Love this little bowling alley, had a great arcade with an awesome laser tag section, a nice bar with good food, great drinks at reasonable prices, and several reasonable priced packages for different activities that you may want to do, hope the covid19 becomes a distant memory soon so we can enjoy it more!

Came here for my little brothers birthday party! Super fun laser tag, bowling and all the games!Had a blast! Definitely recommend.Took two star off because they don’t allow outside food, I wouldn’t be upset if the food is good but the food was not, Seems like they order it from somewhere else so that they can take a cut instead of letting people bring their own food...

This place is great! My kids love going to Bowlocity to play the arcade games and laser tag. I love that the prices are reasonable. The staff are really nice too.

Bowlocity did an amazing job hosting my grooms dinner. We had the entire private space reserved for this event, which was perfect for our group. The private bowling alley is super fun! There are a variety of different bowling games to play if you want to mix things up. The laser tag and arcades were a blast as well. I highly recommend hosting an event here for whatever reason. I will be doing so again.

We were recently at an event in bowlocity’s private event room. It was awesome! If you are looking for a birthday party or something else this was perfect. There was a separate eating room so lots of places to sit. All the shoes and balls were in this room, you didn’t have to go running in and out to the front desk. Great place.

I come here by myself to practice bowling or to play arcade games by myself every week. Its the cleanest cheapest bowling alley ive ever been a regular at. Would highly recommend for anyone

We just hosted our daughters graduation party at Bowlocity Entertainment Center in their party rooms. I cant say enough good things about the staff and especially Brenda, the event planner. They helped us set up and decorate the room and made sure everything was just as it should be for the party. They served the food for us, and our guests had a wonderful time. We were able to social distance and have things handled in a safe way for our guests. Thank you so much to Bowlocity for the care and detail they took to make this day a great one for our daughter!!!

We were able to have a nice birthday party for my granddaughter in a private room. Then there were all the fun things to go with it. We had fun.

Bowlocity is the best (bowling) entertainment center in Rochester.It is always an exciting time there and the staff are some pleasant people.

We like it here and the staff is great BUT we were unable to reserve just 2 bowling lanes over a month ahead of time because there is only one rental coordinator who I never once got to talk to after calling several times. We played an exhausting game of phone tag and my request was never confirmed. There have got to be better ways to book customers, maybe an email conversation or something. We decided to go to Colonial instead

Came here for a work party. great environment. our company had our own area reserved for food, bowling. wonderful hospitality. bathrooms were very clean.

Love their weekday lunch specials. They offer a chesseburger, personal pan pizza, chicken Cesar salad, boneless chicken wings, and pulled pork sandwich. The sandwiches come with fries and fully loaded for a dollar more. I have not tried the bowling, laser tag, or arcade yet.

We always enjoy going to Bowlocity and recently had a great experience having my son’s 5th birthday party there. The staff was so helpful with the planning. Everything was ready to go when we arrived and everyone commented on what a great time it was. Would highly recommend Bowlocity to others!

Bowlocity is a great place to bowl. I would recommend it for friends night out or even a birthday party. They have games, a nice bar, and eve laser tag!!!

Worst birthday experience ever! Don’t get me wrong the facility it nice. But we will never have a birthday party here again. It was so unorganized. For the amount of money we paid it’s better to go to Chuck E. Cheese. At least there you get a host, gift bags and unlimited games.

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. Bowlocity scammed me with my money on their laser tag attraction. When I went for my second try for the laser tag game, I was given a broken gun and sadly lost scoring zero points. In the middle of the game I went to find a gun that works but I was later faced realizing that the other gun was also broken. This is outrageous and it must be solved. The air heads here are good tho but still don’t come for laser tag if you’re expecting a full quality laser tag game.

Staff was VERY rude multiple times during service, would not recommend going unless you like poor customer services from every employee you talk to. Which is very unfortunate because all of my kids had such a good time.

Really good experience! My family and I went bowling and had a great time. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly. I do recommend doing reservations ahead of time since it is a popular event in Rochester. Would recommend for smaller kids and adults alike. You also have to try the lazer tag it was fun for all ages!

There were some issues. The room for the party wasnt available until 20 minutes after our start time. When we tried to use the laser tag we were told there was a 10 to 30 minute wait, which when our party was on a timetable. makes it difficult to actually use. The staff that helped my wife, just walked away from her after he told her about the wait and she didnt even have the chance to let him know that it was for a birthday party and on a timetable. These sorts of things should be planned out by the party person so that a reserved time is set for things to happen so you dont run out of time. The bowling was great! Staff probably could use some additional resources or training on dealing with parties or have a dedicated person to work with parties when they are happening.

Fun place to take the kids. Lazer tag, arcade, bowling, and bar/restaraunt all in one place. They offer package deals so you can get a little discount if youre doing multiple things.

