We will be staying here for 5 months. So far so good. Manager has been a dream to work with. Happy to the pool is open.

We have lived here for 8 months and love it. Its a quiet park with a really nice pool thats kept very clean. Good managers and a food giveaway for residents only once a week. Couldnt ask for a nicer place to live. We feel very blessed here.

Management deserves Beverly, very nice person,as they give the park a upgrade the park is a strong 5 star, its quiet people are quiet,no VAGRANCE loitering the park,residents are friendly,parks clean,except CATS, but no rats, I choose cat,not enough shade that makes high a/c usage not good, a little flex ability on ways to reflect the suns intense heat in RV s would B. a great show of compassion for some residents, other than that for Stockton Blvd I give it a five star,mrs Beverly makes it worthy of 5 stars.

LESS THAN FIVE STARS.MANAGEMENT NO WHERE TO BE FOUND DURING OPEN BUSINESS HOURS. NOT EVEN BY PHONE (ANSWERING MACHINE) AND DOES NOT RETURN CALLS. DISRESPECTFUL OLDER MAN IN MOBILE CART apparently believes hes in charge of the moblie park (policing, threatening).

Liked park until residents and staff harassed my bf and I for visiting a friend to do some housework for him.

So fun has a pool

Mobile park for seniors, 55+, primary tenant, everyone else 18+. Special events for tenants, hosted by Administration, held in rec room. Some riff raff, well monitored by staff, but overall a nice, quiet, and peaceful place to live.

It was awesome!!

Things are not safe anymore for activities non trustworthy in accordance within Retirement Park Policies & Procedures. Moreover, no enforcement has been expedited for seniors safety day or night.
