Best park in Redding CA! Kids love it! Very creative park with awesome play equipment. The water park area is a blast! Allot of Shade, tables, and barbeques. This is a great place to have a kids birthday party. Go check it out!

Love Kids Kingdom. Plenty of diverse activities for kids. Completely fenced except for the entrance so kids cant run off and get lost.

The old wooden playground was better. The fountain is turned off this year :/ this was the perfect place to go in the summer when the fountain was on. In the Redding heat its hard to stay long with no option to cool off.

So much fun for the kids. Was clean and had lots of different activities to do

This part is great to bring your kids. There are even some swings dedicated for kids with disabilities. This park is right along the side of a water park which is open during the summer time. Slots of Fun and many memories to be made here. Appears to be a pretty safe Park even after the sun goes down and the lights come on.

We love this park! The playground is fenced with only one way in or out which makes me feel much safer. My kids range from 10 to 3 and there is something for everyone! We especially love the zip lines and the splash pad in the summer!

Okay so how can you give this place anything but 4 to 5 stars? Awesome place to have fun during the summer with kids. The volcano makes eruption sounds before erupting water from the top. Good place for bbqs as well. Watch out guy out just might turn into a kid!

We love Kids Kingdom! It doesnt have a whole lot to offer if you have really little kids, but I would say ages 3 and up would have a fantastic time here. Theres tons to do at the playground and little water park that even adults have fun too.

The water feature was turned off, the main reason we chose the park. The weather still warrants its use. There is also very little seating available for Parents to watch their kids.

Great playground! Lots of empty trash cans and clean equipment. Parents were in abundance and the kids played nice.

I took my 1yr old and 5yr old. Had a great time. Lots of swings, jungle gyms, and climb on things. Lots of foot traffic. Keep an eye on your children.

We love the remodeled playground! So many fun things for the kids to play on and do. The oak trees offer a lot of shade which is much needed in Redding. This place has so many pluses and one major downside. The bathrooms are pretty far away from the playground area. My kids have described them as scary. I agree. I would never let even my older kids go in them alone.

This is a great park for kids to play in the summer! Kids can play in the water to keep cool and they have a playground for the kids to play on. Had my youngest grandsons birthday party there and everybody had a great time especially the kids.

My grandchild loves this park especially when the water park is operating. Loves the newer features that were added during the remodel

Love it polite kind folk dont go n be a rude adult there are older and special needs kids here i take my son often ive learned to block the snott tee and rude but I CANT STRESS ENOUGHYOU MAY NOT SEE A childs disabilityBe kind and patient and dont expose yr phones place them in a zip lock for water area and remind your kids to not run tell them about special needs social rules and respect

This is a fun, large playground with something to interest all ages. It is attached to a water feature so you can still enjoy the park in the triple digits. It would be nice if the fence in the back of the playground went completely around so little runners cant take off.

The kids love the glider and the merry go round. I appreciate the single entrance to the extra large play area. The best part is the water area open in the summer. It is comparable to a theme park water attraction with special effects included and its completely FREE. Redding knows how to treat its families to free and low cost fun!

Great place to take children of all ages. The water volcano helps stay cool on the hot summer days. The playground is brand new and has equipment that will keep little ones entertained for hours.

Great for activities with the family and kids. You can let the kids play on the jungle gym or basketball, soccer, football and even play disk golf. Theres also BBQ pits and tables to have a picnic

Great gated playground for kids with two entrances in opposing sides. Well kept and with cameras. It has multiple things to play with for a large age range, but mostly geared toward 3-10 yrs.There are benches, picnic tables, & bathrooms.

My kids love going here.. wish the water area was still foam instead of cement. I see kids run and slip and hit their heads more times than I can count. Its scary.

Our grandchildren (ages 7 and 5) love to go to this place. It has a variety of activities-climbing tower, swinging bridge, rope ladders- for them to burn off energy, and it is very clean and well maintained. It is best to get there early, as it does tend to get more crowded, and later in the day older kids show up and sometimes get too rough around smaller children. There is also a nicely shaded pavilion to have a picnic; portable toilets are also available,

Im not that big of a fan. As a past child I enjoyed the wooden play area more over the plastic, and others agree. The water area isnt as good and kinda lame. Please bring back the wooden play area and a better water area, if you did I believe much more people would enjoy, and come more often.

Great place to take my granddaughters, lots of equipment for them to climb and jump on. There are public restrooms and water fountains, and concrete picnic tables for Grandpa to sit at while the girls burn off some of their youthful exhuberance. In the Summer there are water fountains as well to cool off in. Next to this location are tennis courts and what looks like a very nice disc golf course.

Check my grandkids to Kids Kingdom and they have a blast they didnt want to leave and to be perfectly honest I have a lot of fun with them its winter season so theres no water going and we climbed up on the rocks and pretended we were lions and thats what my grandbaby Colton wanted to do they have all new stuff as far as like zipline swings and stuff like that for my granddaughter Hannah whos a little bit older and it was very fun we had a great day

A great place to take the kids. This park offers a playground, water play in the summer, disc golf, basketball hoops, bbq and picnic area as well as walking and bicycling. Very well maintained park. Group areas for parties for rent at a reasonable prices including covered space and bbqs. Large tables and good parking. It can get very busy so come early to get a prime spot!!

A mainstay in Redding ... One of the first places to go with or without kids ... Trees ... Sports ... Frisbee golf ... Summer water feature ... Trails ... Community gardens ... Near the river trail ... Huge new play structure which is so much safer than many and enclosed ... Swings ... Huge covered gazebo area for get togethers ... So much fun !!

Not nearly as good since homeless tweekers burnt it down, but hey its still the same in the respects that youve gotta check for them hypodermic needles. Stay safe!

Great playground. The tallest structure is very high and not safe for unattended toddlers.

This was an amazing place for the kiddos to run around and play. Needs more shading on the slide areas though x they were very hot.

They remodeled an I understand it was for safety reasons my only problem if the new design its down graded from the previous one. Smaller an not as much forbthe kids to do.
