What makes a home a home? The people! We have been in this community for six plus years. We rented at first and loved the feeling of community and the friendly people who lived here. We bought the same year and have never regretted it.At Riverside Oaks you get neighbors helping neighbors. There is an active social club and plenty of activities to join in, if you want. If being social is not your thing, no one bothers you. If you decide to be social just walk out your door, a smile will reward you with a smile and conversation if f that is what you want.We love being here in Riverside Oaks and look forward to returning every season. When we leave we miss our home in the south and the wonderful neighbors and friends that we have there.As for the property, yes we have oak trees that can be a nuisance at certain times of the year, but the residents and owners work together to get the leaves cleaned up quickly. The trees add to the charm of the property and that was before the new owners took over and have made much needed improvements.I can only say to those who may consider this community you get what you give and life is what you make it..Love they neighbor and it will come back to you 10 fold. Super residents, nice clubhouse/pool

Dirty with all the oak trees, Rent is increased every year, rules not followed. Owner could care less what anyone living there says. We were there 3 winters and super happy to be out of there

Communication lacking for part time residents. Sadly, because this is a great place to live.
