LOTS OF POTHOLES THAT NEED TO BE FILLED. ROADS INSIDE ARE HORRIBLE

This park is quickly becoming overcrowded and very picky about new rules presented almost monthly.: No pets over 30 pounds without proof of a 1 million dollar insurance policy.: No broken vehicles unless stored in the back lot of the park for a monthly storage fee.: Any noise loud enough for a neighbor to hear is a violation of the noise policy at any time of day.Violation of these rules are grounds for immediate expulsion/eviction from the property.Im sure there is some leniency in them but those are serious reprecussions for a park where the homes are close enough to have a conversation with your neighbor through the walls.The roads, even though they are paved, will challenge any off-road vehicle!

The park is quiet and clean and the staff is remarkable!

Needs some improvement in the roads and a park or pool would be nice. Im sure that the new management will be making improvements.
