A friend heard about this 55 and over park, and wanted to see it so we drove her there and we loved it. I think she did as well. We have seen many parks in the area, but this one was so nice and I would even consider moving there as they have homes with double car garages. That is the only way that my husband would move there because the cars would be garaged.We have yet to have a grand tour but we will think about doing that in the very near future.Weather was inclement the day we drove through so unfortunately I didnt get any pictures.

I have lived here at Blue Heron Pines 14 years. Best move l made. Frendly people, and many activitys...golf course, club house, swiming pool and more activities. I have made great friends.

Played on Fri, 6/26/20. Worst condition course we have ever played!! Several greens were closed and had to use make-shift fairway holes.Back 9 should have gotten a refund for.Some of the greens we could use, were in bad shape too.Very disappointing.

Great, fun course. It was pretty open miss afternoon so we were able to do all 18 in under 2.5 hours. Theyre rejuvenating a green and fixed up a couple other areas recently as well.

Short course with lots of water, a good test of skill with your wedges. My wife doesn’t hit the ball as far as me, but she hits it straighter. She beat me handily, even with my 4 mulligans.

If youre looking for a place to live its absolutely wonderful beautiful Groundswell kept their nice golf course if you Golf and its a really nice quiet place but theres so much around the area to go to its Best of Both Worlds.

Just to be fair, please take this review with a grain of salt.Myself and my wife took a trip to this golf course looking to relax and have some fun. The golf course is small, which was perfect for us, and the experience, at first, was great. The staff was friendly, and the green was in pretty good shape! However, we had a run in with a few of the residence which were very rude, disrespectful, and unwelcoming. It is most likely that the majority of residence are the exact opposite (pleasant, welcoming, respectful, etc.), and we just found the few that enjoy ruining others happiness.It began like this, two (it started with two residence) of the residence had some issue with myself and wife (which we had no idea at this point what it was or that these individuals even had an issue), and began our conversation as I approached my ball like this, Why are you laughing? You need to come here when I am calling you. At this time my face did one of those one eyebrow lifts and my head tilted to the side, very confused I said Am I not allowed to have fun? You called me?” I said this half laughing because I didnt believe that someone would just begin a conversation with someone they never had met in that fashion without joking. The person whom was primarily speaking very angrily said that we need to give them our driver’s license and some money because we supposedly hit their house with a golf ball, and that we needed to leave. (We may or may not have hit a house I really am not that great at golf, and we did lose a ball which I wasnt sure where it went). I told this individual no I wouldnt do any such thing (now realizing that this person serious and was seriously disrespectful). This person then said she was going to report me and call the cops. Now I am not in the best of moods, said “go right ahead,” turned my focus on my ball and ignored her. My thought at this point would be that she would do just that and once we got back to the club house, we would speak with one of the managers and have a civil conversation.10 to 15 minutes later, 4 people began following us, lecturing us, and harassing myself and my wife. I wasn’t having it, and now I was unhappy. The main person leading the conversation then began adding on that we intentionally hit a ball at the house, the we intentionally hit a ball at them, they were going to call the cops, etcetera… etcetera… I began arguing with this person (I fell into the trap! I honestly expect more from myself. To this I apologized.. to my wife), caught myself, turned to my wife and said “This isn’t worth, nor is this fun, lets go home.” We had just start on our 5th hole. We packed up ignoring the 4-individuals yelling at us, and began heading back to the club house. Unfortunally, we were followed and blocked in from leaving twice. More yelling about us getting sued, arrested, we are going to be charged for trespassing, we need to give them money, we are a**wholes, we tried to hurt them, and so on continued. We eventually got back to the club house, again the staff was great with distancing our followers, and apologized (which they didn’t need to do). I gave them my information to the staff in case they needed to reach me. My followers at this time blocked in my car with their golf carts and wrote my license plate information for 15 mins.Just to conclude, we might give this course another try but most likely not. Very bad experience, it wasn’t the golf clubs’ fault by any means which is why this receiving a 2 star and not a 1 star rating. The people that live ON the golf course are what ruined our time here.

The company that owns it Is it thanks only about the price increase every year. The road drains have to be rebuilt twice a year. Why not fix them correctly the 1st time period

Some of the Homeowners were RUDE, Untrusting, disrespectful and gauche! I have never been so disrespected in all my life. My client rented their common hall for her wedding reception. She paid a fair price and we understood the rules of the contract. The homeowners association allowed their own members to have a pinochle game in the same facilty during her reception time. They watched us, wouldnt allow us to cover the windows where they were (the light in their room showed every move they made). We were badgered/nagged by three men and women throughout the entire evening. We were as respectful as possible under the circumstances. We had to move furniture from the main room to anti-rooms to allow for the weding design. When the HOA saw this the asked us multiple questions about why and made complaints. My bride was the neice of one of the HOA members and was allowed to rent this facility. But, dont trouble yourselves folks, dont allow yourselves and be disrespected by this HOA team!

This was WORSE golf course I ever been too ! Granted it was only like $35 w/ cart for 18holes though the design of course is awful !Every hole is only about 150yard average and the tinnest little farways with houses on both side of you.I mean every gets a stray ball away from you which with this play your guarteenied to hit a few houses with some crazy neighbors that come out like come on your house is on a golf course worse design...Then to top it off there is one hole unsure of exact number. But you have i75 to the right of you like literally 50 yards away max. Just because it was windy I wanted to wait for traffic to slow down before hitting ball just incase. And of course the wind took it on 75 where cars are flying by. Can you image if that went through someones windshield and caused a accident if not a death..Like really??Ending note, You better be pro to play this course with the awful design or goodluck taking chance killing someone on i75.
