Lived here for 8 years, would never go back. Its kept up fairly well but the lot rent is outrageous - hundreds of dollars more a month than other parks. Might as well buy a real house for what you pay here. Complaints are ignored, park covered repairs are left undone for months, out of state owners NEVER answer their phone or return calls.

These guys run a tight ship. Clean park.

Wonderful experience had blast of one week of relaxation and fun and fellowship of a wonderful friend just like a mother who had wonderful food and was a gracious host to make sure my stay was great I intend to go back there this year in August the same dates.

The park I nice and quiet there have been reports of robberies and break ins tho and you can have dogs unless you where grandfathered in

Great neighborhood in some aspects lawns and homes are kept clean and monitored by a staff of two. It seems crime and fairly uneasy people have begun moving into the area

Id never recommend this.. totally outrages lot rent and manager is terrible

Decent park, but the roads are run down, the playground is falling apart and hasnt had any maintenance done to it in the last 10-12 years that I know of (I used to play on it as a child), plus the rent gets upped every year, very undesirable place to live
