Great hiking trail (trail itself is called the Lunada Canyon Trail). I biked up from the bottom on a mountain bike and had to walk a few sections, including one very steep section near the bottom. Free public parking on residential streets near the bottom and top trailheads. Great ocean views, one of the prettiest ocean view hikes in the LA area
Beautiful place for a hike, but be warned that it is a strenuous one. there is a steep hill that the trail is on that is very dangerous for people who don’t take it slow. I’m surprised that this is allowed but all in all it has great views. I wish the local government would clean up the Castor Bean plants along the trail, (they are known as one of the most poisonous plants), and obviously I would rather not be brushing up against them.
Great nature hiking.
A very peaceful place
Nice peaceful trail with a rewarding view of the ocean at the end. Keep an eye out for rattlesnakes!
Liked the walking trail and natural scenery.
