Im rating this place a 2. Lots of tweakers . Vehicles in and out all night. This place needs a good clean up. Get rid of the tweakers and maybe people would stay.

I thought is was ok until I found the landlord getting into my personal business. Maintenance man always watching me and telling me well theres a mobile park down the street. They are very picky. Dont want you to do this or that. I was told that we were going to get evicted for making our yard nice. They have their favorites. Tell us and others not to put loose trash into trash can but watched them and other do it. Wow! Im not happy with this place and will be moving out. I dont like being watched every move. I might press charges. Move here at your own risk.

Maager is cranky and demanding. Most of the park is anti white Hispamics. NOT friendly!

I live here and am completely satisfied.

This place seems like a good place to live so far. Been there for about 3 weeks and I like that its northwest of town.

Its a low income trailor park. Nice people, Alot of kids.
