Roads are horrible, we call it pot hole city, water is always off cuz of water leaks and the yearly lot rent increases are ridiculous for conditions of this park..we have the highest lot rent out here in this area and no updates have been done to at least show what the extra is going towards..id be all up for the increases and have no complaints if improvements were actually done to show why lot rent continues to go up every year.also dont bother filing a complaint because nothing ever gets done about it..

Its a trailer court its nice and Shady Im really as halfway to some place and it has storage units and beautiful women so is that good and if you moved 4 trailer court everybody have a nice and wonderful day
