Place is decent for the price, its a nice place if you dont live next to shady people. Management are really nice people and do a good job maintaining the place.

They keep good maintenance on the place, its very green and very quiet. Acceptable for all ages. With a school bus stop right out front and close to doctors offices and a variety of churches.

Water pipes break all the time....trailers are worn out

My son has a trailer there. I really cant say much.

I lived there for 7 years and its a great place to live my kids can ride there bike with no worries BUT!!!!! If Dan would make people clean there yard the trailer park would look nicer and also not rent the trailers to tweakers

Its a mobile home park. Average. But it has the most amazing, mature trees. Its like the entire park is under a canopy of trees.

I guess its alright considering the circumstances.. The issue this town has with flies is even more prevalant here due to the animal zoo that runs along the entire side of this mobile home park.
