went on that our group of 5 didn’t was the swing.(no one else got it thankfully) Paid over $100 to be there just to spend $40 in lice treatment. Parents, if your kid(s) have lice, DON’T BRING THEM OUT!!!! Thanks for the lice!!!

All the staff were super nice and understanding of concerns we had. We had a great experience and hope to go back soon.

Great fun for my 7 and 5 year old my 2 year old wanted wanted to be able to jump with the bigger kids but content. Would highly recommend for older children and teens

This place was really fun. I loved watching my kid jump around and perfect a flip.

Overall a good experience and atmosphere. But it was BUSY! They have 4 birthday rooms and I think they were all in use. Plus walk-in customers made for a hectic entry. We waited for about 20 minutes in line before we began to move forward. At one point they were making a cut in the line and told people they were maxed out! Once in my son had a great time. The two lifeguards were fairly attentive keeping the kids in check. Well go back but probably more near beginning of the day :-) Oh yeah- fill out the waiver form on-line before you go!Misc. notes:-upgrade seating for parents-offer way better drink options-solar panels on roof!Thank you.

Love this place and the workers there definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Lots of fun for the family. Quite expensive for one hour. Staff is inconsistent (some enforce rules very strictly while others ignore the rules). Some staff seems to be quick to turn a blind eye when friends disregard safety rules. That said, it is a fun place.

I like this place but there arent many options for smaller kids. I have a 2 year old and 5 year old. The 5 year old is big enough to go on the bigger trampolines but not by himself, so it was hard to watch both at once.

Busy, but pretty well managed by employees. Better experience than Ive had the past couple of times Ive been there. Kids running across the mats when another was getting ready to jump was way down, but could use a little more supervision at the pits, where kids dont notice or care that there are lines. Maybe a dedicated pit for younger kids would help that....

Had a blast with my family. Definitely recommend for others.

Wonderful place to go with children.dont worry there are referees to make sure everyone plays by the rules.also they will tell you when your jumping time is up.

Great place if you want your kid to end up with a broken ankle or worse! Staff need to be more aware of whats going on and make sure kids and teens are following the prescribed rules. When its super crowded, like on a weekend or during a party, I imagine that is difficult and I saw kids doing things that were prohibited left and right. Need more staff!!

So we went to a birthday party this last weekend and it was so fun! I have never in my days seen such a place like this! I love that it encourages staying active and it is nice in our area due to all the rain. I felt like a kid again buy oh boy was it a workout! I do not remember breathing that hard from a trampoline! It was a wake up call that I need to work out more! HA! But I highly recommend this for people of all ages! I think the hubby and I need a date night here without the kids! Seriously. You HAVE to come here if you have not yet! Ignore the bad comments... people like to complain for nothing. If you come here and dont have a great time, there is something wrong with you! ;)

Reasonable price for an hr to hr and half of fun (depending on how close you arrive to the next half hr). My six yr old had a blast, I got some exercise, and he slept well that night .... goal accomplished.

It is an awesome place to let your kids or if youre a kid still at heart, play and have fun... the socks you buy once ... and they give you a nice discount for multiple hours... The staff is really attentive and nice and very professional

Came here three years ago and had a blast with an 18 month old. This time a 2 and 5 year old were very disappointed to find jump areas too restricted for their age and abilities. Bored about 10 minutes into their hour. They need to open up at least one more advanced trampoline for 3-5 year olds. Won’t be back.

Not as big as the one in tigard, but still alot of fun for the kids. Fair prices as well.

My daughter had a rash on her face after being there for 30 minutes, dont know what is she allergic too. Best to avoid, also stupid rules that separates children by the age. It may be good for safety, but if you have a 5 year old and 10, they have to go in separate places.

They have a toddler area so little ones dont get hurt. Staff were supper friendly and brought my little one some balls and foam blocks to play with in the toddler jump. Great way to get those active babys down for a nap.

Very fun place. My kids love it. Just wish the toddlers were allowed to jump in the big jump of no one is around and the parents approve. But I understand there is a liability that comes with it... but you do sign a waiver so that should make that liability null.

Ok, but they were doing construction. So half the park was inaccessible. Hope its better when construction is done.

Kids love going here and I have to admit, I do too. The last time we went, I have to jump in and I absolutely had a blast. Oh and so did the employees watching me fall all over the place :-) place

We went to Get Air Salem for toddler time! It was so fun and entirely safe for my little children. There were some bigger kids (siblings) that were respectful to the younger kids, which I appreciated! I love that each kid had their own square and that the staff closely monitor that. Ill be back!

Really great place for kids and teens. Although, refs. Do not enforce some of the basic guidelines that are displayed in the saftey video. Other than that, great place to let out some energy.

If your kids are taller than 46” and you don’t plan on it being a family experience it isnt bad... 1 hour is plenty. We came with a 5 and 3 year old and there’s a small area for younger kids under 46”: where adults can’t jump with them. If it’s slow they’ll allow you to jump in the regular area but you can’t hold hands, jump on the same square, or pretty much have any fun outside of regular jumping up and down on a trampoline by yourself in your own square (because- no two people in the same area. Too dangerous). If it wasn’t wrapped in bubble wrap and rules it might actually be fun. My advice is to buy a trampoline for your backyard or wait until your kids are old. If your kids are smaller, don’t waste money on getting the adults tickets. We are currently sitting on the bench watching our kids in the kid zone after less than 10 minutes of boring up and down jumping by ourselves. Also- they make you purchase special grippy socks.

Staff was unfriendly and not accommodating to young children (I have 3 year old and 1 year old). We were attending a birthday party for another 3 year old. When booking were told we could have a group of 10 for jumping then it would be $10 additional guest . When the party startes and we exceeded this amount they actually charged double that price $21 per guest and said we were mistaken. Staff were rude and constantly harrassing people and telling them to leave certain areas.Many other alternatives to this place exist for parties and id highly suggest any of them over this one.

Pretty good place. Carpets are kind of dirty and real crowded but it was a Saturday evening. Kids had so much fun worth the money.

I love this place! Its a fun environment for kids of all ages. They get to do all sorts of trampoline activities and jump and play for an hour; while the parents either spend time jumping around on the trampolines, or take a break and relax on comfortable chairs. Its a fun experience for the whole family.
