Great place and people! could not be happier my dad and mom live there 25 plus yrs. Family visits are great.

Very friendly people, and good fishing.

Clean and well maintained. Very low park fees. Quite a few water properties.

We were welcomed like old friends when we visited. We went through half a dozen homes; all were very well kept - even though some were 30+ years old. We even stopped to talk to the maintenance man (really happy, NICE guy) Over a hundred homes with low monthly HOA. A few blocks from a nice mall and US41. I want to live here.
