Deena was great to talk to, she helped and understood our situation all the time, shes not here no more As of now, the owner is all over the news for shady doings to tenants. Not cool or fair.

Dangerous and unsafe place to live if you enjoy having a landlord who shuts off your utilities during a pandemic

I lived here for almost 2 years now owning my mobile home. I dont bother with anyone and they dont bother me. Its quiet for the most part, but weekends, somebody always has music going. Nothing wrong with that. I once forgot to lock up the place for 2 full days while I was up in Deadwood. Even my windows were open and you could just have pulled any screen and gotten in. For 2 Christmases and 2 Thanksgivings, residents knew I didnt have anybody to spend the holidays with so they invited me over for dinner. Ate an awesome dinner each holiday. A church not far away would hold a lunch by the laundry facility just to gather the residents together to let them know a good and caring church was nearby and they would even po provide a ride if need be.The only complaint I would have as a resident would be that they need to REPAVE the whole park before they ever ask residents to clean up their misc. stuff, any repairs around trailers or skirting. FIX THE STREETS!

Update: moved out!! So much happier at our new place.Keep having issues after issues and they say they will fix it and never do. Ive been parking the same way for 3 years and now the neighbors want me to park a different way to fit their 3 cars. We pay on time every month the past 3 years and never bother anyone but it seems like the managers always side with these rude new renters who eventually move out in a few months. We most likely will be moving soon.

We rented a place they manage in Hot Springs for a few months. Gave a months notice and they still took out rent that they shouldnt have. Have left messages and they lady wont respond. Plus they didnt give deposit back. They have stolen $1000 from us. Her name is Deena Walkeden.

Just moving in and it seems okay. Three driveways need some serious work though. Expect major potholes.
