THIS PLACE HAS GOOD TENENTS BILL WITH THE NICE MONTECARLO SS AND MI ERIKA SHEILA AND RICHARD IS ALWAYS THERE TUFF GUY JEFF AND BIG WORM GARY I FEEL AT HOME WHE I DRIVE BY THERE THE PLACE AND THE PEOPLE THAT LIVE AND VISIT THE PLANTATION ARE GREAT.

The slumlord doesnt spend a dime on beautifying the park, nor does he do any preventive maintenance. Also I have never seen a professional person do any work there! Its always some dump truck who resides there. He refuses to spend a penny out of his own pocket. Its about Ill give you a rent reduction thats it, thats all!

I live here the Owner is awesome!!!!!!!! He also takes section 8 and does his best to make sure it passes inspection!! The people that live here are very friendly and real
