Its tucked away in the back of Lemmon Valley but nice and clean.

Me and my friends were there and it was so crowded we had had a place to sit and lie in the Sun for a while we wanted to do so we went somewhere else but I looks like its nice if you can get in there and get it chair to relaxing and sunbathe try it

As a former tenant, my neighbors were always friendly.

The issue with the maintenance has been taken care of for about two years now. The Hispanic guy Antonio who was the assistant maintenance guy is now in charge and I couldnt ask for a better one. He is the nicest person. Willing to lend you a hand any time you ask if hes not busy of course. But then he would set up to help you when he got off work. Hed even take his shirt off his and give it to you if you needed one. Everyone likes him. The management has been the same since i got here in 2011 and she not that bad if there was any problems that tenants would have with her its because shes just doing her job. Were kinda tucked away here not a whole lot of people know of this place so it quiet. As far as any crime there is none. The sheriff come to the neighborhood only if there was a rare occasion of a domestic disturbance. I like this place a lot cause you dont even have to worry if you left for the weekend and forgot to lock up the house. No one will mess with it great place for kids to run around and not get in trouble. Just wish the play ground had a little bit more toddler size equipment. If were able to add a garage i would stay for many many years come. If your a garage guy like me i would only recommend this place as a starter house. If you dont mind going out to the shed every time you need something this place is great. No matter what you cant beat the rent. Overall i would give this place a 4.6 out of 5

Absolute trash

Im a current residents of this park. Managerment doesnt do much. When I first applied to move into this park. The manager was never on time as far as 30 mins later. Which was an inconvenience at the time because I had a small window to get to work. The little interaction I have had with her, she have heard her bad mouth other tenants and curse like a sailor. She does have a poor attitude and is rude. She gives me the impression she hates her job. The Maintenance team are ok Ive had them over to fix a broken water meter. I wasnt available but Ive heard they are very nice. The park itself I not the nicest looking but the residents is nice. Its a quiet neighborhood. The management is not really a nuisancebut she will go from 0 to 60 in seconds. But overall its a decent place to live. I think the space price is too high now. Only because the manager technically does not provide anything but land but Ive seen worst.
