This place has alot of bad car/truck ruining ruts that just keep Getting bigger..my truck had its tie rods and shocks fixed because of going in that place alot cuz my kids had a couple friends who lived there n now the (I want to say new landlord) is trying to get them fixed and old landlords were trying to get people eviction notices etc..one got evicted only to find he could have stayed cuz someone baught the court...trailers are old and roted there just now takeing rotted and gutted trailers out that have been sitting for yrs with some.hopeully he get it all cleaned up in there

Lot has tons of huge pot hole and a bunch of little ones. Not kept up properly

Roads are really bumpy, full of pot holes
