What a nice community. First time to visit friends who recently moved there. Many amenities & friendly neighbors. It is a place I would consider living.

Secure, well kept neighborhood.

Nice quiet setting wrapping around the lake. Good clean pool and hot tub. Recreation area also has shuffle board courts and corn hole boards. The club housr had a large indoor area for events plus an addition couple rooms with ping pong and a pool table plus a weight machine with step climber and tread mill.

Beautiful, well kept homes with lots of amenities. Close to downtown and all it has to offer and 5 minutes from the airport,

Excellent gated community. Located in the center of Punta Gorda. Close to shopping and 1-75 and the airport. Grounds well groomed.

Have lived here for 5 years. 4 as a snow bird and now permanent. As I type this we are 1 day from Hurricane Irma hitting us. Really hope we have a home to return to because this is a nice park with friendly people.

55+ community. It serves our elderly friends just fine. Kept up nicely.
