The RV park was clean and quiet no doubt, but was set up like a man camp . All sites were set up entry door facing entry door to your neighbor and sharing a pick nick table, leaving very little privacy and no social distancing. Upon arrival we were issued a 9 x 11 red quarantine tag to be placed on the door of our RV because we were from out of state. I was told by staff that we would be heavily questioned by the NM state police if we did not comply with the quarantine tag. Our dog also had to be preapproved for entry into the compound. The previous night we stayed at Good Sams in Santa Fe and had a beautiful experience without executive orders.Town and Country is a very regimented facility with with rules and regulations unrivaled by other camp grounds. Big brother is watching!

We were 1700 miles from home, my husband made the reservation in January, he called in March, in April, and again on May 15th. Lori toldhim everything was fine with the reservation and we were confirmed . We arrived on July 5th and she told us they were full and we should have called to confirm. Would not recommend this campground .

Stayed in this park on our way west. Originally booked in for a week to check out things in the area but liked the cleanliness of the park and more than anything, the way the sisters went out of their way to help us out with any problem we had, ... we stayed for a second week. For example, couldn’t get our cable to work and ( wish I could remember her name) but Lori’s sister spent hours searching for the problem and finally discovered that our trailer was wired wrong and we needed to connect to the satellite plug rather than the cable. They have a great video exchange too. Had a bunch of DVD’s in our unit that we had watched a couple times already and they were more than willing to let me trade them for movies we hadn’t seen before. I have tried to trade at other parks before and was always refused. I hope things stay the way they are at this park because I will definitely be going back there the next time I am in the area. BTW. They also had the best Thanksgiving dinner for everyone in the park that was excellent. Thanks again.

Used to be a nice family and dog friendly park not anymore they only accept pedigree dogs they no longer accept rescue mutts have stayed several times would have stayed several more but now you need to know the exact breed of your dog and unfortunately that puts a lot of us that rescue dogs on the no camp list. If anyone knows of any pet friendly places in Roswell please respond to this review or pm me.

This is a great place to stay. We are staying 2 nights on our alien hunting trip. Staff is very friendly and all the facilities are very clean and well maintained. Quiet. We stayed in the older part which has plenty of mature trees. This is a well taken care of park and we will certainly stay here again when near Roswell. Pool closes at 7:00 pm. Highly recommend.

The facilities are super clean and you have space between you and the site next to you. Sites are exceptional and level. They need a pay raise only two and the place is maintained to top top shape. We will stay again if in the area. Thank you for a great stay.

We travel all over and stayed to visit family, park is clean, but their is nothing else. The 1st week was great, then after that was very unwelcoming, husband and I felt very uncomfortable. Both Lori and Kris are very rude, and will outright lie to you, riding around in golf carts to watch and record what is going on.Lock out on bathrooms if your here to long, and telling guests not to give out codes to anyone even if they are staying in the park! Definitely code violations!Activities and fitness room, clubhouse do not exist, as they never unlock them. (Dont want them to be used as everything is new) same equipment as when visiting 3 years ago! This park has 2 girls that have no business running an rv park, very unprofessional, absolutely no customer serviceMost unpleasant experience in an rv park that we have ever been to.We will choose to stay where we are welcome and feel like we are not being monitored and watched on every move.UpdateResponse to owner comment1) True husband had paint brush in hand walking into bathroom, was NEVER washed (was going into trash can, never happened) as he was followed into restroom by Kris and literally Screamed at by Kris, she would not listen to his response. He walked away2) He was told 1 time ONLY, during the screaming incident3) was again screamed at by Lori the following day, as he was trying to explain! Had enough of their abuse and walked away, end of rant.4) as to other issues of the park, no response!

Out of all the parks weve stayed at and weve been to a bunch, this is the cleanest one yet. Lori and her sister who run the park is super nice and will go out of there way to help you in any way possible. The bathrooms... was so clean you would be astounded at how clean!! Water pressure was perfect and I took a LONG shower and never ran out of hot water! The laundry area was super clean and affordable even had magazines to read while you wait! 3 sep places to take your dogs one fenced in so they can run free. So I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back if Im in the area!!!

I visited at the end of February 2018 so very quiet with plenty of extra spaces. The place was clean and easy access to large garbage cans. Bathrooms and showers were clean although it would be a nice addition to have a place to sit and a shelf for your shampoo and soap. Internet while not fast was actually STABLE -- something sadly unusual at RV parks -- so I was quite happy about that! The office lady was quite friendly and very helpful about things to do in Roswell. I would use Town & Country RV again in the future.

As a full time RVers, my family and I have stayed in many RV parks across the nation. In our mind, Town and Country is absolutely the best weve ever had the pleasure of staying. In addition to surprisingly reasonable rates, Town and Country has all the amenities one could expect to find in a well appointed RV park, all of which are premium! The cable and wifi are excellent. The laundry and bathrooms, immaculate and this place has an exercise/recreation facility among other things. Also, its a very clean and manicured property. However, the most important aspect of any RV park is customer service. The customer service in this park is above and beyond the call of duty typically experienced in other inferior RV parks. This place is run and managed by a sister duo (Lori and Chris) who are both knowledgeable and very kind.In conclusion, Town and Country RV park is the best kept secret in all of the country when it comes to RV parks!!!Much love and appreciation to Lori and Chris from Frederick, Lisa, Lana and family!!!

Two night stay while visiting Roswell attractions. All gravel campsites with full hookups, laundry, small book/dvd exchange and rental. Staff extremely helpful (to wit: had dog with recent knee surgery that required ramp in/out of RV...staff kept slip next to us empty to accommodate). Are full time residents but park is clean, ordered, and quiet. Spoke to resident who stated they didnt have much trouble on site but that south of the location nearer the airport the area was worse. We had no trouble and would definitely stay here again.

This is a large park with 151 sites. It is very well maintained and access into the park is easy. The roads inside the park are wide and easy to navigate. Check in was fast and friendly. The sites are all gravel and most are buddy sites. They are a little on the narrow side. We were in Site 144 with full hook-ups and plenty long enough for our 37 Class A, tow-dolly and parking the car. They have a large dog park, clubhouse, and laundry. WiFi was great and Verizon signal was strong. We stayed October 27-29, 2017 and paid $38 a night with our Good Sam discount.
