They did a wonderful job for my sons 3rd Birthday party. The hostess made everything easy for us. Pizza was great, place is very clean, love the security settings they have in place. And was very affordable for a Birthday party.

Whats better than letting someone else watch your kids for 2 hours?Schedule a birthday party for the second available time slot. The people grabbing the early slot deals arent there and nobody else wants to be there that early. Had the whole place to ourselves so our birthday star got tons of attention, and loved it.

They were open earlier than normal for February recess, which was awesome! Staff was very friendly and helpful. They worked quickly to resolve different issues that came up while we were there. Mostly having to do with machine resets and drink dispensers. Had a great time with my 3yr old godson.

A fairly inexpensive way to entertain the kids with a good selection of games for all ages. Was a fun way to bond with the kids and forget about being an adult for the time being. Birthday party prices are among the best in the Rochester area for a childs party

Chuck E Cheese was a great place to visit. Renovations were done recently(ish) and the place looks great ! Awesome time to spend.. props to the Party Hosts for putting in their hard work to make your experience the very best, make sure to tip them !

My granddaughters had a blast. Nice that they could go from one game to the next.

I had my five year olds birthday party there and the new Chuck-E-Cheese is amazing. The staff was great everybody was friendly and the kids loved it. Im definitely going to bring the kids back again.

Terrible place to bring your kids. The staff doesn’t stamp your kids so makes it easy for kids to walk out or be taken from this location. The staff doesn’t pay attention to customer service and making sure the customer is attended and satisfied. Manager is clueless and walks around doing nothing. When asked who the manager was, they said a lady named Heather, but then a male manager presented himself. After complaining, they attempted to fix the situation and make it right but this should always be the scenario. You come to Chuck E. Cheese wanting to feel safe and make sure your kids are safe

It was my daughter’s birthday party. A lady stole one of our gifts and left. I tried to catch her but I was slow. I asked staff to help but they said “ bad people exist and there is nothing we can do”. I insisted on calling 911. They didn’t help either, they said cameras were not clear. Well, I am very disappointed at Chuck E. Cheese and I don’t feel my kids are safe there anymore.

Service was great, and we got our food pretty fast. Very clean. We had a very good time.

I took my 2 1/2 year old to play. It is more for bigger kids, but we still managed to find a good amount of games to play

Had a Birthday party. Kids had fun playing games. My 2 year olds favorite part was the dance floor. He spent most of his time there The price for the party was very fair. It was just very disorganized. We missed the birthday song with Chuckie and our pizza and cake was served at the same time. The server was friendly though.when the game we were using got a ticket jam, staff fixed it immediately. I would do a birthday party again, I would just recommend parents give a guideline of when they want food, cake, Chuckie, ticket blaster to happen in advance.

This place was small and needs updating. Half the games didnt work. Food and service was great though

Havent been in so long, the changes that have been made are fantastic. And the have their unlimited play there for a certain amount of time, genius.

Nice place for the grandkids while in town to get them out the house during the 2020 snow storm.

Great place for kids to do their thing.. but as a Grandma I thought it was to easy for a stranger to step in and mingle and be able to grab a lone child that might be away from their parents that might be busy chatting w/guests in their party as an example. I found it very loud and overwhelming and very hard to see my grandchild through the mix of machines. And I was following 2 kids going in 2 directions. It could of just been me being over protective but the fear could very easily be a reality. Please think about who is in your game room w/the kids. THANK YOU! A NEVOUS GRANDMA FOR ALOT OF PRECIOUS LITTLE ONES!

I like the remodel without having the play crawl and hide. I wish they had put some more ticket games or spread out the games instead of just adding more party seating. Get there in off hours if you want a small table. When it got busy there were a lot of parents carrying coats Because so many tables were already reserved. Its still as fun for my daughter as the 1st time and the dance floor was possibly her fav discovery!

They went to cards and there hadnt been a huge crowd so we were able to go to any machine without a line or a wait. The food came out quickly, and the staff were actually involved/happy to be there. Some of the ticket counting machines were not working or powered off, not sure if that was due to the lack of people or just out of order.

They had drugs all over the men’s room. I patiently and politely brought this to a managers attention. I would have settled for a simple okay or acknowledgment. Instead I was informed that this was a common issue and is what it is. She than told me if I wanted a drug free experience to go to a different location. Absolutely disgusted with this place... don’t take your babies here!!!

Havent been to a chuck e cheese location over some time now and would definitely say that the upgrade they did to this specific location is amazing . They finally got rid of the disgusting tunnels & added more selection of games, theres seems to no longer be a long wait to get in or a wait for games which is also good if youre bringing younger kids . I still would say chuck E Cheese is a little bit more on the pricey side and for a kid 8 or older maybe you should take your chances at Dave and busters since they have more selection at cheaper rates but just for a quick play time for kids I would say stop in .

