St Benedict is a very special place. The Holy Mass is reverent and traditional.

Because I grew up with that parish and all the clergy is kind and caring

The church is absolutely stunning and would be a great place of worship, perfect for reflection and prayer.The mass was different from other churches Ive been to in the sense of how everything was done at a much slower, relaxed pace.

Welcome Fr Ramsey. Many people are hoping to return to the church their families help build. Many are missing the church they once called home. May God bless you and keep you always in His heart.

They had the annual Octoberfest festival with great food and 48 Craft beers on tap. Great time outdoors on parking lot and more.

This is my church. It is a beautiful church with a magnificent organ. Reverent Mass is offered, with no sappy music.

My favorite parish; beautiful inside and out, and the parishioners are passionate about their faith and service to others.

The St. Benedict Octoberfest is outstanding. They have many vendors, a good food selection and more than 50 beers to choose from including real octoberfest beer from Germany. Musicians play authentic sounding songs for a German octoberfest and there was even a stein holding contest. Really large crowd so I recommend getting their early. The beer lines get long for a full glass but they also offer a small taster size so you can sample a wide variety of beers and cider with a separate line. We try to go every year.

Historic Catholic Church. Initially founded to cater to Catholics of German ancestry in 1911.

This is a very traditional Catholic Church. They follow the mass as it has been done for years. The church it self is very beautiful inside and the people were very friendly.

If you dont go here, youre missing out!

The cathedral ceiling, authentic Italian pipe organ, stained glass, welcoming parishioners, and perfect location all culminate into a beautiful mass.

The Best private school (Cristo Rey).

We love St. Benedicts! There is a large age range and many families with little ones, a beautiful liturgy (with a worship aid in case youre not familiar with the prayers.. some are in Latin but most in English, and this is the new Mass not the pre-Vatican 2 Latin Mass), a wonderful priest and deacon, active parishioners, study groups, Eucharistic Adoraration, pro-life and food pantry outreach, etc. The school is excellent and they now have a monthly homeschool group at the parish, too. All are welcome at this sincere Catholic parish! Also, the Oktoberfest is a ton of fun!

A hearty, heart-filled Christian Catholic community, members of this church are very loyal from generation to generation. This Richmond church has an excellent Catholic grade school and a lot of outreach to and acceptance for the surrounding area.
