This is a great place to see music events. The sound is great and the price to get tickets up close are pretty reasonable. They let you take your drink in with you which is convenient.
Great facility! We used it for our graduation and it worked very well. Very clean and very nice cafeteria for food service. Thank you Kodak Center for the great venue!
Show was good but getting in to park is a joke. Very unorganized. 25 minutes to get in lot. Just barely made the start of the show.

Nice venue, large, plenty of room for seating..Surprise they dont offer snacks..Drinks are fare prices
We purchased our tickets well in advance of the Lightening Thief. I saw a post that tickets were BOGO for the Saturday shows. I went to purchase additional tickets for my grandkids and the website would not allow me to purchase any. I tried several times, even tried calling the box office and got no response. The theatre was not even half full at our evening performance. Another audience member said that they also tried to buy additional seats and were unable to. I hope that they get this corrected. Other than that we enjoyed the performance. The theatre was clean and spacious and the staff friendly and attentive.
We both found the staff at the KODAK Center to be egregiously unsatisfactory from a customer service perspective. The gray haired man who was in the lobby embodies the epitome of complacency and bitterness. Gray man would not tell people there was no re-entry at intermission. We watched disgustedly as he had many patrons pass him, without letting them know there was no re-entry.Many were clearly not planning to leave for the night- just going out for a smoke break. I asked him why he wasnt telling people there was no re-entry and he smugly replied they were drunk so why engage with them when really the older married couple I watched walk by as he said this appeared sober as ever. He was just enjoying the thought of his sad life being offset by the .2 seconds of enjoyment when those patrons come back and were turned away, followed by their understandable rage. He seemed like a toxic person so I would get rid of him right away as he was clearly feeding off the idea of people being swindled and then enraged. Also, your chubby white security guard on the left near the stage was also standing in front of the stage yawning the whole time!!! So unprofessional and yawning also causes others to feel drowsy so thanks. YEAH I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. Lack of professionalism and Im sorry, I dont care if this is a trailer park boys event, I have class and I can recognize that the Kodak Center didnt.
Very intimate setting...except the two clocks ;)
The event I attended was wonderful but the conference rooms were poorly set up. The booths were spaced so foot traffic got stalled if someone stopped to look at the merchandise. The vertical beams were in the walkways. Only the 3rd floor set up was comfortable. I didnt do too much shopping because of this. The room temperature was too warm and there werent signs indicating where the exhibits were located. The parking is across the street but is free. My event started at drive time so traffic was terrible. Make sure your in the correct lane to turn into the parking lot. Leave time for traffic that an event will bring.
Plenty of free parking.
Just enjoyed Damn Yankee. Great production. Lovely theatre, very comfortable seats, comparable to those at Geva. Plenty of knee room for us tall folks. Convenient parking. Definitely will be back for more.
Nice theater and seating arrangement is nice. Staff is cooperative and helpful.
Very nice, efficient for access get in and out of building and within getting to showroom. Every person working extremely pleasant. Fabulous place to go to for a show.
Great sound. Convenient layout of overall facility; easy to find your way around. Great open venue for proper viewing from any seat. Ample for-fee parking.
Saw Artists Unlimited performance of the Wizard of OZ. GREAT show. Love the new signs outside the theater too. Nice venue, intimate feel.
I Was extremely upset after driving an hour and a half from Buffalo to find the box office closed when I was told on Thursday that hours were Monday - Friday 10-3 and no mention that they would be closed or posted on the website. I have a very disappointed teenager that will not be seeing Derrick Hough!
Excellent location with readily available parking. They continue to make improvements and I am impressed. Three theaters, each designed for different kinds of performances; I have been in two of them). The main theater is very spacious and can handle large touring sets.Seating varies by theater. One reviewer thought seating small with limited leg room, but I havent found that to be the case (unlike Radio City Music Hall in NYC which was made for SMALL people - except for MAYBE down front on the main floor. I went there with a college group and the seats were still tight, and we had to sit sideways because there was no room for your knees AT ALL)
Amazing Theatre very large area to entertain children while others are rehearsing and during show. comfy audience seating, ample parking, RAPA does a great job with Ushers and ticket sales. NYSB/Ballet Prestige had 2 showings here. Nutcracker and recently, Snow Queen. The performance was absolutely professional and our area college, high school and elementary students. The work is exemplary! Very nice! Good job . Theatre is very well maintained and security guard is there.
Seats are very comfortable viewing from any seat is great! Sound quality is the best!
Have gone here twice for Roc Con(Rochester Comic Con) and it was a blast! Nice vendors, awesome cosplayers. Im going again this year as well.
The place looks great and it feels good to know that KODAK is still here coming out of Rochester NY they have been so helpful to our community since there doors opens and till this day they continue helping our community grow.
This building is okay but could use an update. It desperately needs more open doors and hallways, a friendlier paint pallet, and more carpeting. As is, it resembles a recently abandoned school, if the school was painted in shades of gray.
Enjoyed the theatre very much. We saw the play Mammas Boy. The lighting and sound was good.
Nice experience. Beautiful facility. Seats are very small and NO leg room.
Kodak Center is also my dad used to work for Kodak back in the days when he was alive IRS is sold by Best Buy dad
We saw the Nutcracker here and there isnt a bad seat in the place! Very nice facility.
Beautifully updated and an attractive venue to host most entertainment and other gathering events.
Excellent experience I have been to several plays and concerts and been pleased each time
Very comfortable setting. Staff is nice
Love the historic nature, and what theyve done so far to modernize, yet retain the charm.
We saw Eddie Money musical at the Kodak Center for Performing Arts. We had a wonderful time.
Excellent! Great parking, easy to get there, easy to get in and out before and after concerts, great personal atmosphere!!
Lots of history and various stage sizes makes for an interesting and unique location.
Seen a Great show. Two tickets to Paradise.
Tickets are a bit expensive. Plenty of parking available but you have to pay $5, which seems silly. The layout of the theatre isnt ideal but it does work. Glad that area of the building is being used for something positive.
Older building with lots of character. Very clean and huge theaters.
We saw Rick Riordan. The theatre and cafeteria areas were fantastic.
A great theater that exemplifies the contributions of Kodak to the arts.
Lovely theater with lots of additional space for other venues.
Pretty nice theater. We held an assembly here and the staff was very accommodating.
Great place, charge for parking.
Great theatrical productions and space. Courteous staff.
When there for a graduation, clean and big, cozy chairs.
The seating is too close together, tickets are overpriced and ten dollars for parking when parking should be free. Also, once youre inside security will not let you leave and reenter. 3 stars because of all that.
Kodak has made this theater an impressive Hollywood like attraction.
Clean auditorium... Perfect for graduation