Fun for the kids, gaming, small rides, etc...food and entertainment for kids. Great place to have, any type of child focused event at. Safe environment. Money spent here/ Cost of your visit, can be fairly reasonable to pretty expensive. Pretty wide range in the Cost, depending how many people, how many games/rides etc...how much food and drink and how long you stay. The kids love it!!

Every time I go here I get sick the food is good but when me and my cousins went to get some lemonade is tasted like soda water just some water that was fizzy so we got some more and this time it was good it doesnt smell to good because of the kids but its fun if you want to have fun have the best pizza (and get sick) this is the place

Yes I am giving 5 stars. First time here. The restaurant is very clean. Our pizza was delicious and piping hot. We recieved 100 point which lasted a few hours. The staff are very friendly and courteous. We enjoyed our visit, our meal and had fun. I will definitely come back. It wasnt to crazy busy but I am sure this place gets mobbed. This is a kids place.

The kids had a blast, but im really surprised they sell beer, thought it was suppose to be a kids place.

This location has been totally renovated and is pretty much brand new. These is plenty of parking and the staff is pleasant and patient with the kids.

My 2 sons and I had sooo much fun today pretty much for free because the cards we had were given to us! Won 700 tickets!

This location has been recently partially refurbished. Its nice. My kids love it here. I like getting the timed Play Pass. We played for 30 minutes for $10. I also appreciate the hand stamp for the child check at the door.

Well, I really dont feel comfortable detailing my experience. But, I can tell you that there are infidelity issues going on w the GF of the guy stamping hands and even though he gave her space, she did XYZ etc. My 5 year old son doesnt need to hear that at Chuck E Cheese. Find a new job and a new GF!

Really appreciate the effort theyve taken to improve the experience. We had a birthday party for 15 kids and Mackenna was an outstanding hostess. The kids had a blast and everything was very smooth. Well definitely be back!

It has changed over the years. They do have more games. However it is very expensive. The coupons dont help as much. But my sons still love it.

Chuck E Cheeses has come along way from to kreepy animatronics, cardboard pizza, and paraphernalia filled ball pits. Now its a mini Dave and Busters for kids with some interactive dancing and activities. The pizza is light-years better that years ago, and there is even a salad bar.

Service was ok. At the end when we were getting our wrist checked the guy bruised my arm. Pepperoni pizza was good. Cheese pizza was sour. Overall stay was fun. The place had somewhat of a smell. And Chucky ignored my younger cousin.

Way better than when I was a kid. My only tips...1. Get the salad bar instead of pizza and 2. It takes forever for a 6yr old to use up 160 tokens lol. Start small.

My daughter had a blast! The place was clean and the new layout seemed to flow much better than the old one!.

Usually have a 5 star to come here. I am disappointed today for my son turned 8 today and loves coming here every birthday. We waited 1hr15 minutes for our pizza. We were told we were last to service for a bit for other birthday parties come first. We were there when they opened and second order placed. Many games were broken, jammed and out of tickets. Staff informed and no followup to fix or refund. Hoping this was just today and not the New ChuckeCheese :-(

My young boys really loved this place, it was their first time at a Chuck E Cheese. The best value I think is the 100 play credit for 20 bucks

Had a lovely time at Chuck E Cheeses havent been there since my niece was little. But the games and decor was different and the games were different also. But I really enjoyed myself with my family it was my little cousins 2nd. Birthday. We had a blast. The service was excellent, the safe was courteous and well dressed, and the etertainment was amazing. I will be recommending this spot to more members of my family and friends for parties.

Its a food place as long as u go when its a vital less busy... Have to wait to play a bunch of the games!

I liked the old set up better, my son finally wanted to use the climbing thing which is gone but he still enjoyed it. Puzza is a bit greasy but good. Highly reccomend for kids

Checked out the new remodeled store. And the boys and I loved it. Plan in going back once a month for sure.

Always enjoyed taking my kiddos here until we found a full spider cooked into our pizza. It was cooked into the tip of a slice that my husband was just about to put in his mouth, but thank God he saw it. I would hate to see what the conditions are of their kitchen. There are way too many other places to take kids & have birthday parties in Rochester. You won’t find us at this Chuck e cheese location again.

Great place for birthday parties. Love the unlimited arcade games for the selected amount of time great deal. The staff was friendly and a place for ages 1-13 but be mindful because there are ticket stealers adult and child.

Took my son here for his 2nd bday was awesome he absolutely loved it 1st time ever going to a place like this with him. Was so excited and happy to see him enjoy his little self

This place is the best for kids. The staff was okay when I went. Besides the staff everything else was amazing.

Unfortunately, my kids love this place. I like that you can purchase different deals some with food or some with just game play... I also like that you get a free cold or the flu with every visit!
