The trailer park appears to be clean and well maintained. Its a community for elderly people to live on their own without being in assisted living. I drive by the place regularly but only ever experienced being there while working with the United Way during the Day of Caring, painting siding and performing maintenance for some of the residents.

Clean.maintained well homes are kind of close together

Nice, quiet, clean and well cared for 55+ park with very nice neighbors! Management is also very nice easy to work with. A great value for the monthly rate which includes water sewer and garbage.

Nice friendly people who actually take pride in where they live.

Very nice clean, uncluttered trailer court, central location to many amenities.
