Great place fairly quite great if you have kids or animals

Sick in the head she says things that dont exist...she needs prayers and some!!! They dont keep clean and all around the trashes with garbage around all the trashes not to mention needles...pro proba hers too

Pretty cool place to stay have really good caring and God loving people there that are just awesome to be around and having the pleasure of having in my life

No pool. Club House or park. Pretty run down. Lots of shade trees though.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Terrible place, with even worse management.When we moved in, they didnt even have our unit ready, so they had to put us in their spare fifth wheel, which would have been fine, but even after they moved us into the unit we were paying for (over a week after the promised move in date) they never finished the repairs needed. The bathroom, a year later, was still broken, and the door still doesnt close because they didnt cut the wall panels correctly, and they hung the door on upside down. When it was brought to their attention, they were like this isnt upside down, itll be fine. I have two preteen daughters who for a YEAR were not able to use the bathroom with any sort of privacy.Our roof leaked for basically the whole time we were there, and despite repeated promises theyd look at it and get it fixed, they never did. They finally conned some poor young man into doing repairs for them in exchange for reduced rent (he had to fix his own unit, too, which he admitted to us that it took him weeks). They gave him no proper budget. When we moved out, the roof was still leaking.They will lie to the judges face during hearings, and their overly sanctimonious, holier-than-thou attitude makes the whole place just unbearable. Not to mention how the male partner will use his body to menace young women when they dont get their way.They refuse to hire maintenance workers who know what they are doing, so when repairs are affected, they arent well done. They like to hire family, or legit random people who come in off the street begging for a job. They are violent, throwing tables at their employees, then turning around and saying that their employees were the ones in the wrong.When you need repairs, they will lose paperwork. They require you to fill out work orders, even though the law clearly states that you simply have to give written notice. They cite the lease for everything, but also wont give you a copy of the lease you signed. We didnt get our copy until they decided to take us to court and we got served with all the paperwork.If youll notice, the manager will respond to negative reviews (by writing a whole new review, because shes not exactly the brightest highlighter in the box) with angry, vitriolic words.Stay far far far away from this crooked, dishonest, unhinged place. Keep your children and yourselves safe!

Mike Sherill, I do not appreciate you posted review. Mike came to my office said he and his wife were sleeping in their truck. I told him I had nothing available, only 2 places that needed renovating. He needed a place to live. he said I dont care, I can do the work to fix it up himself. I took them to see the condition, he still said he would do the work. I gave half iff the full deposit for him doing the work with all materials furnished. Since we took over management here, we have renovated 14 mobiles, we have new tenants in them all. This coming year, our plan is to now work on the outside of the homes and the grounds! Country Club Mobile Home Manor will and is going to be a nice place to call home again!!!

I dont live here but a friend of mine just moved out. But from my personal observations it looks like they are cleaning it up. Trimming those huge elm trees, I hope they save all of them. I noticed a lot of trailers had been moved out. The ones that are gone were pretty rough looking. Good luck to the owners because you cant beat your location.