We accepted one of the offered deals, and my family of six, our neighbors, and two friends all came together to bowl, laser tag, and arcade. We all had a great time. The staff was helpful, and the facility was great. Highly recommend!

Not too expensive. Variety of good games. Can drink and play Mario kart. Won the jackpot on space Invaders and it took like three hours to finish playing the victory animation. Was a woman in line who made the prize guy call the manager. Come on girl, are you asking if you can get an extra slinky?

The food genuinely surprised me, it was really good and the fries are amazing! Hidden in plain sight, never would have thought to go here for such a great patty melt. The arcade has a nice variety, just arcades always feel gross to me. And the bowling is a blast, when you are not directly next to a bunch of loud beer drinking bros. The things that the center offered were great and fairly priced :) will return

We went three games on a Sunday morning taking advantage of the discounted rates before noon on Sunday. The facility is clean, and staff are helpful.

We had a great time bowling with our family over Christmas! The guest services staff were friendly and polite. Food was great and laser tag was a blast. Everything was clean and organized, we will definitely be back. The manager Erin was friendly and helpful!

Isabelle and I spent a few hours here a few weeks ago and I love the laser tag they have there. We had the entire course to ourselves and it was a blast, oh and I lost. I should have won! I would like to spend lots more time playing that with more family or friends. In order to have a good time you need to take Isabelle!

Fabulous staff but the burgers are so bad i had no idea first and last burger there. But the fries and cheese curds were great!

Counter staff (for as young as they were) were polite, quick to help us and very friendly. Other staff brought our food to the party room and checked with us a couple times to see if were needed anything else. Laura at the bar was amazing and so helpful. Explaining how things worked because it was the first time we had a birthday party there. They kids had a blast and everyone was satisfied. The party room was so great to have. Thank you

Video games, bowling, and bar food, whats not to like?They have lots of ticket winning games to redeem for prizes, and some regular shooting and driving games.You can bowl in a regular lane, or over in the suite side for a little more money. They have bumpers too for the kiddies.

Went on a date with my girlfriend here. It was quite busy and we had to wait an hour and a half, but the fun arcade made time fly by. Food was good, game was fun and the staff was pretty friendly.

Clean, which is always important to me. Two alleys separated by an arcade/game room. That keeps the noise at a good level. One side has a bar. The other side is better for families. Laser tag was fun too.

Great activities, great staff, great value

We had 18 people celebrating Christmas. We rented a room and three bowling lanes. The process was very simple and affordable. The kids enjoyed the game room as well. We had a variety of food including some pizza and everyone seemed to enjoy it all. About the only negative comment we have is that the bowling balls were in terrible condition.

Kids had fun bowling and playing arcade games. My husband went to get drinks 3 separate times and waited 5 minutes each times. Bartender never showed up! Ask the front desk and they said you will just have to wait! Really!

Wow. Terrible customer service. So we got there and were told it would be 30 minutes to bowl. Husband and I go play air hockey but we got bored of that. We came to bowl! We waited and waited and watched as the lanes opened. Finally we were at the top of the list and a lane opened. We should have had it. Nope! 35 minutes go by and the lane is empty. This big group comes in and we go back to the person at the desk and we say excuse me but werent we supposed to have that lane? We were told the other people had a reservation that jumped in line ahead of us. They were not however on the list that we could see. So we just said forget it and left. Will never come back. I honestly felt like we were manipulated into playing expensive games. We didnt buy any booze or spend anything but drink soda water and two games of air hockey. We left and went to Colonial lanes.

Large, relatively clean, and well lit. The equipment seemed pretty modern and we didnt experience any hiccups in our games. The food was what one should expect from a bowling alley, but I was impressed with the variety of their menu. Great place for a date night.

Took my grandson and friends for his birthday. They played laser tag and bowled for over an hour. They have many awesome arcade games. Very much fun for teen age boys.

Went and was expecting it to be like most bowling alleys. Where the people are rude and service sucks. It definitely does not fit into any of these categories. The service was great, prices are awesome and other customers were not rude at all.

A lot of fun for the kids, but a lot of chaos for the adults. Value for the money was just okay. Not a lot of guidance from staff. And not a lot of help the week of the party.

Extremely disappointed. We arrived just after 10pm grabbed some beers then at 10:30 went out to bowl. The kid at the counter neglected to inform us that he was chasing us for the hour even though they were closing in a half hour. Called, told us they were open until 11, get there, they say oh, we goofed, its 10. Then they turned our scores off at 9:53, we would have been done by 10 easily. Then our granddaughters ball kept getting stuck in the gutter and they had to keep going to get it. When we left, the arcade was full of people still playing. Didnt see them getting their games shut off. Not sure if we will go back
